I’ve been to several yards in the Atlanta area, but the Lithonia Pull-A-Part is definitely one of the best. The yard is incredibly well-organized by make and model, which saved me a ton of time walking around. I found exactly what I needed for my Honda at a fraction of the cost of a new part. The staff was professional and the checkout process was quick. If you’re looking to save money and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, this is the spot!

I honestly had a great experience at the Pull-A-Part Atlanta East location. Buying a used car can usually be a headache, but these guys made it easy. Aiden was my salesman and he was excellent—super welcoming from the second I walked in and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I also talked with Ryan, who is seriously knowledgeable about cars; he clearly knows his stuff and helped answer all my technical questions. The staff is so incredibly helpful and it's such a great place to find what you need only problem is I didn't take my the right tools. But got lots of good advice. And I'll be back in the morning... First thing!!
Used tire prices should only be $10,they are used.If you gone sell them at that price atleast offer a half off deal if customer buy 4.Car seats are used and should be priced as used prices not new.I have been a long term customer and have seen when pull a part was at its best now you are charged extra if the car seats are powered or non powered,etc.I know every business operates to make money but it shouldn’t be a need to be excessive.
Employee Tommy help me get a battery for my car but the first one was no longer good so he went and found me a better one took a little time but it works great you have an amazing employee hold on to him and much thanks

I just had a serious encounter with Sophia and Jazmine. They were awesome so knowledgeable Julieta. These ladies were so knowledgeable. They just went overboard trying to help me find the battery that I needed. Just don’t find that kind of customer service. ***** 5 Stars ⭐
My tool box was searched and since the person that checked me in didn't do her job and mark any auto parts that were already o In my tool box they were taken from me and I was told that I had to purchase then. To get my belongings back! I will never go back to this half ass operation again. And now in have to order and pay from something I already owned again. So keep your petty $2 and go, well you know the rest!!
I tried calling during normal business hours the AI could never direct me properly mybe the owners should call as a secret customer and get a true understanding how poorly the experience is.
One of the workers by the name of Julieta I believe gave me really good customer service, she was very helpful and had a pleasant attitude, most definitely will be coming back to this location.
Ivy and Corey gave great customer service!! VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable!!! Awesome workers!! The manager was not so helpful!! He stood around and watched And didn’t Try to resolve the issue!! Definitely not good managerial skills when a customer is trying To get an understanding of a situation. I felt like he didn’t care whether i made the purchase or not!! Needless to say i walked our spending 300 solely cause IVY AND COREY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!
I have been coming to this location since it’s opening years ago. Have seen many changes and workers come and go. I have had much luck with the newest iteration of employees and find myself going just to chat with the workers. Ivy is always informative and helpful when I come in. She’s always kind and easy going and never gives me anything but her full attention. Jay is another employee who is very helpful and always a person I can go to for any issues that may occur. She’s always helpful and has a lot of knowledge pertaining to the company and the yard layout. Gabbi is my favorite cashier by far. She’s always quick, knowledgeable and has resolved numerous discrepancies and misunderstandings that may have arose with other cashiers. There are many other great employees including a gentleman always at the front with Gabbi and Jay. He’s never given me anything other than a warm welcome and stellar attitude. The cons at the location normally are the system is not always accurate and currently the inventory isn’t as full as it usually would be. Parts have skyrocketed so many have turned to junkyards so some common and once accessible items are now harder to find. Fair prices and good people are here. I’d recommend checking them out.
had an amazing experience at the Pull-Apart store in Lithonia, GA! The place is clean, organized, and they have a great selection of parts at very reasonable prices. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Ivy, the worker I interacted with, was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're in the area and need quality parts with great service, this is the place to go, and Ivy is definitely the person to look for!
Pull a part still has great deals! This place is very well organized which made everything easy to find. The staff was great very helpful and knowledgeable. I found the part for my car, literally pulled it off, paid for it, and was out the door. Wonderful experience. The part was much cheaper than an auto parts store. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
