I called they answered and hung up 3x and then they left a false review claiming I was on drugs when they never came because I said nvm over the PHONE because 150 for a jump is insane smh lol 0/10…calling

Had a company (All Around Logistic) stop my towing process for $5.00, which was an era from my road side assistance group. We cancel their towing agreement and got in touch with Carolina towing company. They stepped in and not only completed the tow but made sure I was satisfied as a customer, job well done guys.I would recommend you guys 100%, thanks again.
Carolina Towing is great! My car was dead-dead, like really dead. He was able to jump it, get it on a tow truck, and dropped off at the mechanic within an hour of the call for help. Super friendly and courteous the entire time. I don’t hesitate to recommend them highly! A++
As a x employee this company will cheat you out of money and are so unorganized with there business would not recommend at all this whole company is a joke had a family emergency and frank really said well I have a business to run and all I ask was for 1 hour or two and then said he would take me home I Iive in South Carolina and ended up walking half way then my ride met me he will run you two the ground but I promise you he will not pay you good at all and he decided if he want to send you on a call or not but yea this and being petty just try to save the next victim form over paying for better service and better care hit your boy up over at snides towing were you are guaranteed in good hands with a bigger business and better pricing for sure

I've had nothing but great experiences with Carolina towing, a kid backed out of his driveway without looking and and totaled my truck. 1 call later Carolina towing was on the way, they took care of everything from picking up the truck, storing the truck and working with the insurance company to release it to them keeping us informed the whole way. Because of that wreck I put together another truck and called on them to check it out mechanically. They did found a hose ran to the wrong place, corrected it for me and gave it their thumbs up, a year later I'm still driving that truck with no issues

We have used this company several times over the last year or two and have never had any problems. It's who we recommend to all of our friends and family. The staff was super friendly and treated me as if they had known me for years . I personally wouldn't call anyone else .
Car tire blew. Used Geico roadside assistance and was contacted by Carolina Towing within 10 minutes. The owner came out to my car at midnight and towed 40 minutes away to my house. Excellent service. Wonderful company! Thank you so much!!

John came and picked us up last night from Thomason Georgia after I hit a deer on our way home from Thanksgiving weekend. He kept us posted about how far out he was and was very nice. Very happy with their service and greatful they answered the call. No one within my area even answered. We were 1.5 hours from home.
I had an amazing experience, they got to me fast! The tow driver was very professional and they were even able to repair the CV Axels on my car at their own shop the very next day. It was a life saver at the moment!! Good people definitely recommend.
Price was a little higher than Geico quoted but it was worth it. My car came in a timely manner and the driver was very sweet. I'd recommend & use them again.
Absolutely GREAT service. My truck broke down at the Walmart late at night called them up and they got a guy out to me within an hour. Could not recommend them enough!!
We were scheduled for a tow through my insurance company. Not only were they not here at the agreed time frame when we called to see where they were they lied and said right around the corner, an hour later still no where in sight. But also Geico told me the overage was $3 a mile, when I called to pay them they said it was $7 I told the guy I was speaking with (who really wasn't that friendly to begin with) that I would give him a call back bc that's not what Geico said. Once I called Geico she told me that the company had the tow cancelled saying that I refused to pay the overage which was not true. I only wanted to speak to Geico first about it, the Geico rep said that the agreed upon rate was $3 and that they were trying to get over. She said they cancelled it saying it was what I wanted so that they still could get paid. What a joke! Which actually turned out to be great bc the tow company that actually came out (Chanceys) was awesome and much nicer to work with and charged only $4 a mile for overage.
Called to get my Kia Soul moved from Augusta KIA to home. Good service, I wish the person I talked to initially would have communicated more time frame wise when delivery would have been. However the guy delivering vehicle did an amazing job, and was extrememly helpful. The guy actually stayed for awhile and chatted with everyone, almost like a family reunion type feel. Hands down great service. Only gave a 4 star due to communication skills.
In response to the addition of the owner's response this morning---we were told several stories including that the driver was in Grovetown, GA and was heading our way (approx. 10 miles away grant you). Neither myself nor Geico were contacted to be apprised of "a accident and we should find another company". I called Geico this morning who also review the notes and tapes and found a call that you were on your way. I am not sure if you know what your night shift does but it is a bunch of lies. I'm sure you are a nice person but your staff leaves a lot to be desired. I was told by the lady that answered the phone the driver would call me and he never did. It is not fun to be broken down in the rainy darkness and promised that someone will be there in 75 minutes and 3 hours later nothing. A man's word is his bond. If I could give less than one star I would. My truck needed a tow so Geico was going to send this company out BUT 3 hours later kept getting run around. The company told Geici and myself they were doing a wreck for the sheriffs Dept BUT again another lie. This company does not do what they say and left us stranded for 3 hours. The sheriffs Dept even tried to call them because my truck was in the road and they would not answer the phone. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY THINK IT’S OK TO LEAVE A MOTHER AND HER CHILD IN THE DARK AND BROWN DOWN. Finally the sheriffs Dept called next list wrecker cost me $160 but was well worth it we finally made it home around midnight
Overall I would not recommend.
First, the price is 2 to 3 times what it should have been. I think they must have charged for the miles driven from Edgefield to Aiken and then from Aiken back to Edgefield after dropping the car.
Second, they had us drive out to Edgefield to pay in cash before picking up the car in Aiken instead of just paying and picking up in Aiken. The whole process was frustrating and upsetting.
Cancelled tow ordered by my roadside assistance 2 hours after they accepted it. They claimed they would call me right back after finding out info, and of course didn't. When I tried calling again went straight to voice mail and sent a text saying they would call back, and again, didn't.
Claim they called and discussed mileage overage. They did not. Money, especially 12 dollars, was not an issue, obviously since I paid out of pocket for a local tow company, who isn't contracted with my insurance, to tow me home withoutbreaking a sweat over the cost. Odd to have an overage when my roadside covers (I think) 20 miles. But I was only requesting a tow 3 miles to my house. It's not so much that the tow was canceled that irks me, but the lack of professionalism and customer service. If you couldn't, or didn't want the tow, say so before forcing me to wait 2 hours.

