I signed the contract on Friday, and by Monday they were already picking up the box trucks. Customer service was very helpful. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and patient, and she walked me through the entire process step by step. Everything went smoothly and exactly as explained. Overall, the experience was exceptional.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this towing company, and I feel it’s important to warn others.
They stop releasing vehicles before their stated closing time, even when customers arrive on time with cash in hand. In my husband’s case, he was told he could come pick up the vehicle, arrived before closing, and was then informed they were “no longer releasing cars.” As a result, they continued charging $40 per day, adding unnecessary fees despite the delay being on their end.
A few years ago, my brother had an even more concerning experience. His truck was parked between two trailers, and staff claimed they did not have it at all, despite it being on their property.
The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive, often using the excuse that they “work for the city” while charging extra fees without accountability. From my experience, these practices feel intentionally obstructive and financially motivated.
I strongly advise anyone to avoid having their vehicle towed here if possible. Based on both personal experience and the pattern seen in other reviews, this company operates in a way that is unfair to customers and lacks basic professionalism.
My car was recently put in jail here I went to bail Her out just to find out my key had been lost by the tow truck driver!!! Ms Tomika jumped on it right away had me a new key made although there was a hiccup with the key as well she still went out her way to correct the mistake they made and followed up with me the whole time… I can appreciate her and the staff good customer service….Jay the driver who dropped my car off at the shop was super helpful helped me out when he didn’t have to once he dropped Off the car and he also followed up to make sure I was okay !!!! even the locksmith she connected me with was prompt and professional. Not the way I seen it going but the customer service overall was great in the end!!!!

Absolutely outstanding service. After my previous transport company broke down and stopped communicating, the team at New Towing Company stepped in and took care of everything. Mrs. Tomekia went above and beyond to help me get my car delivered to Indiana, even though I couldn’t be there in person. As a military member, it means a lot to be treated with that level of respect and support.

MY Car was in an accident and Ryan the tow truck guy showed up. I have to say in a bad situation he was able to put a smile on my face. Very nice guy really cool . If I ever need a tow again which hopefully not. I will request Ryan.. he was the best.
car was towed and they stole $500 and air pods! of course they denied it. they claim they have 24 hour surveillance at the tow yard, but there's definitely not any recordings of the car being loaded up. they had plenty of time to go through the car and take whatever.
I had an excellent experience with this towing company. Both drivers, Row and Antoine, were absolutely outstanding! They were extremely professional, very helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. It's rare to come across people who genuinely care about providing great service, but Row and Antoine went above and beyond. My car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. The tow company even picked my car up at night to make sure he got it to the shop when it opened the next morning. Great customer servoce!

Someone was able to be dispatched earlier than expected and showed up well ahead of the estimated time. I believe his name was JJ, he could not have been more kind and helpful during a very difficult time. Highly recommend!
My vehicle was towed to NIT yard, last December. The front right . wheel came off my truck due to a defective wheel hub. I had to leave the scene because my friend had just landed at the Airport, it was her first visit and she was afraid of the new surroundings.
My 09 F150 vehicle was labeled as being abandoned, even though I was in communication with roadside assistance and notified the police was on the scene. my truck was not abandoned!
My truck was improperly hoisted by being winched onto the tow truck, the front bumper was caught on the bed and was pulled so far away from its original position that it had been bent out out of regular position the the facia pieces above and below was shattered , cracked and broken,
The truck was dragged at least ten to twenty feet and the caliper was broken off the hub and was buried in 4 to 6 inches of dirt, fine and heavy gravel,
The trucked was also repositioned by a white front end loader that was positioned next to it when I retrieved the vehicle hours later.
Informed staff that my truck was severely damaged, Staff members looked at the damage and took no responsibility, Management said they compensate me.
My truck was delivered to my home by a different tow service and was placed in my driveway. When I looked it over again I notice a large puddle of clear fluid on the underside of the truck between the driver and rear passenger door, also a large black box was hanging from its fixed position.
The fluid came from the 4 wheel drive transfer case and failed to work when I tried to engage it.
I called NIT for weeks and it took them two month to send an adjuster out, About a week later I got a letter stating that they refuse to fix ot acknowledge any responsibility for their employees handling of my vehicle while in their custody.
They think they got away with it but I will be suing, sooner than they think.
