Very interesting experience. Wish we could have come during peach season, but still got some unique items like peach jellybeans and ice cream. Very friendly people and was a great overall experience.
Wonderful family run business with home grown peaches and pecans, and every snack you can imagine made from them! Peach ice cream in the summer, and holiday gift boxes in winter. Super nice folks!
We’ve always bought peaches and been very satisfied with them so we decided to try pecans. Never again!! A five pound bag cracked was $25, pricy but that’s what we paid. The issue was that the five pound bag was only 4.623 pounds - almost a half pound less than noted on the label. We’ll maybe continue buying peaches but not pecans
I joined my child for a pumpkin patch field trip which the Dickey Farms provides for schools in a field close to their store front. It was really well organized and clean and there were 6 or 7 different areas for the kids to learn about pumpkins and farms as well as playgrounds and a corn maze. They each got to take home a small pumpkin and had some peach ice cream after lunch. The peach ice cream was delicious! A great field trip and so much fun!
Didn't have the time to look around much, but the market was well stocked. As you might expect, it was mostly (but not exclusively) peach-related items. You can see in the pics some things we picked up. (Look at that peach fritter. It's as big as my hand!) Also, the fresh peach ice cream was amazing!
I ate ice cream with two flavors peach and strawberry. They tasted really good. The farm had fresh vegetables, sweet peaches, and cherries. I saw syrups I’d never seen before: strawberry, blueberry, and peach. They also had something called peach chutney I’d never heard of it. I would definitely recommend visiting Dickey Farms.
Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone that will listen! By far THE BEST peaches that I have ever had! Hands down! The staff is so nice and the selection of good they have. Bought a little bit of everything from jams and jellies to muffin mix and t shirts! Cannot miss out on the ice cream especially the strawberry!!!
Dickey Farms had a nice selection of products, from jams, spreads, pickled stuff, peach related products that are homemade at the orchard. I tried the swirl ice cream it was amazing!!🔥🔥🔥 …The peach cobbler was pretty good too. 🤤…there are plenty of rocking chairs for customers to sit and enjoy an ice cream cone 🍦…I believe there was only one kind of peach sold here..The peaches 🍑 and plums are gorgeous..Hope they taste as good as they look. FYI it’s NOT climate controlled .. I saw the owner working shoulder to shoulder with his employees…let’s talk about dedication 💪💪🍑💕

I tried the fresh peach and strawberry swirl (or twist), it was absolutely amazing!
If you are anywhere close to Musella, GA you have to stop in to Dickey Farms and get a cup or cone of their fresh homemade ice cream!

It is a neat little place to visit .
Also, I am lactose intolerant, so most of the time I don't get to enjoy ice cream, but this hasn't bothered me go give them a try .
We went to the Strawberry festival @ Dickey Farms but stopped at the Farm store first thinking it was it. It wasn't. The store was fine but VERY crowded with long lines everywhere, maybe due to the Strawberry festival about a mile down the road.
Parking at the store day the festival was wild. Bring a drink to get you started cause it will be a short wait to get one there.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon in February. Parking is along the road but you have to walk around the back to the next building to get to their retail store and ice cream. The soft serve peach ice cream was good.
Very nice place to visit. Nestled in a quaint little community. The perfect place to come for some fruits and vegetables. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help.
Oh! Don't forget to try their strawberry ice cream. People come from miles around just to get this ice cream. I would strongly suggest that you sample the Butter Pecan ice cream or get the smallest serving first. I made the mistake of getting a large one without trying it first. The butter pecan doesn't taste like any butter pecan ice cream I've ever had. It tasted like it had a hint of coffee in it along with maple syrup. Several in my party agreed with this assessment. In short, it wasn't very good.
Check out the old-fashioned country store across the street. Hopefully, it will be open while you are here.
Lovely indoor/outdoor market! Fresh produce, bakery items, specialty jams, & homemade ice cream are a few of things available here. I love to enjoy their swirl ice cream (peach and strawberry) in the rocking chairs. They occasionally have small "festivals" here with local crafts/ goods.
Quaint little spot. Easy to find. Small but neatly organized. I came to try out the peach cobbler and peach ice cream. They have handmade candies, pecans, fresh peaches, muscadines, fresh boiled peanuts, pralines, and more. The peach ice cream was soft served. Refreshing! The peach cobbler was good but too much breading for my liking. Overall, I'd recommend

