Very great experience with this company I had questions they took there time and made sure everything was clear the tow company was very late but they called to make sure I was fine with the times they can arrive but I got a fair price for my car I appreciate you guys u all are wonderful

I’ve used other companies in the past but never again. This group pays top dollar and makes it easy with great service. They followed through with everything they committed to on the phone. Beware of others that make one offer over the phone and a lower one when they arrive. I give my highest recommendation and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They were good service,good communications, paid more then others company, when the tow truck came in, I give they keys and title and paid cash on the spot, and they towed my Nissan Quest XE 1993 away.

Quick, easy, and painless. First offer was not that great but, after coming to angreement the process was easy. They picked up the car on time and gave me a check on delivery. There was no re-negotiating on pickup.
Someone name Bonnie or Blondie i couldn't make out her name. i never heard of a company who sends send you a text about vehicle. She lied and told me i can get a quote (offer)however she told me that someone will contact me. my calls are recorded and she LIED she wasn't able to help me. i found it weird she can give me a offer but the last rep couldn't. She said maybe the last person have a different task such as transferring calls then she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to holly who i had the pleasure of speaking with. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Any manager would like me to email my phone conversation i would be happy to let you listen to such LYING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. none of my other 2 reps did the phone just magically hang up. RUNNNNNN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I totaled my car (a 2016 Kia Sorento that was purchased brand new and had been paid off as of January - to say I was sick over this would be an understatement), and with only liability insurance, I was at a loss of what to do to get any sort of compensation. I found Sell Car For Cash online and figured I see what it was about. I spoke with Courtney and gave her the information regarding my totaled vehicle and it’s condition. She offered us more money than we ever imagined we would get out of it. I was very skeptical of the whole process (I had never sold a totaled or junk car before), and to my surprise, the process was as easy as she described it would be. The very next morning, I met the tow truck to get my car from the current lot where it was originally towed. I signed over my title and he gave me a check for the EXACT amount Courtney told me over the phone. They towed my car off and didn’t charge me a dime. I’m still shocked at how easy this process was and I will definitely be using this company again, if needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of an old or wrecked car. They were so kind and after getting in a wreck, made me feel like there was finally something positive about that situation! I can’t thank them enough. I am so very pleased with their customer service and ability to get this process over with quickly - and with very little to do on my end!
Also - for those who are as skeptical about things as I am, the check went through for the full amount and I hade ZERO issues with it. The amount they promised for my car is now in my bank account :) I was still a little skeptical until I saw the money haha but this was, in fact, just as good as it seemed.
I sold my 1999 Honda CR-V to them. Their staff is great and very helpful. They gave me an original offer online that was a lot lower than my ideal offer. But they got in touch with me over the phone and we came to a great agreement. Great company!
