Unfortunately, my experience with this wrecker company was very disappointing. The driver’s demeanor came across as rude and abrupt, and the staff member we spoke with was unprofessional. While we remained polite and patient throughout the process, the overall service left much to be desired. I hope they work to improve in the future. But from the looks of things I highly doubt it.
Yall just have the most incredible staff ever, Alexis was so amazing!!! Kind, patient, and helped ease my mind in a crisis!!! My amazing tow man was also so nice and helpful!!!! I think his name was Thomas he has a big cool beard, but thank you so much!!!! If you need help give them a call!
So this outfit is out of this world...shows up quickly...then despite giving wrong address the drivers figured it out and was super good about it. Polite respectful and takes the time to make sure that the driver is good...not just the equipment but the driver. Made sure I got to my motel room and that I was good. Couldn't have been a better experience with this out fit. I needed trailwr and tractor towed, so they took care of it and so surprised how fast these guys responded. 2 wreckers with 2 dudes that paid close attention to the equipment they were hauling, of course, but surprised at how they made sure that I was good. Its rare today unfortunately but Sapps ,these drivers are the exception. 20 star review

I had a very disappointing experience with Sapps Wrecker. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no empathy for my situation. On top of that, I was hit with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront — extremely shady business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication, honesty, or basic respect.
SAPP’S is a fabulous service when you need emergency roadside assistance. The call team was extremely helpful on setting up the service and I cannot say enough about Ray who was my tow service guy! Ray showed up early and really had to work with me to get an extra wide jet ski trailer loaded up. But Ray made it look easy and took great care of me and my boats!
Good business overall. They moved two heavy duty toolboxes for me without me being at the pickup location. Fast and friendly, price seemed a little steep but they were professional and did the job without any damage so I’m a satisfied customer!
On April 24 I was involved in a collision shortly after leaving work. Insurance company called a wrecker service for me. But they wouldn’t be there for over an hour. My boyfriend then called Sapps. And they were there literally within 15 mins after getting off the phone. Our driver even beat the cops there. Ryan showed up ready to make my day 1000x better and he sure did. Since the cop wasn’t there yet we sat and just talked about anything and everything but my car. Smart choice on his part because it kept my mind off what was happening. He went above and beyond his job for me that day. And I’m beyond appreciative. And then everything Sapps had to deal with after through insurance. Guys you are a saving grace and I will NEVER call anyone else. Thank you so much for handling my car and myself with such care and compassion. You made that whole ordeal so much easier.
Recently we had to have our vehicle towed to the dealer. I called Sapps towing they were very courteous over the phone gave me the info I needed. They told us our driver would be Eric. He was very polite and courteous, made his inspection of vehicle and went to work loading vehicle. He delivered the van to the dealer and sent me a photo at the dealer’s lot. I would definitely use them again hopefully we will not need them again at least any time soon. Thanks Sapps

The lady at the front desk was very rude. She did not acknowledge us or speak to us when we spoke to her. No thank you or you're welcome from that side of the counter even though my partner and I were both excessively polite and considerate.
I've never used SAPP before but was referred to them by another contractor. I called them and they quickly took the information from me and dispatched within the hour. They were extremely professional and experienced. Absolutely fantastic experience. I highly recommend them.
John was very professional and expedient. Had our 56,000 lb truck out of the mud and back to work in 30 mins upon arrival. Response time was leas than an hour. Amazing job.

