Communication across the team is a 0-10 I called and got told 3 different stories about what happened to the CV axel I removed from an Equinox. I was told they would hold it until the same time of the next day, I arrived earlier than the time of the previous day and was told they had thrown it away. Only a third of the employees speak English, luckily the 1/3rd of them work inside. The boy that works the counter obviously hates his job and was just unpleasant to talk to or deal with. I suggest ordering parts offline than trusting the service of this team to provide positive support and service to their customers. The lady that told me my part would be held was the younger, chunkier, red headed lady with glasses. She seemed like a deer in headlights when I walked in. They obviously remember me from the previous day.
I beg of you go somewhere else. Employees here are lazy and DO NOT know how to communicate. Went up there for CV axels spent 2 days trying to get them out, got them out and had to leave one up there to get the next day. the lady who checked us out said it would be held up at the front until that time tomorrow (it was around noon) so we could get it the next day at around 930-10 and we were told that part was thrown away. absolutely ridiculous. was even told by a customer who had been going there for years to go somewhere else. should have listened.
When I call before I left my house to see if they are still open. At 430 to get here at 503 to be told they closed early after I do d delve 35 minutes to get here and. I could have ddn fold fhG when I called at 430 bullshit customer service
I was connected with Fenix U-Pull via the CarBrain website, attempting to sell my Dodge Caliber with a broken axle.
From the very beginning of the experience something was off. I couldn't get the dispatcher or drivers to pin down a time. They would just suddenly call, while I was at work, to say they were coming. When I'd tell them I was at work and couldn't leave, they would cancel the pick up.
After several times reiterating to them when I was available, they finally just told me...that they don't MAKE appointments. Their drivers apparently just show up, with just a phone call to say they are on the way.
I can understand this for a service that picks up wrecked cars on the side of the road. But for purchasing a derelict vehicle where a title needs to be transferred...people have JOBS. People can't just leave work whenever they want for the convenience of their drivers.
Then I was told that she'd contacted her after hours driver and he had attempted to get in touch with me. He had not, no missed calls, no texts. I told her this, and she basically said I was lying, saying he did and he read my number back to her. She gave me his number and I texted him. The AFTER HOURS DRIVER...could not come by AFTER HOURS today. I wish I was kidding about that. I asked about the weekend, and he said he was getting his truck worked on for the next week after today.
After discussing this with the apparent "car buyer", I was told that I was not being professional by texting instead of calling...I'm the customer, it's not on me to BE professional, though I've been polite the entire time, and again, I'M AT WORK, I shouldn't even really be texting...and that they were frustrated with me as well. What, for having a JOB? I am FLUMMOXED how their business with CarBrain functions with customers not knowing when to expect the driver. Do they think I should take an entire day off work to just sit home and wait on them? I could ask for time off if I knew WHEN to ask for.
My review is 2 stars mainly because I can't speak at all to their wrecker services or the quality of their part-pulling yard. But my experience trying to sell them my junked car was infuriatingly frustrating. If you need towed off the side of the road, your wrecked car taken to the scrap heap, sure, give them a call. But not to sell your junk car. If they don't want to make appointments, they should really stick to the former.
Crushed the truck i was pulling the motor out of they have no idea whats going on absolute chaos trash and car parts scattered across the yard can barely walk around without stepping on something
Went to get a tailight cover for a 2001 dodge and a spare tire on the rim.their price $98.00 went to pouland pick and pull got tire on rim for $30.00 and tailight lense new at oreileys for $25.00 may want to rethink your pricing.wouldnt recommend going there
Absolutely to expensive. One regulator and motor for a 2002 Toyota Camry was going to be $45. Cheaper ordering off of Amazon. You can get two for 49.00. They wanted 4 dollars that goes I. The console. They wanted 15 dollars for the console alone. Do not go to this place. So, save your time, do not go!!!! You can order off of any online site than working and pulling old junk from what fenix needs to Learn!! This is a junkyard!!!!!Go to Poulan!!!!!!! Best around
Their customer service is terrible. They never seem to have any decent help in the office. These people know nothing about car parts they're there just to take your money.
They send you a text “we miss you come back in 7 days for 20% off” so I come in the next day pull parts considering they will be 20% off. Go to check out and show the text to the cashier. The cashier refuses to honor the discount. That’s false advertising and just bad business. The place has really went downhill with the new corporate owner.
I've been coming here for a very long time but after today I won't be back. Needed a couple of parts for a 20 year old jeep, heater control knob assembly, one wiper blade arm and a trunk latch and it was over $80!! I don't think the kid at the counter even looked at any kind of a price list and when I questioned the price of the heater knob part he says "probably about 50 bucks". Sounds to me like they just make up whatever price they want.
The inventory is pretty extensive, the yard is as neat as it could possibly be (in my opinion), and the prices are fair. Great pick a part! They have an inventory search tool on their website that is up to date and helps you make sure there is a car there that has what you need.

