Stellar Service, Daniel and his team saved our butts. Our Boom truck had an issue limiting to it running only 5mph. In Atlanta's traffic basically we were stuck. I reached out to Daniel and despite my lack of knowledge, Daniel helped guide me over the phone from beginning to end how we can get this taken care of. Now the service is complete and we truly are thankful to Daniel for assisting us through this tough situation. We highly recommend 1st Choice Towing and Recovery. I was broke down with a tier and hub issue on my container chassis,Daniel showed up with the heavy wrecker got me were I could get to a truckstop to get repaired, he went out ofhis way to do it as safely as possible and followed meditation his beacons going to keep people off my rear to protect me from getting rear ended. This was above and beyond Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
I resigned from my old job and told them to come pick up the truck. They his company is the one that they used. First off I spoke to the owners son BEFORE they arrived and explained the truck has the key in it and its runs and drives just fine. Asked that it be driven on the truck as I had a new driveway put in not to long ago. I come home and find ruts in my brand new driveway. I called and asked why they dragged the truck the owners son state they have a policy not to crank the units up due to liability reasons then proceeded with saying how do we know those weren’t there before arriving. Well I have 6 cameras around my property and 3 of them show him dragging the truck up on the flat bed. Owners son is very unprofessional and I will be seeking legal actions as the driveway costed me 6k. I DO NOT recommend this company
One of our Bobcats got stuck and we called 1st choice for recovery. Daniel was on site shortly afterward. He quickly assessed the situation and got set up. 2 minutes later our machine was on dry ground. Daniel was very polite and proffesional. We will use 1st Choice again definitely!
1st Choice is the best towing company out there. They are fast and great pricing. Anytime we need their services due to our trucks being down they are able to services us fast. The drivers are professional. Recommend them to everyone.
