Obviously, the previous reviews for most people on here are family, friends, or people that these people have known for probably all of their life in such a small town. But they are totally unprofessional and violation of Georgia codes that apply to the entire state but yet they think that because they are in the small town where nobody really knows that they violate the state laws that they can get away with that they need to seriously review State codes and learn what the actual law is instead of just making up their own rules because this can get them shut down!

Not from GA but ended up stranded on 84 and needed road side assistance. Google lead me the Rathels towing. Once I called they arrived within 15 minutes and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Couldn’t thank you more for helping my family.

It doesn’t matter how far out I’ve been, what time of day or night or what the weather was like. I know I can count on them to help me. They’re quick responding, affordable, reliable and above all else they’re homegrown. You can always hang you hat on a business that’s started with the blood, sweat and tears of one man’s dream that he has since then been able to pass down to two more generations. Literally waited bogged down on a dirt Rd 5 hours with five kids under the age of 10 we waited over an hour ultimately to be told we should call somebody in the town an hour away. They came 2 hours later from Cairo && pulled us out in 5 minutes. I wouldn't bother calling these folks 👎🏻
Thank God for having this guy. He has been a life saver for me numerous of times. His service is professionally operated he is prompt trustworthy and not as high as other tow companies. He has towed my vehicles to and from out of town and I can call him anytime of the day and he’s there. Thanks for all you do.
