Came here the other day to have windshield wiper blades replaced. The employee assisting us proceeded to make snarky comments the entire time, I was there. Making comments about what I was doing instead of providing good customer service and just replacing the blades. I don’t understand the reasoning of providing a service if you’re just going to have an attitude about it. Incredibly disappointed.
***SAVED THE DAY*** I was 3 hours from home when the "check engine" light suddenly appeared. The manager (Jerry?) went out of his way to collect the error code and printed-out the info for the Subaru service center. He refused payment. All I could do is thank his crew with some donuts. Many thanks!
I went in this store today to purchase a battery. The representative was rude and raised his voice to me. I put the battery back on the shelf and told him he had the worst customer service and I would take my business elsewhere. The manager followed me outside and offered me a discount which was great of him but I declined. Advanced Auto parts down the street was super helpful and kind .
Scott went WAY above and beyond with us, helping to install a new car battery that we purchased there. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help with everything we asked of him. Go say hi to Scott today and you'll see me exactly what I mean!

I needed assistance with my car battery, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the right product and understood the process. WOW!! So the little I know about vehicles is no match for the Asst Manager Mike! Younger gent but very knowledgeable. When I say his customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced it is. Mike in a 20 minutes together today. Thank you for the knowledge and the amazing help with changing out my terminal connectors and checking my battery. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my terminals on the battery! Mike keep working like this and I know you should be promoted soon!

I came in the morning one day asking if they turned rotors I was told yes, came back later with the rotors and the guy did not know how to do mine even though I asked in the morning, I called another 10 stored and they did not have anyone that could use the machine or it was not working
This place seems to be run by retired guys with odd behavior and bad manners. Every time I visit there are employees sitting around chatting or on their phones like it's a hangout, and they avoid contact with customers. The managers are rude and impatient, often presenting knowledge that's plain wrong. Avoid this place unless you already know exactly what you need - they won't know enough or care to help you.
I call up to the store because u need a start relay for a Ford 500 they had one in stock so I go and pick it up to come to find out it wasn't what was needed.... call back and ask for a starter and this time they tell me that there is no such thing as a Ford 500 and they relay they gave me was for a mustang gt500....then I look at my receipt to find out I was sold a A/C HTR relay.... the customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced but that may be because they were more worried about their card game they was playing
me and my dad went over to get his battery changed, Josh came out a changed my dad battery in 5 minutes, I recommend going to josh because he is a real part professional
I was trying to get my wife’s battery in her car swapped out. The clerk wanted to see the car first. He looked at it and said he couldn’t do it because of some plastic shroud. He said he wasn’t going to remove it. I pointed out to him that the shroud wasn’t in the way. The battery was fully exposed with only the bar holding it down. The bar that was bolted on on two sides but the shroud could be left in place. He looks at it again and said there was corrosion on the positive terminal and he couldn’t remove it because he didn’t want to break the battery terminal wire. The car was a 2019 and garaged kept.
He was full of excuses and no help. I won’t be going there again. I went down the street to Advanced Auto and they easily changed out the battery.
The OReilly team at this location are just plain lazy.
We just visited this store in Holly Springs for a new battery. Scott ended up helping us with this, new wipers and a variety of other things. He went so far above and beyond what he had to & offered exceptional service. He’s an A+ employee and we’re so grateful: I would def return again because of his level of care. ☺️

Horrible service. Came in to get a new battery right away greeted by an older employee and said how do u even know it’s your battery(talked like I was stupid) and told him because the tow truck driver told me it was. He went to the car I popped the hood and said yeah can’t change this battery ( The car is a Chevy Cruze really). Acted like they didn’t want to do the job so I drove off. Sad! Don’t waste your time
I spoke to Scott on the phone. He was kind enough to check his inventory for the part I needed. He confirmed he had it. I drove down to the store and Scott had the part on the counter when I arrived. Easy Peezy! I checked four different stores for the part today and none of them had it. Thanks Scott and Oreilly.

I mistakenly gave him the wrong year and he offered to look up the parts needed by the VIN number and offered to pull the parts needed. They were the perfect fit. I will recommend Chandler and Oreilly’s to every one I can.
So I was just up there to get a diagnostic done the guy said it might be a fuse…. Didn’t give me the code. Told me to go to the dealership. Soooo I did. ALL IN ALL. I need a dang gas cap… which I could have figured that out for free if that guy would have told me instead of me going to the dealership paying for another diagnostic and running tests. Period
Horrible experience. Got ripped off by Scott. Worst sales person EVER! I came in to buy wiper blades and he brings out the absolute most expensive wipers they sell and when I ask the guy to help me install them on my vehicle he scoffs; Scott had the absolute worst attitude. He expressed to me that I should just install the wipers in my garage at home. I told he that he sold me fancy wipers I didn’t know how to install and that there would be no one else to do that for me. I then watched him install the first wiper and as he struggles with it. He gets flustered and tells me to step back or he won’t be able to do it.
Joseph was extremely helpful when I came in today needing oil when my oil light came on. He offered expert advice on the type of oil my car needed and walked me thru putting the oil in my car. He went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service and was very patient with me. I want to commend him and say that he's a valuable asset to the O'Reilly team. Thank you Joseph!! 👏
Friendly and helpful service. Recently they don't stock the quantity of part they did before. They will usually get them the next day or 2. That won't help if your working on your car or truck now.

Ordered some parts online for in store pick up. There was a delivery delay because of a highway accident that caused traffic and the lady I spoke with went above and beyond to call and keep me updated on my delivery. Once I picked up my items the lady and gentleman I spoke with where very friendly and I had a great conversation with them. I'll definitely reuse this O'reilly's over the one closer to my house because of their service.
Great experience there getting windshield wiper blades. The manager herself put them on for me. Very helpful and had a positive attitude. Bonus, they were buy one get one free with Labor Day sale. Thank you!
I needed to drop off used oil but the guy said there container was full. So instead of letting me drop off the oil that was in cleaned quarts he made me carry it back to my van. Not cool. I understand it's full but you could have just put the jugs beside the container and then I would be so frustrated not going back.
