The team was very understanding and worked with me until I was able to get my car fixed. Jennifer and Tammy were amazing—they truly went above and beyond. They even offered financing options for those who may not have the full balance upfront, which was extremely helpful. While their prices are a bit higher, you definitely get what you pay for. I left the shop confident that my car has been repaired properly and safely. Highly recommend!

In and out as a walk in for a transmission drain and fill under two hours. Super awesome folks and definitely will be going back if any other work is needed. I would put 100 out of 5 stars but I can only put 5 Also very reasonable price and again awesome folks

Honestly, at this point I trust this place more than my doctors.. From customer service to quality of service, this place exceeds all expectations. The staff is friendly, informative, and makes sure you and your car will be safe on the road. I recommend this place to everyone and every trip has just made me love this place more and more. Amazing service and employees that really care about people. There were two women behind the desk that helped me out, one was Tammy and forgive me I can’t remember the seconds name. Both were sweet. The service was fast they squeezed me in short notice on a Saturday. Gave me a complimentary inspection, tightened my battery terminals, and included a video detailing what the mechanic found.

I was referred to AAS, boy did it turn out to be a blessing. This is truly the best mechanic shop I've ever been to! They are honest, flexible, very flexible. The prices are fair, and the quality of service was exceptional. You can really feel that they care about their customers. I trust AAS with all of my repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable,affordable and trustworthy auto service. I have been going there since I started my business and they have helped me with my work van tremendously. Communication is great customer service is great and the mechanic s know what they are doing and will have you ready as soon as possible. Highly recommend them and if you do not have the money to pay up front the SNAP finance program is a life saver. God bless

Blown away at the clear communication from this repair shop. They made everything easy and their estimate was detailed with a pick and choose menu that enabled me to see what needed to be done when not on sight. We are spending a few months in the area and stay here regularly to visit and care for family. I will be using this shop from here on out whenever we are here.

My experience with Almost Auto was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I initially called to when I came and pick my car up the service was spectacular. Tammy was so kind and very communicative when it came to updating me on my car. I had a warranty with Carmax and they are Carmax certified technicians so I was able to bring my car in and get it fixed at an extremely discounted rate. They spoke with the Carmax operators to help activate my warranty and help get me set up with a rental (which I didn’t end up needing because they fixed my car so fast!). I had my car towed in on Monday and my car was ready to go by Wednesday! Both Tammy and Jennifer were wonderful receptionists and I will definitely be bringing my car back when I need something fixed…with or without the warranty!

I brought my VW Tiguan in for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and delivered the work exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend!

I found Almost Auto recently and I will never go anywhere else! They bent over backwards to help me! They are the nicest people. I also trust them completely. They’ve never tried to tell me I need something that I don’t. They give me a timeline of when things are due and I set up appointments accordingly. I’m taking my car there for everything, even a simple oil change! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Almost auto always diagnoses and fixes the problems with my vehicles promptly . Doesn't matter what the issue is . I had a rear main seal replaced with these guys which is a big job and they handled it perfectly . They are experts in the field of automotive repair. Don't let the name of the business fool you ..

Definitely was a great experience with almost auto, they did a very thorough analysis of my vehicle, unfortunately GMC needs to do better with their detection system because it’s very vague and it can mean numerous problems or just something simple. Thank goodness for your experience because it made me feel as if you cared. My car just needed a tune up this time but if something happens again, I definitely will go back. Just for you people who are inpatient or have a very busy life, they had my car back to me within 24 hours, great turn around time.

I was a first-time customer this week, and already this is probably the best overall experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in my forty years of driving (including a decade in the auto parts business). Within a couple of hours of dropping off my Honda for an alignment and other issues, I was e-mailed a stunningly comprehensive inspection report, noting all things good, bad, and in between; better yet, every point of concern was accompanied by photos and/or video clearly illustrating the problem, eliminating any cause for skepticism or doubt. Tammy was sure to go over every point for approval, and for the few services I declined (i.e., maintenance I routinely do myself), there was none of the traditional hard-sell or doomspeak for which repair shops are infamous. From there, there were no surprises or plot twists to muck up the works -- I received a call at the projected time the next morning telling me my car was ready for pickup, and it runs and drives like new. The total cost wasn't exactly what I'd call "cheap', but it was absolutely more than fair, especially for the quality of work, and every detail was accounted for in both estimate and receipt. I'm still sad that I had to abandon my previous repair shop of over a decade (the owner had passed the operation down to his son, with underwhelming results), but I am thrilled to have found this one. Almost Auto Service truly does Clarkston proud, and I am proud to be its customer.

The team at AAS is a great group of folks who truly make you feel a part of the team. In a world where everyone is going so fast all the time, they do a great job of slowing things down and making you feel appreciated. They are extremely transparent and discuss everything in great detail with you over the phone and even text messages. I love that they will send pictures and videos if they diagnose any issues to give you the most confidence in their decisions. The work has been top notch so far. My experience at Almost Auto was exceptional. They first evaluated the Toyota Highlander I purchased three months ago and changed the oil. They informed me that the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I returned a few days later for the pads, and the kindest assistants, two women, whose names I have shamefully forgotten 🤦🏽,were gracious in Ubering me home. I'll be back for sure.

The Customer Service (Tammy) is on point! Very professional, personal, and thorough. The mechanics took their time and making sure everything was corrected before releasing my Jeep. I found a new Auto Service with Almost Auto!

I brought my tundra in for a trans drain and fill, i did research alot of other places and read each review, this place was close to me, had plenty positive feedback and open on Saturday which was all a plus for me. The drain n fill was done within the time the told me, they also did a inspection of the vehicle which i appreciated, made recommendations which was a mission lugnut in which they did offer to give me if i had time to wait for their delivery ( i didnt, but if they are still willing to do it for me I would gladly drive up there) the front desk and the mechanics in the back were all very pleasant.

Great service and fast. Within a weeks time span I had to replace a catalytic converter and an alternator/ belt. I googled and AAS was close. The were able to fit me in both times and got my vehicle back within a day. The staff is friendly and trustworthy . They kept me updated and tried to work with my schedule and budget.

Jennifer and mostly Tammy are the best. They communicated well , kept me informed with pricing and delays. Happy I have finally found an auto service shop that has honest caring people.

Honest and top notch service from start to finish with all of the staff at Almost Auto Service. Pricing is also fair and they are upfront with the cost with no pressure to agree quickly.