I love Dickey Farms! Their peaches are top tier and the homemade ice cream is amazing. They also have a wide variety of items in their market to take home to enjoy. I look forward to coming every year. Sitting in the rocking chairs while I eat my ice cream is always a highlight.
Nice to see some traditions continued. Cute place, helpful staff. Love the cobbler and the ice cream. Have to wait a few days to comment on the actual peaches.
Great place for families to visit a peach packing house and grab some fresh soft serve ice cream. Sit in a rocking chair and let life's worries fade away.

I grabbed quite a few things to take home and give to my family and friends.
The place is about an hour drive from McDonough and the drive once you get off the interstate is very nice.
I'm sure on a cooler day there would be a lot more people here.
They have sandwich options and boiled peanuts as well.
There is something here for everyone to enjoy!
My family stopped by to purchase peaches. We couldn't resist the blackberries, so we purchased a quarter of those as well. Many customers took a rest on the rockers that are provided for pleasure and enjoyment of the surroundings. It was packed but not so much so that it felt crowded. I haven't tasted the peaches yet. They were kind of hard, and we like to let them sit a while to soften. The blackberries are good, however.
Wonderful place for fresh peaches and other farm fresh produce selections. Fresh peach ice cream to eat while you can watch the boxing operations. Other fruits available. Very nice produce store with additional selections across the street also. Gets busy in peach season so we arrived before 10am.
The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help. Delicious peach ice cream. Huge selection of peach items made locally. Fresh locally grown produce. I can't wait to try the peaches, they need a couple days to ripen which will be perfect because we are traveling. This town is set back in time. It was worth the 45 minutes out of our way.
Wow! Just wow! This place is a hidden gem! About 17 miles off the highway. The ice cream, the cobbler and the fresh fruit is to die for! Amazing are for kids to play and unwind, especially if you are on the road and want to take a breather. The area also has some relaxing rocking chairs and easy access bathrooms. The atmosphere is great the people are kind. Highly recommend
My family and I visited this quaint little place on a recent Saturday. It was really a very nice place to visit. We enjoyed th shop they had there with just about every small-town item you might want to buy. Syrup, canned veggies, pickled veggies, jellies, jams, all kinds of yummy country food. Their pecan ice cream is off the charts! Make sure to ask about where the corn maze and other activities are. The kids will love it!
Update 10 June 2023: My wife and I stopped by for a quick dessert. We picked up some peach ice cream, and it was delicious.

Adorable general store area with a variety of preserves, teas, and treats. A giant porch with tons of rocking chairs. Plus a U-Pick area and playground.
Restrooms are very clean and well maintained.
Wonderful day trip for the family, ice cream makes it worth the drive.
Fun place! Delicious peaches. Beautiful fresh vegetables such as okra, tomatoes, corn on the cob, squash as well as other vegs. Excellent boiled peanuts. Fantastic peach ice cream! Highly recommend.
Great experience, I learned a lot about the different varieties of peaches as well as enjoying the hot peach cobbler saturated with a semi sweet peach ice-cream all homemade. They also have farm to table fresh vegetables and fruits to purchase, the string beans reminded me of my grandmother fresh veggies picked from her garden years ago.
Retro and old town feel with good people and good food. Great for kids to take pictures. The peach ice cream is very good, extremely flavorful. We missed the strawberry season. Definitely will come back. Love the barn feel and the retro look and gas station. Especially love the coke coolers.
