Quentez & crew were phenomenal. I reached out to him at 12:26pm to get an estimate on hauling off trash, and by 1:37pm (same day!) all of my trash was loaded up and out of my garage. Not to mention, customer service was great. Quentez was so friendly, accommodating and quick to respond, whereas other companies I reached out to never called me back for the initial quote. A-Z Junk Removal is AMAZING!! I reached out to Quentez regarding items that I needed to get rid of and have no way of transporting. He responded right away and after sending pictures of my items, we scheduled pickup two days later. He notified me when he was on his way with the estimated time of arrival. Wonderful people, wonderful company who we have used before. They did a fabulous job taking out some big and heavy old things we needed removed, and at a very reasonable rate. Great communication throughout the process, listening to description of the need, responding right away with quote, setting early date for quick removal, and keeping us posted on the day of service even though they were right on time.
