I recently had the displeasure of doing business with Curt’s Auto Detailing & Towing, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The woman who answers the phone was rude, unhelpful, and acted as though my call was an inconvenience to her. All I needed was basic information about where my vehicle was located and how I could retrieve my personal belongings. Instead of receiving clear and professional assistance, I was met with attitude and dismissiveness. In a situation that was already stressful, her lack of professionalism only made things worse. Customer service should be about helping people, especially when they’re dealing with something as serious as their vehicle being towed. Based on my experience, Curt’s needs to make serious improvements in how they treat their customers. I cannot recommend this business until they address their customer service issues.

Whoever answers the phone for this place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! She is rude and abrasive to you when you ask a question. We spoke to her several times over the last few days regarding getting our car from them, it had been towed. We were asking about the cost of getting the car and she cuts you off and basically won't answer questions asked. The gentleman that helped get the car once we were there was extremely kind and helpful. Atleast they have one nice person. I would avoid them and go with a different tow business!

My son got his car stuck in some mud on a narrow dirt road in a bad spot. It was there for 3 days until I called Curt's. They came out and took care of the winch out without hesitation at a very fair price and in a timely manner where five other local tow companies wouldn't even look at it when they heard the word "mud", instead being selective about the type of call they chose to go on. Curt's definitely gained a customer today. Highly recommended from my experience!

It has taken me a couple of days to calm down enough to write this review. The dispatcher for Curt’s towing, Christina is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. My aunt had an accident and the police called Curt’s to tow her vehicle. My cousin and I were helping our aunt who is elderly and wanted to get her belongings out of the vehicle but Christina would not let us access the vehicle without a signed and notarized letter from our aunt. Without going into a lot of detail my cousin and I went to Curt’s Homer GA location to get our aunts belongings out of the vehicle, she called Christina and she sent one of their drivers ( Ronnie) to meet us, and he was extremely helpful and nice. My cousin spoke to Christina earlier and told her the arrangements that she had made to pickup the vehicle but Christina changed them and accused my cousin of being a liar and was down right disrespectful and rude. If she had been standing in front of me the police would have probably been called after I but this woman in her place. I was a police officer for almost 30 years and dealt with a lot of people with attitude and this woman ranks up there with some of the worst. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Curt’s towing to anyone, it is beyond me how this company is still on business.

If I could give this business a negative 10 stars, I would. Christina, the individual who answers the phone, is about the rudest person I have ever encountered. The saddest part is that her behavior is completely unprovoked and absolutely unwarranted. Don't believe anything that she tells you. She told us that we would have to show up to the tow yard to find out how much the towing cost would be for our vehicle, which made absolutely zero sense for a cash business. Thankfully we brought enough money and did not have to go to a teller machine. Once we arrived, we were told by the very nice older lady that she would have to call Christina to find out the towing fee, so she did. Like I said, you can't trust what this woman says. Once we paid the fee, it took us 10 minutes of backing up and pulling forward in all directions to get the vehicle out from behind another vehicle that they parked in front of ours. After reading all the negative reviews on Yelp and Google, I am shocked that this place is still in business.

I was in a car accident not even two months ago that was a no fault. Curts towing came out to get my car and thenext morning I called about how much it would be to come get the car. I was going that very morning to get it until the lady told me it would be $350 tow fee and $50 for each day that it was there. I told her that was insane. And of course she was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I told her there was no way I could come up with that much money. But I give it a couple days then I went to the shop and was gonna just dig my car title over to them and gt my things out the car. When I called to let them know as I was sitting there in the parking lot I told her I was signing over the title but it was in the car. She then says oh no you’re not about to go out to that car. I will have someone come down and look for it but my car title was not in my car. I told them I would go back home a look for it but I was for certain it was in my car. Well I couldn’t find it so I went and filled for a lose title. Then I called an let the lady know and to ask if I could please have my deceased moms funeral back in the trunk if I could please at least have that. Even tho I had a lot of cleaning supplies from my cleaning business in there and a propane heater. EVERYTHING IS GONE!!! I called the cops over there three times but still no cop came. The owner/guy was also there. He didn’t say a lot but a bigger guy was with him that continued to run his mouth. They now have two of my title that I didn’t even sign and all my belongings that was in the car.

