I went to New Image Towing &Recovery to retrieve my vehicle on 8/11/2025. The receptionist with the long black hair asked me where are my tickets for the accident. I explained to the receptionist that I wasn’t at fault someone hit me while I was at a red light. The receptionist says oh ok. I say to her well thanks for assuming that I was at fault. That type of customer service at your business is definitely uncalled for and very unprofessional
Mr Wayne came to the rescue. Cool guy. He was able to tow my semi truck and get it to the nearest shop without issues other than taking both rear axles off to avoid transmission damage. Cost was acceptable so no complaints. Thanks for your services!!
Tomeka and her staff are truly one of a kind. They were so good to me in such an unfortunate situation. This woman took good care of me and made sure I was good in her presence. Someone was able to be dispatched earlier than expected and showed up well ahead of the estimated time. I believe his name was JJ, he could not have been more kind and helpful during a very difficult time. Highly recommend!
My vehicle was towed to NIT yard, last December. The front right . wheel came off my truck due to a defective wheel hub. I had to leave the scene because my friend had just landed at the Airport, it was her first visit and she was afraid of the new surroundings.
My 09 F150 vehicle was labeled as being abandoned, even though I was in communication with roadside assistance and notified the police was on the scene. my truck was not abandoned!
My truck was improperly hoisted by being winched onto the tow truck, the front bumper was caught on the bed and was pulled so far away from its original position that it had been bent out out of regular position the the facia pieces above and below was shattered , cracked and broken,
The truck was dragged at least ten to twenty feet and the caliper was broken off the hub and was buried in 4 to 6 inches of dirt, fine and heavy gravel,
The trucked was also repositioned by a white front end loader that was positioned next to it when I retrieved the vehicle hours later.
Informed staff that my truck was severely damaged, Staff members looked at the damage and took no responsibility, Management said they compensate me.
My truck was delivered to my home by a different tow service and was placed in my driveway. When I looked it over again I notice a large puddle of clear fluid on the underside of the truck between the driver and rear passenger door, also a large black box was hanging from its fixed position.
The fluid came from the 4 wheel drive transfer case and failed to work when I tried to engage it.
I called NIT for weeks and it took them two month to send an adjuster out, About a week later I got a letter stating that they refuse to fix ot acknowledge any responsibility for their employees handling of my vehicle while in their custody.
They think they got away with it but I will be suing, sooner than they think.
Driver is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional!

When Craig, the driver showed up, I knew I was in good hands. He was not only professional, but friendly and personable. He was generally caring about my needs... asking if I had eaten and even recommending an area to choose a hotel where he would be able to drop both me and my dog off that would be on his way. Craig made sure it was an area that had shopping, restaurants, and anything else I may need within walking distance. I HIGHLY recommend this company! If I find myself stranded in this area again..... I'll definitely call them.

They were very professional from the call up to the drop. I had to take my tractor trailer from Atlanta to Savannah and they did it very well. The driver was very friendly and is well trained to conduct the job in a safely and efficient manner. 100% recommended.
Worst customer service ever! They are dishonest, incompetent, and could care less if you have all documents ready. They say “we will call you back in 25-40 minutes” and will never call you. The lady said she sent our paperwork to the county’s offices. That was a lie because the county told me the paper was sent at 1:25 pm when we gave documents to new image at 10 am. Also, when we started to question new image towing about getting car released the lady started yelling and her reason for yelling was because “you talk back!” They treat you like your a child wanting to be in control. They charge $25/day holding car in lot. Too expensive for a company that is deceitful and controlling! Towing services are NOT Law enforcement but this one acts like that plus more
New Image is one of the very few towing services that don't charge outrageous prices. Hook up rate cor a light duty tow is the cheapest I've seen. The employees are great most the drivers awesome and one of a kind!
