I am beyond grateful for S&J towing. My car has been giving me trouble for the past few months, and S&J has towed it about 4 or 5 times for me. I have had two different drivers & each time they were so kind, so quick to respond, and beyond patient with me & my car. I met Dro today & he went out of his way to make it to my car. They had 316 shut down, but he spoke with the officer blocking the road, determined to get to me. He made it through, and I was able to ride with him to the shop, and he dropped me off and wished me the best of luck. I am SO blessed to have encountered him today, his peaceful spirit was exactly what I needed to keep me from tears today. I wish I could remember the name of the driver who was dispatched the first two times I needed a tow, but I think it's safe to say that all of their drivers are amazing. So quick, so easy. I feel blessed. I will make sure to pass on my recommendations to anyone needing a tow, it is the least I can do after encountering these angels. Thank you S&J!!! Thank you Dro!!!
OH AND PS: The person at the desk was an angel as well, picked up immediately, and recognized my calls based off pickup & drop off locations. Helped me identify my driver , and was so happy to hear about my experience. I almost a bit shy to call and give my praises, but I am so glad I did. Everyone there deserves to hear it. I am so thankful for these folks!
My Jeep broke down on the side of the road and Kyle was very helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. He loaded my vehicle quickly and safely. Really nice guy too. Would use this service again.

They met us to get our car that was towed, after hours. Though there was an additional after-hours fee, they met us there at the prearranged time. They were kind, accommodating, and friendly. Overall, great service.
Threw them an entire curveball with all 4 wheels seized from spinning on a car down a path behind a barn. Wonderfully nice guy came and dragged it out lickidy split, and transferred it onto my trailer your wish is my command style. Thanks so much guys :DDD
I was driving from Winder to Athens, and as soon as I hit Statham I started hearing light thuds as if I were riding over rocks, then out of nowhere the car quickly started sounded like I was riding on the rim. I pulled over, inspected all tires visually, then with my air compressor, and everything was all good. But when my bf met me he noticed wire that I had driven over had wrapped around the tire 50+ times. Since I was 10 minutes away from the house I had him trail me going no more than 20mph when I heard a loud POP!! I stopped, pulled over, called GEICO, they dispatched roadside, and gave me an ETA of an hour, but the driver Calvin C. came not even 15-20 minutes later. Literally heaven sent! When I seen him hop out I immediately knew everything would go smoothly. (He helped my cousin out of a ditch, and despite how difficult it was he never showed NO FRUSTRATION. So I knew I was in good hands.) He was super helpful, professional, calmed my anxiety TREMENDOUSLY, got us home safely, even inspected it himself, and suggested possible solutions. We need more people like Calvin C! Thanks again bro and S&J Roadside Assistance.
I can’t say enough good things about S&J Roadside Service. I had an RV stuck in the mud trying to get onto a concrete pad. A shady broker initially got me in touch with them, and it quickly became clear the broker was overcharging me while underpaying S&J. Not only did the team at S&J handle the recovery, but they also went out of their way to help me get a full refund from the broker and allowed me to pay them directly — saving me a ton of money and stress in the process. Despite the situation, they were nothing but professional, kind, and honest.
They came out right away with a truck, realized it was too big for the tight space, and without hesitation, went back, got more help, a different truck, and a skid steer. Ten minutes later, job done — no damage, no hassle. They could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me a premium, but instead were incredibly fair and transparent with their pricing.
These are class-act people and a top-notch recovery company. If I ever need help again, it’ll be them — no question. Also for anyone reading this, they handle all types of off-road recovery, which is exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Customer for life.

Great service from Collis last night when we had a flat tire. He was very polite, took our safety as the main priority and was very efficient. He got us on the road in 10 minutes.
Popped a tire while heading back from a long trip from North Carolina. GEICO sent them out to us and they were there in no time. I don’t know what Y’all are paying Chris, but it’s nowhere near enough. He’s got jokes for days and kept us laughing. Super nice guy! Gave us amazing advice.