One of Curt’s Drivers completely cut me off causing me to go into the incoming lane. He/she saw that their side of the road was ending and after it ended he proceeded to speed up and cut me off completely and then after he cut me off ge turned on his flashing lights when he wasn’t even at the scene. They were driving to a call where a police officer had someone pulled over keep in mind that it wasn’t an accident scene he’s lucky I didn’t pull over and talk to the police officer and get him charged with reckless driving he forced me into the incoming lane!! 09/06/2022 After my roadside service sent a tow truck that had to come from Monroe (I was near Homer, GA)that took a little over three hours to get to my location, he would not attempt to remove me from the very deep hole from where the covert collapsed under my truck. But Curt’s tow service came and had the same concern and stated that he didn’t want to cause major damage. But After the driver studied the situation he decided to go for it. He finessed the rear of my truck with the rollback bed to position it better and was able to pull it out of the deep hole caused by the collapsed covert that had been undermined by rain. I wish I had gotten his name to thank him but he was so skilled at his profession that my truck had no damage not even a scratch which was unbelievable considering how bad it was stuck. I can’t thank you enough!!!

Do not use!!!! This company was used to pick up my stepdad’s vehicle after a terrible accident. When we called to see if we could get his personal belongings from the vehicle they said “no you cannot get anything unless you pay us $600”. The accident was not his fault and he just wanted to get his phone out of it. Finally, when my mom was able to get a police officer to escort her there to look for his belongings. His phone and gun that was in the vehicle were not there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you want to be yelled at for no reason at all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Christina, is extremely rude and hateful. She immediately had attitude with me as soon as she answered the phone. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience trying to talk to someone. She said things me that should have NEVER been said to anyone. I never once raised my voice or had an attitude with her during the whole conversation. She DOES NOT need to be in customer service with her attitude. I will definitely be reporting this company Christina has had MULTIPLE complaints against her. How she still has a job in customer service is beyond me. She is ruining the reputation of a good company.

Curt is a nice guy , Whomever is the lady that's been answering the phone is very rude to everyone and is made to where alot of people refuse to have his service. He needs to get her gone . She is extremely rude!! Go with precision towing they treat you with respect..

These people need to be shut down! Horrible, horrible employees!!! I have wrote to the BBB about this place and three individuals particular. Crystal, Chelsea, Danny! This would be very lengthy if I explained everything that was horrible with these people! So just know do not use there wrecker service if the police ask/call this place to tow your vehicle have them tell them nonto leave and call another wrecker service. You do not have to use them! If you’re in an accident or broke down in commerce ga please call Seymour’s wrecked service you DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE you can imagine already what kind of day you’re having but these unprofessional, threatening, con artists will make your day worse! Possible even more worse! This would be very lengthy if I told you what all was said to me and my son this day in question. Just know it was HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,

My wife was in an accident before Christmas. Our vehicle was a total loss. The following week I called to get the remainder of our personal effects and better pictures. The driver was very thorough and professional when picking up our vehicle. However, when calling the office I spoke with a woman named Christina. During our conversation she spoke poorly about her co worker the driver, cussed at me, and was very unprofessional. If it weren't for Christina I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, her all in general rude demeanor upon answering the phone and throughout our conversation it's a 1. To the owner of Curt's I'm amazed you are still in business. You should be ashamed for allowing this toxicity to remain within your company. If I were you I would have terminated that individual a long time ago.

My wife got in a wreck and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The next morning I called to let them know I need to get her purse out of the car. I was told I had to pay the $425 bill before I could get to the car. The lady was very rude and told me my wife had plenty of time to get her things out of the car at the wreck site. When I told her she was taken by ambulance so she wasn't able to get anything she told me that wasn't her problem. The rude lady at the office also made a big deal that i wanted a receipt for the $425 i had to pay. This is the second time I have had to deal with this company and both time it has been terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The only reason they get a one star is because it want let you give zero stars!! I don't see how they can stay in business with this kind of customer experience.