Excellent customer service. Great place to be just watch your footing around the areas that you walk through between the vehicles.pick and pulls are typically enter at your own risk. But they're still fun, great crew. Excellent people.

Bought a transmission brought in a core and after getting the first transmission finding it was bad,I took it back to find they didn't have one and asked for a refund. Receiving my refund I was told I was out my core and would not be reimbursed for it or a core returned. So I'm out a core part and not happy. Will not conduct business with this company anymore until this is resolved. Buyers beware looks like there all about themselves and not the customer
Overall, this scrap yard offers decent service with fair pricing. It serves its purpose as a scrap yard. However, my only complaint which is concerning, is that the drinking water fountain outside is shut off and covered up, forcing you to either 1.) purchase water in the lobby if you didn’t bring your own or 2.)hopefully remember to bring a couple of drinks from home or 3.) tough it out & pray you don't stroke out.
After walking around the post apoloclyptic desert-like yard in the hot, humid Georgia sun, this is not only inconvenient but potentially dangerous. The lack of accessible water could lead to dehydration or even heat strokes. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed for the safety of all customers.
I understand that it can bring more income in by selling it upfront, but you got to remember, this is 2024 & a majority of the population is living in proverty. Some of your customers can't afford to purchase more than maybe one or two bottles. That definitely isn't enough while working in the direct Georgia sun.
Plenty of cars to choose from, the yard is always disorganized and the people in the office aren't very helpful doesn't look like they care to work there. One woman acts like she doesn't get enough sleep or she's high. I'll be driving a little bit further to the yard in Poulan from now on those people are on the ball and their prices are better.
My son has been pulling the parts he needs for his project truck. Today was denied entry because he is under 18. I understand rules are rules, but he has been going there off and on over the last three months. We definitely will not be back.
One of the best junk yards in moultrie you can find parts for your vehicle! I be looking for the Dodge Ram 1500 and fords f150 parts, and I get happy finding and getting the parts I want! I love coming here
They are good pick n pull but prices are high..This was the only photos I took while there but there.They are a very clean and organized and huge pick n pull .
Great experience in the yard! Prices were definitely fair, and they had multiple of my SUV too. The Parts were in good condition too (for my 97) I absolutely love that the website has the rows that the cars are on, saved me a lot of time hunting, and more time pulling. Military (Veteran) discount was greatly appreciated too!
The only minor complaint is that the wheelbarrows were kinda in rough shape (and I went the day after a heavy downpour, so the ground was really wet, with dirt, it was muddy) I was also very happy the cars are all up off the ground on rims.
Very helpful staff, will locate and point you in the right direction. They offer a military discount and a membership. I have received random discounts thru texts. Always a good time looking for parts.

The staff at CTV is very friendly with great customer service. My husband has never had any problems with them. They always have a good inventory of the things he's looking for. We drive a hour away to go there, but it's definitely worth the drive.
