This place had exactly what I needed. They were super friendly and accomodating with the parts I needed. It was quick and painless. I would go here again.
This place is a joke First the guy at the counter is a liar , he told me the had the part when I got there he didn't have the part. But he could get it from the warehouse and have it by Monday or Tuesday. I left a deposit for the part on Saturday ,Tuesday came no part or call from the guy. I called him he fed me some crap about the part was coming some far away place. ( lies) I get there on Friday morning oh here's the part , but you didn't call me oh I've been busy (lies) , I look at the fan and it's the wrong one.(Smfh ). The guy had the nerve to ask how do I know it's the wrong one.(WHAT) Look at it and you can tell , so there's some lady at the counter today. She tells me I can have you the cooling fan by 2:00 or 2:30 at the latest, oh cool order it. I asked her twice you can get it today?? She said yes it will be here. Well needless to say they didn't get the part and didn't bother to call. After a week of lies and the run around I got my money back. This place seems money hungry and full of bad Business. Never again will I call or use this place nor will I tell anyone to use them. BAD BUSINESS DON'T USE THIS PLACE.
Aside from the purchase of my part they are not responsive they don't care about paying customers and they tend to give you the most disrespectful response at times. I have never made a review in my life but I took time out of my life to give this terrible place what they deserve, The truth. Best advice to you; get your parts and go somewhere else to do the rest because these guys don't care one bit.
Can I do less than one star. I dealt with the "help" who were very amiable. They took a part off of the same make, I paid them, I took it home, the part did not match even though the computer said it fit thru my model year. I called and talked to the guy who first helped me and he said sure bring it back, if it doesn't match we will give you an exchange or your money back. I arrived and now there is this foreign "Indian", Middle Eastern guy there.I took the part in and clearly it did not match and now the foreign guy said no refund, computer says it is supposed to match so no refund. Sorry but I'm no push over and I will not be taken advantage of over .35 or $35 or $3500. SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
Walked in ask for the part i was looking for took them about 30 minutes to look. Then they came back saying we dont have the part and i called ahead to make sure they had it then once i got ready to leave which was around 6 they caught me and was like oh we found the part its on the car but come back tomorrow or something because were closed
They will sell you bad parts with no refund even w receipt. I grew up in P-town but will drive anywhere to avoid this huge waste of time, gas and money!!!!!
Sold me a caliber without the dust boot. The sales guy should have known that without a dust boot, the caliber would not last long. Good thing it was only $20
Great group of people. Call or visit as they have great service. They get you the parts at reasonable price you get taken out and you get even better prices. Auto parts, used (like new) tires and special projects parts for my homemade rotisserie they help out. All you have to do is tell them what you want or need. Keep up the great job! I actually enjoyed the wait for that I needed very charismatic individuals.
I found this place via a Google search for used glass. I was surprised to see how close they were to me. I didn't bother to call cause I was intimidated as to the questions they would ask me. I got there and walked in the door to find a fairly clean store front compared to what envisioned a junk yard to really be. They asked me simple questions about my needs and gave me a price. Let's talk about the price first. They told me $50, and they dealer told me $381. Wow what a deal. Without hesitation I purchased it and asked if they had any suggestions on where I could get it installed? They informed me the guy who was taking the part off for me could install it after they close. I questioned them if he would know how to put it in and would he damage anything puting it in? They replied well he is pulling the part out of the same car so if he can take it out he should be able to put it in. After the guy brought the part out I asked him how much he would put it in for. I'm not going to post his price here but let's just say it was 1/3 of what a shop later quoted me. I told him I would call back later and let them know if I wanted him to install it. Obviously after calling around, I called them back and asked them to let the guy know I would see him after they closed. I got it installed and tipped the guy another 5 bucks on top of his requested price. I was very happy with his work, though he was a little on the very chatty side, he did a great job.
Hands up I will be using this place anytime I need something for my car!
I was born and raised in Dallas, Ga. I thought I knew every salvage / junk yard around me, that was until I stumbled upon these guys. I was suggested these guys by a dear friend, and have to say it was a great place to learn about. These guys are great! I haven't seen too many places like theirs. They start off with a real parking lot, followed by an actual sales office, rather than a trailer in the middle of a dirt field. They have a very nice organized facility. They know where each and every car is in their yard. I have definitely added these guys to the top of my list. I am also very eager to watch them grow.
