Our driver Mark did an awesome job. Mark was nice, friendly and professional. He took a little of stress out of a having a broken down vehicle. Shuman has always been quick to get there when you need them. I really like the text messages that keep you updated. They send one message when the driver is assigned, one when in route and another when they are about 5 minutes out. A professional group of people here and highly recommend

Drivers need to learn proper traffic etiquette especially if driving around with a company sign on the truck. By the way, thank you for having the sign on the truck and letting me know what company drives horribly so I can leave this review.
I have used shuman services three times, and each time was treated amazingly. The driver’s I have had arrived in a timely manner and were very professional! Would recommend to anyone!
The boss man is a great guy , if you have anything to go wrong call them and ask to speak to Scott , he will help anyone out, a great person and he will go the extra mile to help his customers out ,. No matter what other wrecker service is out there try shuman service . He will go out of his way for you . Don’t go to the new truck tow guys that a show. Shuman services is the best . Ryan really saved us when we were in a pinch and got to us very timely. My piece of crap Tesla broke down on me and I needed to get to a tow shop within 90 minutes or else we would have had to stay another extra night in Athens. Well they got to us quickly and to where we needed to be. Thank you Ryan! Also PS don’t buy a Tesla
They were faster than promised, reasonably priced, and provided friendly service even in the pouring rain. Nobody wants to need towing services but when you do, this is the one to call!
My daughter called me in the middle of the night and presented one of my nightmare scenarios. She is broke down in Athens and I'm at least 2 hours from her. She called Shuman. She said the driver Mike was nice and helpful. He took the car to our chosen destination. Their price was also very reasonable. Thank you.
Very bad drivers. I had a driver ride my bumper from Danielsville to Hull. I was going the speed limit. I call the shop to report this driver. He almost ran me off the road. This driver was reckless. I do not recommend this company if they drive like this. Very scary experience!
I had used three different jacks and still couldn’t raise my truck high enough to replace a flat. Driver (whose name I can’t remember otherwise I’d give him a shoutout here) was prompt, professional, extremely polite, helpful, and absolutely hilarious. Very reasonably priced and exceptional service, would very highly recommend! Thanks, y’all, for making my extremely frustrating day of replacing my tire a little easier and more enjoyable!

Had a delivery/box truck that needed to be towed in for repair. The repair facility recommended Shuman and I'm glad they did. The driver called to let us know his eta and quickly had the truck loaded and on the way. Great service.
Totally satisfied with the service I received today from Shuman. Dustin was polite, he called me when he was on the way to pick up my car and delivery to my dealership was prompt. Definitely will use Shuman again.
Great service and very prompt!! Was promised though they were very busy they would have someone available within two hours. The driver called 35 minutes later to say he was right outside!! He quickly loaded my brother's F150 and had it delivered to Mavis Tire and Auto. 5 Stars!!!
Vehicle broke down, my roadside assistance dispatched a tow company and the estimated wait was 300 minutes! I called Shuman and they had someone to me in 20 minutes. Brandon was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. He even followed up and offered recommendations for my repair. Car trouble is incredibly stressful, especially as a woman alone in an unknown area. I felt comfortable and safe with tech and he put me at ease about the situation. Very appreciative and will definitely recommend to all local friends!
They were fully aware that a parking lot of people got scammed and they had no sympathy. Charged full price, they will try to force you to pay cash or money order. Unless you know someone then a card is not a problem. Poorly ran business. I would strongly advise not doing business with them
Called Onstar and they sent Shuman, Dustin was my driver he was kind, sympathetic to My car needs and very patient in taking care of My 2012 GM Denali and delivering it to Heyward Allen Motors.
Excellent service!! Our UGA student son went to get gas in his truck. Started to leave gas station and truck would not crank. I called Shuman at 11 pm at night. Priscilla was wonderful! She stayed on phone until she knew driver had gotten message and was headed to my son’s truck. I paid over the phone - only $80 very reasonable - and she texted receipt. Driver got there in 10 min with tow truck. Called to make sure he was at correct place and then sent a text to me to let me know he had finished towing service. Great service and nice people!
I had my 2012 Chevy Volt towed by Shuman last month. I paid out of pocket due to the towing service my insurance paid for was so incompetent I sent him home, and this was after waiting for two hours. The lady who answered the phone was very polite, and understanding. I had been sitting in a parking lot in the rain for almost three hours. Shuman sent out Bryan, who treated my car like it was his own. Bryan was very personable and extremely professional in his handling of my car. In addition, I was having my car towed over 30 miles, and Shuman was less expensive than the other place was going to charge, and this was using my Good Sam towing insurance.
The people at Shuman Services are the nicest and most friendly people I've ever dealt with. I own a trucking company and in that business you expect to be ripped off by tow companies. Since the first day I used Shuman Services, I've never been overcharged and never been made to wait hours on end. They are very courteous and friendly. They even know us by name. I cannot say enough good things about them. A ++++ business! Thank you!
I can not say enough great things about my experience today. Hunter provided impeccable customer service and demonstrated the highest of professional skills. I had a massive fuel leak in a very tight parking deck. His ability to safely extract my car in mere minutes was very impressive. He also went above and beyond to create a pleasant and informative conversation as he worked to make me feel at ease over the stressful situation.
