The gentlemen that came out were so courteous. It really was easy to do. I wish I could remember who I talked with on the phone, but she was so Professional.
The white guy who came and picked up my car tried to steal my firearm that I know for a fact was in the driver door side. I forgot it while I was trying to clean out my car and I should've know why when he tried to rush me. He moved the firearm from the driver door to under the seat hoping that I wouldn't find it while cleaning it out . I was waving his down ,he seen me and still pulled off. When I called the dispatcher she handle the situation poor stating that the driver was already on the highway when I know for a fact he hadn't made to far within 3 minutes from my house. I'm so glad my sister swung into action and made him pull over so she could get it for me. (I had my sister on 3 way with me and the dispatcher so she could here how bad the dispatcher was lying)He didn't even know who my sister was but knew exactly what she was looking for and better yet he pulled it out from under the seat and gave it to her after letting her look for a couple of minutes. It's already bad enough that my car went out on me ,then you try to steal from me to. That's very much insane. I wouldn't recommend yall to nobody after this happening to me. Bought a dodge Journey from here which I chose to purchase based off they said it runs and drive. Crunk the car up and it ran for about 5 mins. Im no mechanic but i chunked it up as the battery needed more charge. I purchased the vehicle for $800. I wasn’t trying to buy a car that needed work, I already have a vehicle that needs work. Needing minor work okay cool. Needing a whole motor is totally different. The car been sitting in the driveway since I paid them $200 to tow it to my home.
This company is so amazing. They were more than fair in giving me what I wanted for my car without trying to get over. They showed up really quick the transaction took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them because everyone else was trying to low ball and get over.
