Its very rare when you come across a business with staffing that make you feel like a family member or someone who simply is genuine need of a break. Robert , was especially helpful with trying to work with AAA in getting my car out the lot, and making me feel like the situation was handled by a professional. The other staff members were also very understanding of my situation and also made me feel like I was in the hands of people who cared. We need more people like the people I encountered today

Barrow wrecker came to get my son's car after a wreck late at night. The driver, Chane, was comforting and professional and helped to calm him down. The next day they were professional and easy to work with when retrieving items from the vehicle. Would definitely used them on my own again!

When i tell you they towed my car and was still a God send. My car broke down late night on the e/w conn. Middle of the highway. No shoulder to pull over on. Me and my son made it to a safe spot and i was so scared about someone hitting my car considering my lights went out on it and it was in the middle of the road. About 35 min later i came back and my car was gone. Contacted the police and they let me know barrows had the car. From the moment i contacted them every person i spoke to was polite, considerate, and understanding of my situation. They went above and beyond to help me get my car from their yard. Gave me suggestions on other options because i ran into a few problems getting it out. Thank you barrows for just being kind people. Not just one person EVERY PERSON i spoke with was kind. I never felt better handing over money to a business.

We had a problem with a friend's car and it got towed he was in such a bad way and the lady that helped us was so kind and very friendly so helpful and took great care of us. Highly recommend them!

When I was organizing the tow of my car from the facility I called and was told I had to pay in cash. After getting the cash requested, I then went to Barrow to pay for my vehicle. I was the told that I was quoted the wrong number on the phone and that it did not include the “administrative fee” which added an extra 75 cash. Horrible experience especially since I called ahead

My experience with Barrow Wrecking Service was frustrating and unsafe, with potential liability issues and poor customer service. The lot is essentially a car cemetery, with unpaved, uneven, and rocky terrain littered with glass and sharp metal. If you’re over 65 or have physical limitations, bring someone strong with you—this place is difficult to navigate safely. I couldn’t even open my car’s front driver’s door and had to climb in through the back passenger side. The front passenger door was so close to another vehicle, with sharp metal sticking out, that it posed a serious safety hazard. Despite being shown on a map where my car was supposedly located, I had to walk the lot twice to find it. There are no markings or sections labeled, making the process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. After a traumatic car accident, the last thing I needed was to pull a wagon uphill and struggle through a hazardous lot. Customer service was severely lacking. I called Ginger, the representative, multiple times while walking the lot because I couldn’t find my vehicle, and her only solution was for me to return to the office and wait for someone who wasn’t even on-site to help. People who have just been in accidents are often physically injured and emotionally drained. They should be treated with kindness and compassion, not left to fend for themselves. Additionally, I was told by my insurance adjuster that my vehicle’s contents would be bagged, but this was not the case. I was completely unprepared for the effort it took to retrieve my items. Once I returned to the office, Ginger asked me to list everything I had removed from my car. This would have been helpful to know in advance, so I could keep track of what I took out. Barrow Wrecking Service needs better organization, safer facilities, and customer service training for staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those recovering from a car accident.

So thankful for Tasha and Mike. They were patient and helpful in supporting me in retrieving items from my friend’s car. Mike offered prayers, helped me with taking off the license plate, and Tasha walked me through the steps I needed to support my friend. They made a challenging day bearable.

Ginger and Tasha thank you for trying to help with my situation Cristina the other rep needs a life long class in feedback and tone of voice when dealing with customers. She is rude , misinformed , major attitude and not a fit for interaction with people. Swinging hair and rolling eyes and apologizing because that’s all you know how to do is not professional or acceptable. If you have out wrong info they say that If you having a bad day, then go somewhere else The fees are ridiculous, but what’s worse is you call for information or how the process works and you’re giving false info probably from Cristina who seems to wake up with a bad attitude. These people are RUDE and RACIST! I went there to pick up my semi -truck and from the time I stepped into the office I received a very cold and unaccommodating welcome from the receptionist. After FINALLY figuring out why I was there, which was simply a matter of typing in my trucks make and model, I proceeded to the lot and after finding my truck there was no one there to assist me until I searched them out for assistance. After finding them, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO from an employee who told me that they didn't have a jump box to jump my truck off since my battery was dead from the truck being on their lot for three weeks. Only after my company's manager called them did they decided to come out w/ not one but three jump boxes to help me start the truck. All of these shenanigans after the insurance had just paid them over $40,000. If you're looking for a reputable tow company who unbiasedly takes care of their customers THIS IS NOT IT! I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else!