I called, female with kids in background answered. Told her that insurance had set with them to tow my truck and said it would be 360 min (6 hours) for you to arrive. I wanted to see if that was a miscommunication or correct. She claimed she didn't know about it, but did ask if I was the one in Lincolnton, and she would have to call her other dispatcher and find out.
Only conversation I had with yall. Even the 6 hours wasn't a big deal. I would have caught a ride, or walked the 3 miles home, left the key and given you the code to open the door to tow it.
Hopefully you just got me confused with another customer who didn't want to pay an overage and didn't flat out lie to try and make yourself look better.
Also, if you need screen shots of the text from her saying she will call back and the ones from my insurance I'll be happy to email them. And I believe the conversation is still in my recordings on ACR.
They came and towed my car from another Facility and did more damage to my car than what was wrong with it. Called, talk to them and they refuse to fix the damages they did. Extremely rude and can’t take responsibility for their actions.
I was not there, they came to me. I locked my keys in my car! I had to wait, but I was told it would be about a 35 minute wait. The gentleman that came was pleasant, knew what he was doing. Took about five minutes and I was back on the road. I recommend them.
My brand new equinox broke down in the middle of no where. They immediately came out, were super professional and took the time to make sure I was okay! I highly recommend!
Truck broke down in Augusta very late, after midnight. AAA did their best but literally couldn't find anyone to cross state lines so I was stranded. Geico helped me find Carolina Towing. The driver Jeremy came immediately, aftertthr call, and got me home to Rural Aiken County right around the time GEICO estimated they would arrive at the breakdown site. Prompt service, friendly driver, I definitely will use this company again directly if i need a tow or other services. Great company, great experience. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

My motorcycle broke down on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks back so I called AMA who told me it may be 3 hours before someone got to me. I called them back about 15 minutes later and asked them who was assigned to me and they said Carolina Towing so I called them directly a woman picked up and told me they were hooking up the flat bed trailer and would be there within a half hour. I was so happy to see them within the hour of me breaking down. I was home within a half hour after that thanks to the 2 fine gentlemen working for Carolina towing.
