Terrible customer service. Sold me a bad motor, swapped it out for another bad engine. Then didn't wanna refund my money for the engine after I had to pay to get it out and was goin to pay to get it towed back to them. Definitely do not recommend
Do not do business with these people they are liars na con artist they sold my customers a motor for 1800$ then told him it only had 47k miles on it put motor in the motor knocks louder then the one we took out so not only did customer pay 1300 for labor he paid 1800 for a bad motor an they wouldn't do anything to help this man he spent every penny he had to get his only ride running an they took advantage of him Horrible businesse!! By God could of at least help the man with something wow
Love this place for parts. Also sold them my broken down car and it was super easy. They towed it in to the yard and I went by when I could to pick up the check! Definitely recommend them!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would drive a hour to get a part they quote me on get there and they say it was wrong and try to double the price and act like it’s my fault terrible customer service. This place is a joke !
I hope you keep losing business. You had my sons phone number wrong and the address wrong and after being called out 3 times did not make sure you had the right address and number, you tell us the 4th time that you will not come back out to get the vehicle and that we can bring it there and you'll take it. So to put it straight, we would have to pay for a tow of at least $50 and get whatever money you'll pay us for the vehicle minus the money and time we spent trying to get you to come get the vehicle plus paying for the tow. We have never had this problem before but we will not be returning to your business.
Accidentally stripped out my wiper arms when removing them to get access to replacing my spark plugs. I couldn't find wiper arms for a 2007 Town and Country anywhere online at AutoZone, Advanced or O'Reilly's. Came here and they had exactly what I needed.
It’s rather extremely sorry & when I tell you this do not bring any type of metal or any type of wheel metal there to sell to them because they will pay you Hella cheap nothing but turn around and charge your arm and a leg for something else. They have a minimum fee of “$25 for anything” no matter what just keep that in mind and I will say that on their sign when you get there too. The junkyards here in Newnan area are always quick to turn a big buck with a lot of people and turn around and cheat a lot of people as well. I highly suggest you to go to the one in the Atlanta area or further out We will have a better experience then theses places. And when I say go to the ones in Atlanta area go to the ones where you’re able to actually go onto the car lots can be able to choose the parts(and be sure to bring your own tools as well too that is a big requirement and they will not loan you any tools because they don’t have any) you need without trying to remember some type of fancy name for each little part even if it something very particular.
I had a flat on our 2005 Prius. When I went to check the spare donut it was flat and had a hole in it. I called Gentry’s they checked and said they had one. I picked it up. It was like new for $50. They are going for $90-130 online used. They had someone bring it up to me. Fast, professional, great value and local. If I need a part in the future I’ll go to them first.
Paid a little more than what was quoted the day before but got a little more than what I asked for when I got the quote so I don't feel like they tried to take advantage of me or any thing. Let's just say it was an upsale and I needed what they sold me. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I was satisfied with my purchase and good customer service.
Go somewhere else. Extremely slow (stand in lobby 30+ minutes) and parts staff is rude. They don’t care for small purchases so why would I come back if I need more expensive parts? Makes sense
Wouldn’t split the bumper caps from the bumper even though they have to come off anyway and want more than brand new aftermarket cost.
If I had no stars. That will be the Answer. Employees were on their phone answering my questions. The blond girl was with this really hate face and no customer assistance at all. Thanks for nothing. Will not ever go back.

70 dollars for a refurbished/used battery when a brand new one is 80! Y'all lost y'all's mind!! Anyone looking for good parts at a good price go to Perry Haynes Auto salvage in newnan. Same refurbished battery there cost 45 dollars. Thank you Haynes salvage!!
Every time I come to Gentry they have all the parts that I need at a reasonable prices. I really appreciate the staff for making sure that I have the parts if not they will find the parts. Keep up the good work

Big yard, big inventory. That's a plus, but low rating stars bc I drove an hour there to return home empty handed. There was no negotiations whatsoever on damaged parts. I was excited to find what I wanted with money to spend accordingly, actually found a whole car complete but I couldn't pay what the sales counter was asking, ridiculous!

We went to Gentry's in search of a complete truck bed with tail gate and bumper. Daniel was able to help us and went above and beyond when there were a few small issues with the bumper not fitting correctly (the bumper bolts to the frame and not the truck bed and the frame on our truck was different...no fault of Gentry's). He worked with us until we finally got it! Including sending a different bumper to us in Columbus with his delivery driver. Thank you for helping us and following through on your word to help us get it right!
You want an honest review " STAY AWAY FROM GENTRY" if you feel like you need to be ripped off and screwed over be my guest but for all you honest folk STAY AWAY! I'm not expressing my opinion because of some minor problem, I tell you this from experience. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM GENTRY AUTO SALVAGE. DO NOT TRUST ANDY WINKLES OR THE VEHICLES HE SELLS! I recently purchased a used vehicle from him for my daughter for college, he knew that's why I was looking, he showed me a vehicle and we took it for a drive. I thought it was good. After replacing the radiator and hoses, starter motor, battery cables, catalytic converters and I don't know what else is to come we still have not got it on the road. So much for transport for my daughter for college.
So in summary DO NOT repeat DO NOT BUY FROM ANDY OR GENTRY AUTO SALVAGE!!!
