Been coming for years but called for a price on a part, got told the “computer is smarter than you” by a customer representative when I was trying to give my year make & model, bad customer service for a place that’s has good inventory & parts! Definitely don’t call if you don’t like a hard time on the phone!
This junkyard is BY FAR the best junkyard I have ever been too!!! The prices here is something you CANNOT BEAT!! The staff here is amazing as well!! Sherwin makes me feel like I’m part of the family at S&W!! Shout out to SHERWIN he is the absolute BEST!!!! And above all else! This junkyard has saved me TONS of money and they are very lenient and will ALWAYS work with you!! This junkyard is a place that i will always come back too no matter what!!! Despite what the website says self-service is no longer open on Sundays. Tried three times finally found someone walking by the tires and found out they are Monday - Saturday. Waste of time
This place is a great place to look for interior and exterior parts.
They pull all the engines, transmissions, and wheels off the vehicle. So dont come here expecting any of these parts.
When you walk in the door they will tell you exactly what row to go to look for the vehicle. They charge an admission fee it is only $2 and you can stay all day if you like. And it is still only the initial $2. Now of course you do have to pay for the parts that you want. But their prices are extremely reasonable!
After a hit and run messed up both my minivan passenger side doors, insurance wanted to "total" it and give us only $2k. Body shop estimated $5k. I cancelled my claim and found the 2 doors (and some trim) at S&W for $192. My son helped me pull 'em from the yard and we got them installed tonight. This van has many good years left in it...They had free hot coffee/cold water and the friendly front desk folks helped me search for a match. I appreciated the large wheelbarrow and port-o-potty in the yard. Great experience, will be back.
Where do even start? First of all let me say, employees are extremely rude and always have an attitude. Especially the BIG lady at the front register. They just outright stole some of my money. So I went with big group and when some were turned away they didn't return proper change. Now I know it's only $2 per person. But if I give you money I counted in front of you. And you still have the gull to say I didn't give you the amount I COUNTED one by one in front of you, then people here are thieves. 2nd if you're looking for anything under the hood like engine component, you're wasting your time. Cars are stripped of anything under the hood. All you have are old, totaled cards that are more totaled on the inside. Just go elsewhere, this place isn't worth the money for the possible frustration and theft you have to go through for a car part.
If you are looking for fàst tire service this is not the place to go. The tire I bought had very good tread left on 8t and it cost me $60 for the tire but getting it on the rim was a whole nother issue. The owner had 4 people working and none had a clue on what the hell was going on. The would do a task and then stand there waiting on the owner to tell them the next step. I had 4 people in front of me a van that got 2 tires. Two cars with 2 tires each and one car that had 4 tires. I was there for 3 1/2 hours to do that amount of work. I have ran a shop for 20 years and I could have had me and my guys do that same amount of work twice in that amount of time. The owner needs to get better employees that he can tell them one time what task they need to complete and they would not stand there like they are lost as hell. Time moves fast now days people have things they are trying to get done 3 and a half hours at a tire shop is a little much for 1 tire.
Workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. Only a few are actually helpful. Also don’t waste ur time on bringing your kid to come with you to help you. Their website says 16 and older but a lady working at cashier said they had to be 18.
Came for bumper a rim a cluster maybe some other stuff but they didn't have nothing in no cars all burnt or wet so if you need anything it's bad the peo that work here have no clue what they sell or what they just wanna charge the 2 bucks to see bone cars with nothing never coming back here agian
Two young men working counter. Courteous and respectful. I like that. Value was decent for what I pulled and purchased. Would Definitely give them another go. As this was my first trip S&W.
Well this place is huge you will definitely need lot of tools to wet parts out some parts are cheap some not so is good ask for prices before you waste time pulling parts out
Reading the reviews, it's apparent the business has employees remove the engines and wheels before the car goes to the yard. If they don't keep the wheels or tires to resell, they put the wheels back inside the cars.
Once you are aware the engines and wheels already got picked over, the utility of a U Pull drops a bit. I went to a different place and got a matched set of wheels.
Having personally scrounged for obscure exterior sensors, etc, I wouldn't bother with here if I was wanting to pick something that lives under the hood.
The staff is nice and the yard clean. Huge bonus for having wheel barrows that have two wheels so I don't have to balance it!

great junkyard because they have a bigger inventory than other u pull places. associates are friendly and helpful. easy experience. i appreciate the associate that checked me out. her name is hanna. she was nice and very helpful with my questions. trucks are in the front. cars are in the back. and japan cars are on the right. they also have cars for sale.
Hannah and Felicia were so helpful today.!!!! After coming back to the truck and not having it start right at closing. We were the last ones in the parking lot, Hannah and Felicia were so kind to stay and wait with us until the tow truck was about to get us.
I needed some spare tires, and I was in there for least 30 minutes after they closed and the cashier was gracious enough to let me check out with exact change. they had what I needed and let me have it after they close, not sure if that's policy but they treated the customer right. Awesome place awesome people.
Best salvage pull apart yard and only S&W in the state. Has up to date vehicle's tire shop online access food stand and many more..staff are pretty friendly also. Prices are great too
5 star for the pull department 2 for the tire. I needed to make a spare for my car and for a used tire he wanted $55.00. I got the rim left the tire bought a brand new tire for less. Go to Discount tires to get a new tire you can get your parts from there but don't do tires there.
The yard isn't organized. Literally none of the cars have engines in them. Most of the cars look like they've been totalled so yoully be hard pressed to find any usable body panels. Also there's a Pull-a-part not 5 minutes down the road. Better to give the $2 entry fee to them.
Expensive: what I get for $6 from pull a part I get it hear for $26. Employees have attitude, rude and not welcoming at all. The only thing about them is that you can find cars those you can’t find anywhere else.
The yard organization is horrible. Makes and models are not grouped in any way which requires a lot of searching for the vehicle. This is done on purpose to make you spend more time on the yard because they charge you by the hour. It is cluttered and the parts are not of the best quality. I was on the yard less than 20 minutes after paying the admission fee in cash. Left with nothing and was charged an additional $15 which was unauthorized. Go to Pull-A-Part instead....they know what they are doing, everything is organized really well, and the prices much more reasonable.
