Chane has helped me out a lot but to anyone that said he not a man of his world is a lie but the last few months he been running the yard and parts department so yes he may have got behind a little or forgot to go pick up a car that is a every day mistake that we all have forgotten about something before in our life time so if you don't know what's going on or the whole story don't be quiet to judge anyone because as a owner of my own business it's hard to keep up with everything all the time but Chane keep on doing the great service that you have done for so long thanks
He has told me several times. He was coming to pick up a vehicle...its been a couple of weeks...now he ignores my calls...the fellas name it Shane...not a man of his word.
Was traveling through to jersey and was stranded, this was the only local yard willing to help immediately. They were kinder, more helpful, and more affordable than all their competitors. The saved my trip, if you’re in a bind these are the guys to use
Should've came to this yard from jump. I got 2 bad engines from a place in Atlanta because I didn't want to make the drive. I called and spoke to Haley, and they still had an engine for me. I made the drive. I got a better price than in Atlanta. My Chevy runs great. I came back and got a transmission for my F150 and an engine for my Jeep. All my vehicles are running great now thanks to them. Since I've learned that the drive is worth it, I'll be back when I need you.
Sold me a bad transmission. Stole my core told me the new transmission was my core. Won't back their warranty. Cussed about my shop and having better lawyers than me. I guess if your running shady business you need the shady good lawyers to stay out of jail.
This is by far the best salvage yard Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have recently made some huge changes and they seem to have all been for the better! If its been a while since you tried them or have never tried them please do! you wont be dissappointed. The ladies working up front were very friendly and helpful. They tried so hard to ensure i got all the parts I needed. Will definitely be back!!!
I attempted to purchase a part here. Every time I tried to talk to them, I had to repeat a contact attempt 2-3 times. They'd contact me, but would use the wrong email address even though we'd already been emailing back and forth. They quoted me the wrong shipping amount. One employee said they'd honor it and then the next one would shake me down for the additional shipping. I cancelled the transaction and never received a refund. Finally had to resort to contesting the transaction on my credit card. To be clear, I didn't get the impression that they are maliciously doing anything. They just don't seem like they get around to doing the important things, like taking care of customers. Would not recommend.
I ordered a part from them and they had told me they'd call me when it came in but I ended up calling them to see if it had come it and it was there . They were a little busy when I got there but it didn't take them long to get it and have me taken care of pretty nice people working there .
Some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. Had exactly what I needed and took great care of me. Definitely recommend these hometown folks and their business!
One of the worst places to go to. All they sell is overpriced junk. Check online before you buy from them. You'll find it cheaper and in better condition. They act like they care to get your money and once they do then they don't care if they sell you a non working part.
I always injoy turning on the Sanford and son theam song as I drive through there what looks to hundreds of vehicles you can pick and choose from very nice people they pretty much have eney part your looking for
These guys are very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I went and will not be going anywhere else in the future and that's for sure. They had everything I've needed and immgkad I went there this time to get what I needed. L

This ain’t no Sirmons.My tires messed up quick.This place is a joke.1500$ down the drain thanks a lot.Had to drive all the way to Donalsonville just to get a proper alignment at Sirmons.Ive tried numerous shops in Bainbridge with the same results.Hard to shop local when this is what you get SMDH!!!!!!!!
Wish I lived closer because they would for sure be my mechanic. Not only do they do a perfect repair, etc. but some of the most friendly and helpful people I've met in almost 25 years. Reasonable prices and they make you feel like part of their family
My family and I have been doing business with the Rathels for many years. They have excellent and friendly service. The body shop has superior quality with qualified and talented technitians. I will never go any where else to have my vehicles fixed.

Never will I ever do business again with them or recommend any1 to them. Got a part from them & the wire was missing so we returned it to them & only wanted to EXCHANGE it for 1 with a wire. The guy tried to say my husband broke the wire off. "NO THATS HOW THEY SOLD IT 2 HIM" Then we way up here n FG & he called THAT MORNING & dude tells him they gone pull part but it will be a minute. Ok... so he waited a bit b4 leaving FG & then done stopped to run errands, kill time at walmart & everything. So tell me why it was 3 that afternoon & the part still wasnt pulled. There was A WHOLE free guy there that was doing NOTHING & could have & (actually tried 2 go get part) but then u had this particular worker to tell him not to & that he was going to get it 4 them. This worker had no intention on ever pulling the part & then had the nerve to tell my ma Sorry my husband wasted her time NO YOU WASTED THEIR TIME. If u didn't want to get the part or 4 my husband 2 have it that was all I had 2 say Will get it elsewhere. Thanks to the Mexican guy that wanted to help & God bless to the guy that lied & never intended 2 help. Have gotten a couple of parts from there & no problem, just long waits even when calling in advance. But after yesterday NEVER AGAIN
Had a motor swap and some transmission work done. Outstanding service and reliable work! Motor and transmission run like a top! Will gladly do business with them again.
Went to get a rim for my van tire. Was assured they had one and there was nothing wrong with it. It would be pulled and waiting for me to pick it up. The only thing that saved this review from being 1 star was that the person who almost sold me a bad rim, was not there when I went to get it. Another gentleman called me and told me that the rim was bad.
