My friend was driving my car and it died on an off ramp. I was an hour away. When I called, the nicest lady was very concerned about exactly where the car was. She worked to get someone there immediately. Service fast, professional, and reasonably priced. The dear dispatcher was so concerned about getting someone to the car to prevent it being tagged, that she forgot to send me the invoice. I've never had a towing company not expect payment of some sort to hook a car up. That was not an issue for them. They will be my go to for any further issues I have. I didn't have to wait after calling them directly. The owner did everything possible to get someone to me quick. The drivers that came to get my car was really nice.

Justin was incredible! My Mercedes sprinter was broken down in a very precarious location on the freeway. Justin temporarily fixed my fuel leak like Macgyver! I could then drive to a safe location so he could hook up my Winnebago! He then towed me to my destination. He was patient and thorough. Justin was wonderful!
Larry was awesome he made sure that I got home after he jumped my car and taught me how to use the auto button to save on my battery. He was very nice and I sure appreciate his help and advice. 10+ in my book.
The team and Patriot Towing are very professional and run a respectable business. I had an issue with my vehicle that needed a tow then upon arriving my vehicle started running again. Josh was great and recommended canceling and returning my funds and they did just that. That’s outstanding customer service and I truly appreciate it. Great Job by all!

My tow driver was fantastic. I was especially impressed with his situational awareness to our surroundings while driving. Despite the >noise level of the diesel engine inside the cabin, he recognized an ambulance several lights behind us approaching and he immediately moved aside in the appropriate manner; granted he could have just continued through the intersection when our light turned green and it would have taken some time for the ambulance to catch up because the majority of drivers that were blocks behind us were either oblivious on their phones or made zero effort to get out of the way! Kudos for being a respectful & mindful driver!!!
Great Service. Timely and professional. They were reachable properly at the shared contact info, compared to other service which was just unreachable by me or even the Geico insurance claims agent!

Heather was our tow-er (sp?) & when I say that girl was on top of it, please believe that girl was on top of it! She got there long before the time we were quoted, she was super friendly & funny! She even went as far as to entertain our impromptu game of 20 questions (it was way more than 20 though) about how we too could start driving a wrecker (girl power activated- lol!) Company very professional. Driver was highly experienced & treated my car as if it was his own. Driver took time to swap out regular chains for fabric as my hotrod is lowered. He brought out small ramps to ensure front bumper splitter did not scrape upon pulling car up tow truck ramp.
Overall highly recommend this company. Would use again 100%.
I had a great experience w this company!y car was dead as a doornail and it was in a parking space, in a tight parking lot in the cold rain and blocking the Starbucks drive thru lane. The tow truck driver wasnt phased, he was professional, empathic and super helpful. Great experience! Would def recommend!

JC was wonderful! He was super knowledgeable about cars, very quick getting my car hooked up, and offloaded it into a semi-difficult space. I’ll definitely be calling Patriot back for my next tow. :)
Gonna start this off with i had a great experience overall so it doesn’t come off wrong, i called at 12 and the pickup was delayed a few hours longer than i was told. The tow driver and receptionist were very apologetic about the wait. When dropping my car off the driver took time to look at my car and help me find the issue which was a huge help! I had also jammed my door a few weeks ago and he was able to get it open and working again. Would recommend very kind and personable people!
Absolutely fantastic and professional service! Online inquiry was a breeze. Fast and simple scheduling. Tow truck driver was incredibly nice and very skilled. Even provided me a picture of the vehicle safe and sound once delivered to its location. These are my people from now on for towing!
