I was in need of an engine for my car although they cant guarantee this for every customer i think i just got lucky what i received was not used it was practically brand new !!! Things started off a lil rough but in due time became the best experience im very happy with the overall outcome! They followed through and kept their word during the entire process helped me alot more than they know but one guy in particular pw was very instrumental and the key to getting everything back on track! It was a very good experience I would absolutely recommend them. I will forever go to them if I need any part ever again
I bought an engine from them and my engine didn’t work at all. I haven’t been able to move my car, they sold me an engine with these problems coming ups
When u say this place is amazing they had what I needed no back and forth. And very professional. The prices are very reasonable. trust me you won’t be disappointed.
I need to sell my car. The only thing that doesn’t work on it is the radio so I thought would replace it. Bought from these people, received it and had it installed. It doesn’t work and they won’t take it back. They say it said that on the receipt but I don’t see it. Im a senior living on Social Security. This will keep me from three of my meds this month. Avoid business with these people.

These people are crooks take your buisness somewhere else. I priced a fender for a 2009 Infiniti. I was told $200 I found the same fender at a real junkyard for $55 dollars. These people are terrible.

I’ve given one star because I’m not allowed to put zero starts. This is the worst business i’ve ever interacted with, the workers are very rude and unprofessional.
I came in and bought a used engine and i was called to come pick it up, i came in and they decided to wash the engine when i got there and wanted to put the engine in my car while it was leaking. it’s not the fact that it was wet because i didn’t mind it being wet, but it was leaking a green fluid, like leaking really bad. So it told the guy that they are not putting the engine like that in my car. They guy got upset and told me to go talk to the people in the office and honestly when i got to the office i’ve never met people so rude. oh and how can i forget, two of the employees where arguing while they were retrieving the engine.
when i spoke to the guy in the office he said he could’ve given it to me dirty and they decided to wash it for me- like i’m supposed to be grateful. he then said people are advised to come with a pickup truck and not an suv, and the thing is the day i bought the engine i specifically asked him if an suv is fine and he said yes. the resolution was for me to wait until the engine is dry.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING COMING TO THIS BUSINESS, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS
I wish I had a different review.. unfortunately it was all in all a bad experience. Called for a part on the shelf it was a window switch complete with bezel. I had spoke with PeeWee and he was helpful in the beginning. Sent me pics of the switch. I bugged Peewee and called him back to confirm it was being shipped the in the exact same picture he sent me. He stated yes. The part was $75 and they charged me $30 for shipping assuming it was complete. I got the package a week later and the inside this very small box was just the switch itself. I immediately called PeeWee and he informed me I never told him to send it complete, became argumentative i explained i wasnt calling to argue just that I needed it complete and exactly how he showed it in the pictures, then let some days pass before searching for the bezel. Called today and said he couldn't find it and he wasn't gonna have his guys digging in the trash to help me locate a bezel that there is only 1 of? Why wouldn't you use your best judgment or communication and think to yourself "if we (columbia) only have 1 of these then we should send it all"
But unfortunately they downsized the part to put it in a smaller box, to save on shipping to get more money in their pocket, this is no secret anymore as consumers we know it does not cost $30 to ship a 4" by 4" windoe switch weighing under a pound. It's really unfortunate and they probably don't care about the reviews? But again I know I called back to communicate I need everything just how he sent me a pic. Then argued when I called back. This is truly an AS-IS yard with a taillight warranty once they have the money good luck getting any type of follow up. Just be cautious and make sure to get it in writing or text or something. People want what they pay for and this business is a money's already spent type of mentality.... what a bummer