I was traveling through Georgia on business when I collided with a deer. I called a wrecker service in Commerce named Seaboards or something of that nature at the recommendation of a passerby. After being told to "hang on" multiple times I finally spoke with a person who told me that they could not be there for 2.5 hours and that it would be $225 to tow 14 miles to their yard. I declined and did a Google search for towing companies. Although Curt's had a 2.5 I decided to give them a call. They were there within 20 min, helped me facilitate my accommodations including opening after hours for my Insurance Adjuster and never asked me for a dime! The Google rating they have is NOT a reflection of the professionalism, courtesy and care that Curt's Towing provided. After reading a good number of reviews I am reminded that we live in a world where people want their A$$ kissed and if you don't they will write a bad review. USE them Youll Be Glad you Did!

I have never been one to leave reviews, but the service here specifically from who I am assuming is the receptionist is outstandingly disrespectful. She was rude to my insurance agent who for one was not speaking in an aggressive tone and keep in mind she was being very reasonable when trying to speak with the lady and when she was done arguing she slammed the phone when she hung up. Nothing but terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Try to get YOUR belongings from YOUR vehicle and they do nothing but make the process difficult and a waste of time. Definitely look into a trusted and more assuring tow company. Hope this review helps those who are looking into this company.

My car broke down on I 85. It was towed less than 2 days after it broke down. I know this wasn't their fault that it was towed this quick. It wasn't worth fixing so we told them that we would come and sign the title over to them when we could to get all of our belongings out. My brand new filled tackle box was stolen out of the trunk. They damaged the door to get in it to pop the trunk. Do NOT leave your car with them with any belongings in it. They left the fishing poles but helped themselves to my stocked tackle box. This is the first and only experience I have had with them. Seymour's is honest and i have never had anything go missing dealing with. I will never use this company again.

When my husband got a flat tire on a lifted truck we were so thankful that Curt's towing could help tow it to our house. James was wonderful at communicating with us on everything. We will definitely use them again.

I have no clue why there are so many low rating when this is the best towing company I have ever dealt with!!!! Honestly the most amazing tow company around!!!! Not only do they actually care about their customers but they go above and beyond with their service!! I will never use another towing company again and don’t think any other tow companies compare to the service of this amazing group of people!!

I am so disappointed with the service. If I didn't work in the car industry business I would never know the importance of taking a picture of the vin number. The management team refuses to help anyone that doesn’t know the vin number. “We deal with rude people every day that don’t know anything about their cars” “she was nice to the customer the first few minutes” is two of the many disappointing responses the manager told me over the phone. If you are in the customer service business- any management team will know that going above to make sure the customer is taken care of no matter what, is the right thing to do. I work for a collision center and I deal with the same people that this business does. (Frustrated and confused) At no point do I ever make the customer feel as though i wouldn’t be able to help them. In customer service its your responsibility to help the CUSTOMER. And no nothing needs to be done about this I am just stating a concern.

This is one of the most unprofessional towing service companies I had to ever deal with in my life. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I have requested to speak with the manage several times and have been denied the right too. Also, the driver was very disrespectful and hung-up the telephone as I was in the middle of my sentence. Update: Came to pick up my car and they only accept cash only which is an inconvenience. and had to stand in the rain to make a payment and receive a receipt due to this company not have a reception area as most companies do. The driver refused to accept my payment and called the Hall county sheriff department to have me escorted off the property without my vehicle. I would first like to thank the Hall county sheriffs department for thier professionalism and not tolerating this unprofessional company and thier employees. Needless, to say the officer made them release my vehicle since I had all the correct documentation and praise God the incident was recorded on my phone. My advice to the owners of this towing company -- your drivers are reflection of you and your business. Also, your receptionist (who stated, she was your daughter) was very unprofessional as well. I will be sharing my video to the local community of Hall county and other businesses. PLEASE SAVE YOUR $$$ do not use this company or thier services due to the unprofessional that has been shown on several different occasions. ———- PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL SHERIFFS OFFICE & YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE SO THIS COMPANY CAN NO LONGER DO BUSINESS!! THEY ALSO ONLY ACCEPT CASH TO PROBABLY AVOID PAYING TAXES.

