In my tool box they were taken from me and I was told that I had to purchase then. To get my belongings back! I will never go back to this half ass operation again. And now in have to order and pay from something I already owned again. So keep your petty $2 and go, well you know the rest!!
The people putting the prices on the parts don’t know what they’re doing. They constantly put the wrong part and make the parts more expensive then they need to be and don’t let you tell them what it really is, they’re stubborn and wrong
The cashiers don’t know what parts they’re looking at, i had a convertible top hydraulic pump and it took them almost 10 minutes to find it and kept saying it was probably an electric shock, which doesn’t even exist for a car, also i had a 3rd brake light for a dodge and they insisted it was a taillight assembly so i had to pay x2 what it should’ve been EVEN THOUGH i paid for a 3rd brake light for the same exact part a couple weeks ago.
I tried calling during normal business hours the AI could never direct me properly mybe the owners should call as a secret customer and get a true understanding how poorly the experience is.
One of the workers by the name of Julieta I believe gave me really good customer service, she was very helpful and had a pleasant attitude, most definitely will be coming back to this location.
It is big place and has good collection of cars and they are always renewing the inventory, prices stays at the very low side and inflation does not affected their prices that much

It was ok. An organized salvage yard where yu bring your own tools for part removal first and foremost and anything yu need to transport your part out like a wheel barrow if needed.
Prepare to do some walking.
Yu enter the vehicle info you're looking for on their computers and print out the location of the vehicle. Yu pay a $2 admissions to get in to search the lot for the vehicle and remove the part yu need.
Locate the car, remove your part, take it to the front, pay their price for the part and yu got what yu need.

Overall great place honestly but Safiya had outstanding customer service. She helped with everything I needed and even answered so questions I had without giving me a hard time and just made my visit worth it. I am very thankful to have had her help.

I have been coming to this location since it’s opening years ago. Have seen many changes and workers come and go. I have had much luck with the newest iteration of employees and find myself going just to chat with the workers. Ivy is always informative and helpful when I come in. She’s always kind and easy going and never gives me anything but her full attention. Jay is another employee who is very helpful and always a person I can go to for any issues that may occur. She’s always helpful and has a lot of knowledge pertaining to the company and the yard layout. Gabbi is my favorite cashier by far. She’s always quick, knowledgeable and has resolved numerous discrepancies and misunderstandings that may have arose with other cashiers. There are many other great employees including a gentleman always at the front with Gabbi and Jay. He’s never given me anything other than a warm welcome and stellar attitude. The cons at the location normally are the system is not always accurate and currently the inventory isn’t as full as it usually would be. Parts have skyrocketed so many have turned to junkyards so some common and once accessible items are now harder to find. Fair prices and good people are here. I’d recommend checking them out.
had an amazing experience at the Pull-Apart store in Lithonia, GA! The place is clean, organized, and they have a great selection of parts at very reasonable prices. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Ivy, the worker I interacted with, was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're in the area and need quality parts with great service, this is the place to go, and Ivy is definitely the person to look for!
Went here during a rainy day and found this and When I sent the pictures to a woman that I talked to that said she was one of the owners and even tried to call her and when I tried to get a employee to go turn off the fuel pump one of the owners told me not to tell his employees to do anything about this
Customer service is not up to par. You guys have a full staff of people working with only one person who is forklift certified. Totally ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for at least 45 minutes waiting. Walked into the the building 2x for service and I’m still waiting. If you want to continue getting good reviews, I suggest that you certify all of your employees to do everything for professional development and customer satisfaction.
Pull a part still has great deals! This place is very well organized which made everything easy to find. The staff was great very helpful and knowledgeable. I found the part for my car, literally pulled it off, paid for it, and was out the door. Wonderful experience. The part was much cheaper than an auto parts store. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
