I’ll admit it’s on my dad just as much as this business that I had to deal with these guys in the first place. From my gathering this is a junk part salvage shop not a repair mechanic. Dad had pretty aggressive engine trouble on the way back to Greenetree and pulled his truck in there one afternoon. The truck sat in the same spot for nearly 4 months, which only worsened an already old truck’s mechanical issues. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a periodic update in that type scenario. No info, and then the guy I spoke with, now on the second occasion was got aggressive with his tone and spoke to me like I was an idiot. My dad needs his truck, among average reasons, mainly due to his health in decline and the fact that he’s totally alone all day long. I hate to sound like a fussy neighbor but the fiasco of getting my dad up there to PAY THEM and have it jumped off, to pudder down the hill to Greenetree so that this service repair process can start all over again should not have been a 4month long hassle. I’ve never really worked with a local Coffee County business and experienced bullshit like this.
Psa to (Randy the transmission guy) I am currently 3 transmissions in with this company and all have been built incorrectly. All 3 have a total of 110 combined miles. They refuse to take accountability for their work and in terms of replacing the transmissions they have been lying for 3 weeks and have yet to replace it. I do not recommend coming in contact with Kenny or Randy if you want honest work. I have been out 2 months total with their builds and am currently getting a transmission from a new shop.
These people are top notch & I plan to use them for every Auto purchase forward.
I called looking for a radiator for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, Which at the time they did not have in their yard so I went forward ordering one that they had from their supplier. The part came the following day after I had ordered it. We had a couple issues trying to get in the right radiator, which was nothing to do with Kenny's, but their supplier. I was never asked once to pay ANY extra than I had done from the first order. The business themselves did everything that was in their control to get the right part from their supplier and did not give up on me until I got it!! As where O'reillys, AutoZone, or Autoparts would have handed you your money back and told you to have a nice day, Kenny's worked with me until I got exactly what I needed for my vehicle and invested time into calling back about orders and issues as soon as possible. I’m not sure who worked with me the entire time during parts, but I’m beyond grateful for him!! An amazing business overall.
my 4r70w went out 3 months after i got it back from them so i called and before i even got a chance to take the transmission back he was already talking about it wasn’t gonna be under warranty and mind you i didn’t daily Drive the truck
ONLY LEAVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT ANY STARS!! I HAD A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP HE KEPT TELLING ME MY CAR WOLD BE READY EVERY WEEK FOR A FEW MONTHS THEN HE TOLD ME HE ORDERED THE WRONG PART TWICE WHEN HE HAD MY TRUCK OUT THERE ALREADY AND SUPPOSIDLY TOOK THE TRANSMISSION OUT ALREADY BUT STILL ORDERED THE WRONG PART AND THEN TELLS ME IT WILL BE $300 MORE FOR WHAT I NEED. AFTER THAT I WAS OVER HIM AND WANTED MY CAR BACK HE TOOK $650 OUT OF THE $850 I ALREADY OAID HE SAID THAT WAS FOR LABOR BUT HE DIDNT REALLY DO ANYTHING I WOUKD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO TO THIS MAN THAT WASNT FAIR AT ALL!!!!
WORST SHOP EVER STAY AWAY FROM!! Took a vehicle in to get transmission rebuilt and told them i wasnt sure on what transmission it was they ordered parts wrong 3 times was given a rebuild time of 2 weeks currently been there 3 months and still isnt done! I DO NOT RECOOMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL
Randy is a stand up honest business man. Thanks to him and his quality work. He rebuilt my dodge transmission and he also upgraded all the parts that will typically fail in the 47re. Not only did he rebuild the transmission better than new he also worked with me and my father, with the schedule we had. We drove 330miles down south from north metro Atl to his location each way to drop it off and then he had it ready the very next Saturday for us to pickup hile he also taught me alot of what happens inside the transmission. I would drive 1000 miles if i had to for the service he provides, and the 1 year warranty which i geel with his upgrades will live longer than oem. Randy and his shop is who i recommended for any autoparts and rebuilds and upgrades to any vehicle.
They're fast and friendly. Usually have great selection off the used parts you need at an affordable price. If they don't they'll give you hear direction where you look. Check em out.
The people here were very helpful. I came here because I hit a deer a couple of weeks ago. I ordered most of the parts I needed online. There was a part or two that I wasn't familiar with. It's a plastic housing that the headlight fits in. I had headlights ordered and thought maybe I can get the housing from Kenny's. I called they said there is a part available for my truck'. I go to pick up the part the guys there asked if I was in the vehicle that needs the part . I was so we go out to see about the part I was needing. We open the hood and look and the guys say you have the headlight ordered and I said yes. That's when they tell me you don't need this it comes with the new headlight. These men could have sold the part to me and I would have never known the better. Yes I am grateful to the people that work at Kenny's. I learned a little more about my truck and found out I can rely on the people who work there to help me get what I need and not let me buy something I don't just to make a sale. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly and helpful. I got driven to look at the wheels I needed to see if what they matched their inventory. Nice! I'll give them a call whenever I need a used part.