Absolute worst joke of a company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My truck was involved in a wreck and the officer had it towed. I tried to have it towed to a shop but the woman in the office said they couldnt do it. Called the next morning over 30+ times with no answer. Eventually the towe driver showed up at the lot and informed me it would be $400. Bear in mind this was only towed 5 miles. Oh and they only except cash

I had a car here from the night of 4/8-4/10, which is a total of 2 days. The sign out front says they charge $25/day. The towing fee was $150. Somehow my bill was $235.00. While at the Commerce location, I asked the lady to explain how the price was calculated. She said that she didn't know and didn't make prices. Even after calling the main office myself, I wasn't given a good break down of the price. Because I didn't want to be charged storage for another day, I paid the price. Not good business practice at all.

If anyone needs a towing company in Commerce, GA, do NOT use this company! The workers of Curt's Towing Truck company are extremely rude and feisty. During an ice storm, my car got wrecked on the highway near Commerce, GA and I was forced to use Curt's Towing Truck company, which the state troopers chose for me since I had to move my vehicle off the highway ASAP. I was told many times by the troopers that I was able to obtain the rest of my person belongings at the towing company site and I was even given their business card with the their address. When we arrived to Curt's to get our stuff, the towing company office appeared to be closed and when we called to simply inquire about it, the worker was very rude stating, "I don't care what the policeman said, we're closed, you cannot get your stuff! You can even call the cops yourself!" (which we should have.) After briefly putting us on hold and confirming that our car was from the recent accident (and not a repossession), she demanded $485 from me to obtain my personal belongings. Our intentions were not to move the car off site because it was damaged; we just wanted the rest of our items back. The rudeness was not necessary because I was not confrontational. I was only relaying to her what we were told by the state troopers. Heaven forbid this happens to anyone else, and I hope it does not, I highly suggest you call the police to escort you to obtain your personal belongings, like she dared us to do! I unfortunately was unable to follow through with police because of a family emergency back home.

I do not recommend using this company! I had no choice over where my wrecked car got towed and unfortunately it was towed here. I called about getting my son’s $500 special prescription eye glasses out of the car and they told me I couldn’t get them out. I’m sorry but that is very hateful to withhold a child’s prescription eyeglasses knowing that it affects their vision. I even had my insurance company call them and they still told them we couldn’t get them out. So if any way possible you can avoid them I would! They have caused me so much stress worrying about my sons eyeglasses and the fact I don’t know if they have done anything with them or not.

I've been meaning to post this review for quite some time. This company is one of the most unprofessional "professional" services companies that I have EVER dealt with. My Cousin was sadly taken from us in October 2017 as a result of a fatal motor vehicle incident, and it devastated our family. His wife and I spent MONTHS attempting to find his key ring and his lunch box which the GA State Trooper told us, specifically that he sent with my cousins jeep on the date of the incident. The vehicle was completely decimated and was behind held on an investigate hold, so of course, we were unable to access it. We called Curt's on numerous occasions inquiring about the items, and JUST to see if they would send someone to the vehicle to see if the keys and lunch box were IN the vehicle just to be sure they were somewhat secure and that she wouldn't have to worry about someone finding the keys and gaining access to her home; especially with her being there now alone with the kids. Well the young lady that answers the phone when you call is by far one of the most rude, uncooperative, and empathetic people that I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. She insisted the keys and lunchbox had not been sent with the vehicle; even though she wasn't AT the scene of the incident, nor did she have any involvement with the actual tow, and she REFUSED to do us the favor of having someone just go check the vehicle to put our minds at ease. At one point during a call which I was again asking for help the girl said, "Look, you're welcome to take this thing out of here anytime you want," even though she KNEW the vehicle was still on hold by the GA State Police. Long story short...a few months later when the vehicle was finally released by GSP my cousin's wife went to sign paperwork, and to finally see the vehicle, and LOW and BEHOLD the lunchbox and keys were plainly visible, sitting out in the great wide open. If she had just asked someone to go look, they could've seen the keys and lunchbox and put our minds at ease, but instead she wanted to be difficult and rude. We will NEVER give them our business again, and I recommend that no one else out there give them any business either. I've already reached out the GA State Patrol to report all of this, as well as the insurance company.

I have used this company twice now. Each time the person answering the phone was very professional and courteous. The towing bill was much lower than expected and the drivers were clean, extremely respectful and took great care of my vehicles and property. The most impressive part was how fast the response was. Both times I called they immediately sent out a truck. I highly recommend them and won't be calling another company. Thank you guys for taking care of my family and I!!!!
