They provided tow services to a young couple broke down on the interstate. They are broke, have no money, and no hope. Living in the expedition. Ashton sent kenny out there to tow the vehicle to the shop. When I asked her how much the bill would be, she said just before to tip Kenny. I went to give Kenny a generous tip, he said give it to them. I said no sir, YOU give it the them. He did. That was one of the most generous acts of kindness. Mavis tire sold the two new tires at wholesale. A complete stranger paid for the tires. There were 7 people who really stepped up to help get this couple on there way.
Imagine sending a roll back truck to pick up another truck 300 miles away. Then the roll back breaks down half half way home. So I call these guys, and they got it handled. Towed a broke down roll back with another disabled truck on top. 5 hours later, both our vehicles were home safe and sound and an unbelievable rate. Amazing service and response time.
Yesterday there was two of your guys working on a tractor trailer. One of them is named Rusty and I forgot the other gentleman’s name but I wanted to say they did amazing. They got the truck and more taken care of. They cleaned up everything. They really worked hard. They were polite, professional, and very efficient. Good pleasant people that know their business I had to get towed to a kenworth and the driver knew that the lot was to small for both truck and trailer I wasn't happy about having to be towed but glad it was this guy doing it

REEVES TO THE RESCUE! My daughter's car broke down on her way back to Augusta University on I-20. A parent's nightmare receiving a phone call that their baby is stuck on the side of the road and they are 2 1/2 hours away from home. Not knowing the area, I Google-searched towing companies where she had broken down, prayed, and hoped that I would choose a good company based on reviews. If I could give Reeves Towing 10 STARS, I would. The tow truck driver was new on the job but obviously well-trained, respectful, and loyal to the company, speaking very highly of them. He gave my daughter a ride to the mechanic and was very professional and made her feel welcome and safe. Thank you Reeves Towing for giving this mom some peace knowing her daughter was in good hands far from home.
Needed 2 wreckers for tractor and trailer, came to help in good time, very professional, took trailer to their lot and tractor to repair lot, and dropped me at the motel, recommended.
If you check my reviews, you'll be hard pressed to find any 5-star reviews. Reeves is one of the few exceptions. After checking with a competitor for a simple "winch-out service" on a semi who wanted to charge $1795, Reeves did it for a FRACTION of their quote. It just goes to price, there are a few good folk remaining. To my fellow truck drivers; I HIGHLY recommend Reeves!
I assume blinkers on the tow trucks don’t work, should get that fixed or show drivers how to use the turn signal. Thanks in advance from someone who doesn’t want to get side swiped
We had a large machine 54,000 lbs. that we couldn’t get onto a low-boy trailer. Rusty Reeves came out with the 50 ton rotating slider wrecker and loaded it with no problem. Rusty was really professional and took great care in doing this us. I highly recommend Reeves wrecker service for all you heavy needs.

I was en route back home to Houston today, from Summerville, SC after the Christmas holiday. I had a blow out along the freeway and was fortunate enough for it to happen near the Reeves Wreckers location near Appling. I was unable to get my lug nuts off to switch out my tire with my spare, since they were torqued too tight. I googled nearby tow shops and Reeves was the first to pop up. I called and asked if there was any help they could provide, as I was stranded on the side of the road with my 6 year old little girl. If they could provide a torque wrench - I would happily do the rest. Reeves went a step further; heck they went above and beyond. An employee came and helped me with everything and when I offered to settle up, he said “no need, it’s Christmas and he new I was already dealing with a lot”. In today’s day in age, I was pleasantly surprised to see a company with so much honor and integrity. While this may be my only interaction with Reeves, since I live in Texas - I will always have great things to say about this team full of professionals.
Reeves wrecker services is the most professional towing company I ever dealt with. I called earlier during the day, they picked up the phone and gave me a quote. Other companies in the area were unresponsive. He arrived at my residence and immediately helped me place the car behind the tow truck. My car is lowered, he used multiple pieces of wood to position the car in the best angle without scratching my carbon fiber lip. At destination, he did the same process in reverse and used a jack to bring the car down from the wood blocks in order to prevent damage. He is detail oriented and dedicated to service. I recommend this company to anyone needing a tow truck within the CSRA.
I try to keep my trucks in shape but no one is perfect. I have called these guys a few times over the years and they have never let me down or let my truck set aside of the road for hours like that other company on Mike Padgett rd.Reeves is the way to go if you need anything done with a wrecker or a rollback. thanks guys from Martinez Plumbing and drain. Quoted My insurance company $ 9.82 for my portion of the cost of the tow then charged me$ 84.00 called and spoke to the supervisor Mark. He said I was being charged a vehicle loading fee as though someone could loan the vehicle themselves and a in route fee Which that sounds like a fee to come pickup or drop off the vehicle then I was told that I only have 15 miles of towing which was not true. Then I was told well the cost of the loading and in route fee only left enough money to tow 15 miles and I had to pay the additional 14miles which was 6.00 a mile and I was not told about this until my vehicle was in route to drop off location. Then the driver would not drop the vehicle until I paid and not drop it in my driveway. Horrible horrible service. When I told the driver that insurance was putting in a complaint he told me it didn’t matter the insurance company doesn’t pay anything anyway. He was so unconcerned about possibly loosing the contract.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the good job professionalism and friendliness of reeds towing. Without going into the details, he figured out a way to move our vehicle that solved several problems. He was so sweet to me and my daughter! Best service ever! After accidentally locking my keys in the car, I was faced with the daunting task of finding someone to unlock the doors for me.
