There is a guy who works there (he works outside & moves the cars ) who is unprofessional & gets upset/whines about having to do his job. Front office ladies were decent people. Other places will treat you better & have better prices
My car was in an accident and got towed. While picking up at this place I did notice some more damage than the one I saw in the accident, tried to find out what happened and I didnt get too much help more than tools to fix it on place. I wanted them to check the cameras to when the car arrived but they just said that was damage I didn't see at the time... I had pictures and I am sure that was done while towing
I called them because they were the closest tow service from where i was located. tow truck showed up to tow my car as usual then i noticed a second tow truck show up for no reason. The second tow truck did zero work on my car just showed up to watch the first tow truck tow my car. when i get the bill they tried to bill me for 2 tow trucks on the scene. Totally unethical money hungry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Beware of this towing company. They will not give you a quote at the scene. They towed our totaled van to their impound and held it there for 2 hours. We came on the same days 2 hours later, they asked for $340 total fees to clear the charge. I will not recommend this towing service to anyone.
My mother was in a car accident today. She is unconscious in the ICU. We do not know anything about the accident because she is unconscious and was alone in the car. She just purchased the vehicle this month, so we don’t know the vin or tag number. The police told us this company would have the vehicle. I called this company just to see if they picked up the vehicle today that matched the description. He yelled at me with the nastiest attitude for no reason, told me he wouldn’t look into anything without a VIN, and hung up on. I called again to ask if he could just tell me if they picked up a vehicle matching the description before I go to the tag office tomorrow. He yelled at me again and was incredibly nasty. No sympathy for a family desperately trying to find information about how their loved one was nearly killed. He clearly wanted to make sure he could keep the vehicle another day to rack up fees since the tag office is already closed today. If you have any other option, do not use this business. Shady and heartless.
Sorry, I'm not sure about this facility but my review applies to their Suwannee branch, maybe it's the same here.

I understand that their job is difficult, wreckers aren't highly regarded but when they lack empathy it's worst.
I know that it was my own circumstances that led me to be in the situation that I'm in but they have to understand that some of us don't have the luxury to leave our job during normal operating hours to avoid fees. I called and explained my situation, asking for some help and I was met with indifference and treated as if I was criminal.
I would never contact this wrecker service for towing or anything they offer. They don't care. Everyone should avoid this business.

The owner is definitely not known or built from customer service. I went to retrieve my newly installed 15 inch sub woofer & amp from my vehicle, the owner approached me and spoke to me in an aggressive manner "You need to go put that speaker back" "when the insurance company see that it's missing they'll dismiss your claim and blame you". I asked for information since this is news to me, even if I just installed it? & didn't come with the car ? - respectfully & calmly at that. He said again "you need to put the speaker back" and walked away ignoring me, after asking him how does this process work. Respectfully he needs to stay in the back or retire. People mistake me for a teenager when I'm in my mid 30's, classic case of elderly talking down to young people.
I have found recently, for me anyway, that customer service has been on the decline. But, I will definitely acknowledge good/great customer service whenever I experience it, and John F was wonderful. I could not Thank him enough for how he handled my situation and getting my car taken care of. 100% professional. Thank you for taking care of my car. (Doraville)
We live close to their Bufford location, not sure why they tow the vehicle to a farther location in pleasant dale. Reading from other reviewers about missing/stolen stuffs from their towed vehicles, luckily wasn't my case. Everything was accounted for. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Please bring photo id and registration or title if you want access to your car.
My property was stolen out of my car that SHOULD have been locked and secured, and no one will own up to the responsibility. I stood there after my car accident with a CONCUSSION confused as heck and had a tow truck randomly come and take my car without saying a WORD to me. I had to walk over all confused and ask if I could get my purse out. Then asked if I should get my other stuff out, and was assured that I could retrieve it later. And then my possessions were MOVED all around the car and STOLEN. I will be calling the police officer that was involved in my accident. And my insurance is investigating. Do not trust these employees with your property.
What a great experience in unfortunate circumstances. This wrecker service was some of the best customer experience I have experienced. From the front office staff to the yard crew they were a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend them if you need anything regarding towing in the Duluth Lawrenceville area. 100% professionals. Thank you for taking care of my wife and the car.
