John went above and beyond any car repair service experience I’ve ever had. The entire experience was professional, friendly, efficient, and cost effective. Wish I had found them sooner but glad to be a customer now.

My first time come to the shop after finding it on costco website. Appointment and drop off was easy. the inspection note, approval system was easy to understand and can do everything on the phone. Hudson and John were very helpful and stay in communication. Highly recommended.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord and had a wonderful service from Blue Ridge Automotive. They corrected a horrible service done by a Honda dealership regarding my driveshaft recall ! They advised a proper solution and fixed damaged areas of corrosion and incorrect handling by the dealership. I would take my car to blueridge again for further service in the future ! blue ridge auto to is great, will definitely keep coming here. i’ve now had my car there twice, once 6 weeks ago for $2k worth of repairs, and today for a simple oil change. both experiences were easy and pleasant. for my larger, multi-day repair, hudson was in contact all week about the repairs, time estimates, cost, etc. it was great being updated and knowing what was up with my car. he’s extremely professional and gives clear communication while being upbeat and positive, which as a business owner, i know is really hard to find sometimes (a lot of times)!! so i really appreciated it! lastly, he also is skilled at communicating the issues with the car and “dumbing” it down enough without being patronizing. i leave blue ridge auto feeling like i actually know what’s wrong with my car, not like i got vocab words thrown at me until i got stressed enough to say yes to everything, lol. in addition to good staff, blue ridge also has a great system where you get full reports on their repair recommendations. the system marks stuff by how urgent it is, or if you should just keep an eye on it. they also upload photos and sometimes videos as well for the parts that may need repairs. it really increases the trust i have in them that i can see for myself what AND why they’re suggesting something. once you get a chance to look through their detailed report, you also get price estimates for *everything* and can approve or deny different repairs right on your phone. as a girl who has definitely been ripped off in the past at mechanics, i think this feature at blue ridge is absolutely fantastic and a game changer for trust and transparency. when the time came for an oil change, i knew i wanted to go back to blue ridge. made the appointment online for next day, easy peasy. john checked me into the computer, told me about their waiting room amenities, and made good conversation about my bumper stickers which helped time fly. once my oil change was done, i even got a report done about my car then too! i was in & out in 90 minutes. cost was pretty much the same i pay anywhere else. all in all, it’s really dang nice to have found this place. from the outside, it seems like blue ridge treats their staff well, and i hope that continues! it makes a huge difference going to a business where the staff actually seems happy to work there, happy to work with each other, and in turn, happy to provide great customer service and good care for the car. very much recommended

Blueridge was spectacular! Hudson and Miranda always kept up to date on every little part of the process along with being extremely sympathetic and compassionate regarding the large repairs done to my car. The whole operation including Jason and the other techs working on my vehicle, were open and honest. That's what matters most.

Dropped off my Kia Stinger for a Catalytic Converter replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Maranda and Hudson were the 2 people I spoke to throughout the process and both were incredibly friendly, informative and concise with everything. They kept me in the loop from start to finish, and even contacted me before the warranty company did on what was wrong with the car, what the turnover time would be and what the next steps were. They helped answer my questions on after market parts that were on the vehicle and how to go about potentially reaching out for future services. Shoutout to the mechanics and techs for taking care of my car, the team at Blue Ridge is A1! Thank you guys!

Outstanding service! Hudson and Maranda were very helpful in getting our Ford Expedition rolling safely again within 24 hours. In addition to the great service, they have a software that sends out vehicle inspections via text, estimates and invoices that you can pay virtually as well. Very efficient business for a car repair shop. I was highly impressed. We will be coming back.

Great shop! I spoke to Hudson, Maranda and a couple of others and everyone was very kind, helpful and honest. I have been living in Dunwoody for a few years, but I have been committed to sticking to the mechanic shop that I was accustomed to; driving over an hour to get my car serviced. I decided to try out a shop closer and I am very glad that I did. I am more than satisfied with the work they provided. I am sticking with this shop.

Blue Ridge Automotive was extremely easy to deal with and we got an appointment very quickly. We found this company through our Costco membership and were thrilled to learn that they provided discounts. We had one minor issue after the work was completed, however I am still recommending and giving Blue Ridge Automotive 5 stars because their honesty and rapid response to correct the issue was very professional and understanding. We will return for any future car needs!

Blue ridge is always super helpful and prompt! I love that I can drop off and pick up my car after hours. Maranda explains everything thoroughly and is extremely kind and patient- not belittling like at some shops! Hudson got my Kia all fixed up!

It's always difficult to find auto shops that excel in both auto service and customer service, but Blue Ridge Automotive does both. I really liked their system to share vehicle inspections and reccomended services with photos and notes on if the service can wait or is recommended immediately. Unlike at other shops or dealerships where I sometimes felt pressured with a lack of details, I was presented with clear facts and photos that made my service decisions clear and simple. Pricing was incredibly fair also, I'll be taking my vehicle here for all my future service needs. Maranda and Hudson were easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any questions or concerns I had. Great team, looking forward to returning in the future!
