Called for a part, wasn’t even able to explain what I needed before getting put on hold and then afterwards I was hung up on. Hopefully this isn’t a common issue, though I will be going elsewhere

Great experience. Was looking for a discontinued part for my Caddy....for a long time. Gave them a call close to closing time yesterday. Great customer service. Took my information to research. Called me back promptly this morning as promised to confirm, pulled the part and had it at the front desk waiting for me by 1030a this morning. Gave me a great price. Will come here first next time. Came in looking for a transmission for my car. They had one in stock cracked and bought it. Owner was a stand up guy and said if anything was wrong with it, return it. Unfortunately for me it didn't go as I hoped. Owner took it back and was very courteous. The lady up front was very friendly as well along with the mechanics. Willing to help when they can. This is an excellent business if you're looking for parts and highly recommended them. Hope you find what you need here.
Excellent customer care. Tanya, the lady on the phone took time to listen to what auto part I was looking for and took the part numbers down to do the research. She took time to review the photos of the part that I attached and found the part I was looking for. She then texted me to let me know she's got the part, with photos of the part attached. I was sent the link to pay over the phone, and the part delivery was scheduled for the next day at no additional charge. For me, it was so much easier to deal with them than with other businesses. My part cost 30%- 50% less here than I was quoted at the others. Easy and pleasant to deal with Cobb Auto Salvage.
Jim told me that the used transmission i was looking for is used in about four different mini vans. One of those vans came in days ago in good condition and is willing to remove transmission and deliver free of charge for a reasonable price. Conveniently i was able to pay over the phone.
Super friendly and helpful. Delivered my part to my job the next day . Would definitely look to them for parts in the future. Great people to do business with.
Jim and the staff are the new owners and they are absolutely great. Always have the customer's needs taken care of quickly and the prices are really good.
This will be my third visit today. The first two after my initial call were great, so guess what no need for me to call today. Even if they don't have the part when I get there, just stopping by to say hi is worth the time.
Even though this place had poor reviews I decided to go because I couldn't find the part anywhere else. I called to see what time they closed and Google the address. When I arrived I didn't see anything so I called back to confirm the address and they told me that location no longer exist. The guy on the phone wouldn't give me the new address claiming I wouldn't make it on time cause the stop pulling parts at 1:30 and close at 2:00 and the time I called was like 1:10. I ask could he just pull the part because i really need it I even left work 3 hours early to catch them. The guy told me no and hung up in my face. All I needed was a trunk latch it takes like half of a minute to take it off smh. I guess I will just buy a new one from the dealer. I'd be damn if I give these ppl my hard earned money.
