Worst business I’ve ever had with any company, called them for them to give me a time frame and for certain quote for my car gave them the make and model about 4 times and explained the specific state that my car was in so there was no confusion, cleared my whole day to wait for them to arrive late, Told me 600-800 over the phone, when they arrived I started the car had title and everything, they offered me 200 then asked if I gave the right model, real waste of time Unprofessional Dispatch aswell will not communicate with you at all.
ima use all my google accounts to put a one star and all my friends Google accounts cause the lady on the phone just hung up on me and gave me the nastiest attitude. normally i dont do reviews but this lady went from a 10 respectful attitude to a 1 real quick only cause I respectfully declined and told her I'll keep looking for quotes thankyou !!! I didn't even say anything I said I will keep looking. tuhh rude!!! you need another job cause customer service ain't it for you ma'am!

The one star was earned by the tow truck driver only because the guy that came was very nice and friendly. The company wouldn't get any stars from me. When I called for a quote I was asked if I had a key or title. I explained that I had the key and owned the title but didn't know where I had put it. The lady that I spoke to said as long as I had the key, they'd pay between $400-$450 and possibly more depending on the quality of the 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. Once the guy arrived and hooked the car up to the tow truck, he told me that they could only pay $200 because I didn't know where the title was. I was very annoyed because I had already explained that to the person on the phone and she said $400 minimum. I started to tell him to drop the truck because I felt like I was being played. I really don't care that I only received $200 because I wanted the truck gone; the issue for me was that I was told one thing on the phone then when the truck was hooked up I was not given what I was told I'd receive. They should be honest instead of saying whatever to get business.