If I could leave negative stars I truly would. The lack of communication with customers is UNREAL! I made an appointment to have my car towed Thursday 04/10/25 for the following Friday morning at 10am. Due to their lack of communication my car was never towed so I made another appointment for Monday morning 04/14/24 at 10am again. Jenny called around 12:30 to let me know it would be late, well duh since it was supposed to get picked up at 10 and at that point it was 12:30 and my car STILL hadn’t been picked up. Fast forward to about 1:40ish I am called and told the driver is 15 minutes out to pick up my vehicle. Almost 40 MINUTES later she calls and suggests for me to call another tow because they may not get to my car today. To say the least, if you need your car in a timely fashion then call someone else because you will not get timely service with this establishment. I would love to add how Jenny wanted to argue with me on the phone regarding their lack to do their own jobs which was extremely unprofessional.
Our 2020 Western Star 5700 decided she needed a Valentine's gift and her fuel pump imploded on 2/13. First, we had her towed to the dealership. Lesson learned as the dealer tried to charge us more than double the necessary repair hours and time to complete the repairs even after we learned they had the parts in stock.
Sapp's rescued us and towed us to Elite Diesel of Savannah so we could be repaired under budget and quickly be back out on the road.

First of all he is a super nice guy he was quick in getting to me and was able to fix my truck on the side of 195 in Ridgeland SC instead of towing me to our terminal in Savannah. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road so quickly Shelly and you are a great asset to us truck drivers out here! Keep up the good work! I almost forget to mention he allowed me to get in his rig to get warm since my truck had no power!

I had recently purchased a 38ft RV BUS that needed minor engine repair...we chose to have this Bahemath towed from the Seller's home to ours B4 doing the necessary repairs to make it road worthy at a later date.....it was parked in a very difficult position in the Man's Yard...Sapp's worked with me and we was finally able to maneuver this Puppy to retrieve it safely & efficiently to my Home without any damage to our New Addition...And at an Affordable Price as well...Other Tow Companies we had gotten quotes from was Ridiculously Over Priced and Disappointing!! Sapp's Wrecker Service made my 350 mile motorhome tow easy.
I was traveling to Tennessee from Tampa in my 37' Itasca SunCruiser, when my Triton V-10 engine with 46,000 miles, threw a rod, outside Savannah Georgia.
I was able to drive it to a trucking shop. It was there for 3 weeks trying to get it repaired through the Good Sam warranty.
I finally gave in and had to bring it back home to Gator Ford, A RV service engine repair center.
I simply called Good Sam Roadside service they had Sapps pick it up. They removed the drive shaft, secured the rig and towed it to Tampa, all the same day.
Today we will continue the Warranty Work with Good Sam at Gator Ford.

Had another trucker decide to cut me off in bumper to bumper traffic then he slammed on his brakes in a rain storm. I had to put it on the side of the rd and it slid into a swampy ditch. We called SAPPS Guardian who sent Shelly and bc I was loaded & leaning more then expected he called a 2nd wrecker Turner. They got to me in an hr and immediately got to work. I was out of the ditch & back rolling in no time. Awesome service no damage to my truck, they were super professional & friendly. Would recommend them in a second to anyone in need of a wrecker. Thank you again Shelly & Turner for turning what was a bad situation into just a minor inconvenience.
We were traveling north bound on I-95 near Brunswick and our RV Bus was hit by lightning. It took out all the systems on the RV and our towed Jeep. We called several wrecker services and had a couple come out and refuse the job. Our air system was blown, in gear and no power. One service even charged us to show up. I called Georgia Highway Patrol and their service driver wouldn’t take it either. It took me 2 days and help from the State of Georgia to find Shelly with Sapp’s. I told him our dilemma. He said, “I’ve been doing this for 29 years, and I’ve never been on a call that I didn’t get the job done!”
We drove back up from FL and met him. He worked on our RV running air lines, dropping the drive shaft etc. He hauled it back to Jacksonville and let us know it was there safe.
Shelly was good natured, competent, and efficient.

I’m new at being a o/o so when my truck broke down I called my old boss and asked him should I call sapps he was like yes lord So I called the receptionist was very nice and polite. She got right on the job and had someone dispatched out to me! The driver that came his name was Scott. He was very friendly, very very professional, and very knowledgeable about his job !!!!! So with that being said, sapps, have a customer for life, I wouldn’t use anyone else to tow my precious cargo!!