Unfortunately I hit a deer a couple of weeks ago on highway 78 about 20 miles east of Athens about 2am. I sat there until 6am and a sheriff's deputy came by. He asked if the will start, no radiator busted, he called S&J and the owner and another one of his driver's came out got me hooked up and I was on my way to the freightliner dealer in Jefferson, GA. They got me hooked up in about 20min, very nice and professional. I'll definitely recommend this company, excellent service and very reasonable.
My car died, and I am SO happy my insurance company called S&J Towing for roadside assistance! The tow truck arrived very quickly — much appreciated on a cold morning! And Adam, the driver, was polite, professional, and skilled! I was on my way again in minutes.
Shaun and Jesse came to my rescue when my bike's clutch master cylinder locked up! They arrived within 30 minutes of contacting their dispatch office and were very knowledgeable on motorcycle towing. I cannot thank S&J Roadside enough for helping me get my motorcycle back home safely and in one piece, and for a good price. I'll definitely be contacting S&J again in the future! AAA assigned S & J to tow my truck about 60 miles. It was already a stressful situation on its own, but as soon as Chris called me to introduce himself and give his ETA, I felt so relieved. Chris was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. (I was frustrated with AAA, not S & J or Chris) He checked on some details for me and got right back to me! He recovered my truck when he said he would. He was very quick from time he got to it, loaded it and gone from location. He knows what he's doing for sure. Chris delivered my truck to the shop, which was a long distance tow, safely with no incident. Oh and he did this all in the middle of the night! Awesome service!! Thanks Chris and S & J Roadside Service and Tow!! Kelly did great communicating with me too! Would recommend them to anyone.
Chris that works with S&J Towing is a phenomenal tow truck and recovery driver. Chris represents this company in the best light possible. He had a tough recovery with having to navigate a large rollback in a small parking lot. He shimmied my car out like he’d been doing this job for 20 years. Chris is an incredible employee who is very punctual, professional, and he shocked me when I found out he’d been only doing this job for 10 months. I thought he was a 20 year veteran. Because of Chris, I’ll be contacting S&J towing for all my recovery and towing needs. If management is reading this, Chris definitely deserves a raise.
Adam was so nice and friendly and very careful with my new car which I greatly appreciated. After he called me to let me know he was on the way he came exactly when he said he would. I’m 7 months pregnant and had to ride to with him to the auto care center and I was very comfortable in the truck. I live in an area that was affected by the hurricane and I was truly thankful for his efficiency and customer service during such a stressful time despite his busy schedule. Thank you again! 5 STARS! Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

We have used this company a few times. They are always there within a decent time and very professional! Got into an accident on Atlanta Hwy and was stuck on the side of the road and my car couldn’t drive. Thankfully, S & J were able to help her my car back to my complex. They were really fast and the service was excellent. Chris was the guy who came and towed my car, and he was really helpful and did an awesome job. I really appreciate all of the help!
Taylor came to tow my dead truck, he arrived quickly and was even able to help me get my drop off location changed when my mechanic said they were full. Excellent service!
I broke down at a gas station and my insurance company dispatched S&J Roadside Service. Chris called me very shortly after the request, he was at my location within 30 minutes, and he strapped my car down extremely well. He was thorough in his questioning and understanding. Great employee. You never know who you're going to get to help you when you go through your insurance company, but this experience was the silver lining to a rough situation.
Needed my car towed to local mechanic. I put in a request on Sunday night and got confirmation that a provider would be out early Monday morning. Chris from S&J Roadside service contacted me and arrived earlier than expected to tow my vehicle. Service was quick, and Chris was very helpful in explaining the process and successfully dropped off my vehicle at the mechanic and followed up once the vehicle was delivered. Very happy with S&J and Chris helping out.
Ran into some unfortunate mechanical issues but Taylor was there to save the day. He arrived and loaded the vehicle quickly and with no incident. Thank you for being awesome Taylor!