Very helpful staff. The lady who works at the desk is so kind. I apologize for not getting her name, but she recognized us each time we came in to retrieve items from our car, placed there after a major wreck. Not knowing what to do, and never having been in a wreck before, she gave us some ideas on where to start with this entire process. Thank you so much for all your help!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!RACIST!! The absolute, worst company you could ever get to ever tow your car. They are extremely racist towards black people. They lost our key to our 2020 BMW. The key is $500-$1000 and the lady kept saying that we were the ones who lost it. At the time of the accident we gave the key to the towing guy and he had the key. We never saw the key after that. The lady kept saying that we came back to the car and we took the key. Why would we take our key to our wrecked car? It makes no sense. They never followed up with me, and every time I had to call them to ask them about where my key was. They are completely rude and unprofessional. They are small mom and Pop Company and basically you are at the mercy of whatever they say. When I called the lady to ask her about my key she hung up in my face. Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience with your company tonight. I was just discharged from the Army with a hip fracture, and getting to your company was hard enough to then have to deal with a horrid front desk associate who would not let me obtain my belongings from my car. Nobody answered the phone to which your employee stated that “all 4 phone lines must have been busy.” She proceeded to tell me that there is a policy that nobody can go in the lot past 5 PM. I stepped outside, had a look on your website and did not see any mention that you cannot obtain belongings past 5 PM. When I came I said to ask the associate why this rule was not listed on the website, she proceeded to say “We just don’t really update our website.”I ordered my ride-share and as I was stepping outside to leave asked for the managers name. Said associate says the managers name is “confidential.” Never have I heard that someone working much less in management is confidential info. Very disappointed with how unprofessionally this was handled. The girl there seems new and doesn’t really know what she’s talking about and just making up rules as she goes.

As a general rule, anyone who works with cars will try to rip you off and unfortunately, Barrow's is one of those places. We were in an accident Thursday at around 9pm. Car gets impounded and we come back the next day Friday at 6pm, less than 24 hours, and pay to get it out of the impound so we don't get charged an overnight fee. The young lady working was very, very friendly but did not seem like she's been there that long. She was probably about our age in her 20s. She explained that if the car stays in the back lot, we will get charged an overnight fee but we can move it to the front of the body shop, wait until they open on Monday and we would not get charged the overnight fee. We come back the next morning, Saturday at 9am and not only is the car towed to the back, they now want us to pay the overnight fee. Now maybe we should have gotten that in writing because now it's a he said she said thing. But if there was a sign or something that said "After you pay to remove your car, it must be removed by this amount of time and must be this far from our property" then we wouldn't have left the car. I just wish there were less robots and more humans in customer service. If you are the owner, please get back to me. Thank you.

This was the worst experience dealing with a wrecker service. They towed my dad’s car after a wreck and we had to go and get stuff from the vehicle. They wouldn’t let us go back and get it even though he had multiple things showing he had a claim involving this vehicle. They insisted we show proof of insurance which was in the vehicle. This took us so long to get. Then, they didn’t even tell us that there were carts available to carry the stuff from the vehicle and he is elderly and had just gotten out of the hospital, the lot is huge and it was 90 plus degrees. Horrible, awful experience! Treat people better.

They were super nice. When I got rear-ended and my totaled car ended up there, from the driver, to the office personnel, all of them were the best. I was glad to use their super clean restroom as I was still bleeding from the auto accident. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW!
