Hart’s Parts is FANTASTIC! They answered the phone, first try. Answered all my questions and even looked over the 6.5L Diesel motor before I picked up. Everyone from the office staff to the associates in the shop were friendly and professional. Drove from Birmingham AL and was not disappointed. Will be back. They’ve got a new customer, no doubt.
I went to this place a couple months back I ended up paying $900 for a 5.3 motor with the computer and wire harness included which the place ended up cutting the wire harness while pulling the motor out which I had to wait until they came across another in order to see if the motor I purchased actually worked or not which threw the time off with the warranty the mechanic shop literally stop working on my vehicle until Hearts provided the wire harness well come to find out This place sold me a bad 5.3 which locked up on me hearts wasn’t trying to replace even offered me to purchase another one like I’m boo boo the fool or something even tho it was there fault by me waiting for the wire harness to be replaced so I ended up buying another from another pick & pull place and had zero problems just be mindful when buying anything from this place make sure you have everything if they don’t have it don’t buy it This place was literally a waste of time and money‼ I have pictures & videos from when I bought it you would clear as day see no wire harness on it and I also have my receipt of purchase to show what all I bought which was the 5.3 wire harness & computer which I had to get flashed look elsewhere ppl
I've used this business on multiple occasions for a couple different cars I've had.They always provide exceptional service and have always had the parts that I needed,if they don't have what your looking for they usually can help you come up with another solution too.The lady's in the office seem to be highly knowledgeable about the different cars and the parts.I will continue to use this business and highly recommend them.

placed an order for a 5.3 vortec sales pitch, we have two one with 87k another with 84k miles. I choose the 84k for $1230 when i could not rotate or turn the crank it over i sent pictures and videos.First to prove it was their engine, they denied it was theirs. Then another to show it was bad engine, no refund no return or pickup of junk engine. if you deal with these people ask for pictures of what they are sendig before makig a payment. Or better yet dont waste your time , look else were. I am doing a visa dispute i might or might not see a refund.

Ordered a part that was defective, they told me they would locate me a new one and replace it for me once they found one. A week later they changed their mind and said they would not honor any resolution. Do not shop here!

Beware of this place, this place does not respect their 90 day warranty. WILL COME UP WITH ANY EXCUSE to void the warranty! My father went with my younger sister to talk to them about the issue we had with a transmission personally because over the phone was not getting anything resolved. As soon as my sister starts to translate for my father and explain the issue the “owner” starts shaking his head. He didn’t even let my younger sister explain the situation when he was already cutting her off shaking his head NO! I was really upset that I couldn’t have been there personally because you do not do that to a child. Mr.Owner should have more respect for his clients and should have given a chance to speak and came up with a solution instead of cutting people off completely. I’ll take this loss but people don’t gift your hard earned money to these people. There was also a women with a similar issue at the moment and her warranty was also denied. Beware shop elsewhere. Find a place with more decency and respect.

I tried to take my Chevy rim back that I purchased that was warped and they just made me stand there and just ignored me the whole time and all I want to do is exchange it for a good one so I don't recommend this place to anyone
Long wait for me, was looking for a left tail light, they showed 6 in stock but did not have anything available, they referred me to another place and reduced the price. Nice staff members did a good job to make sure I got what I needed.
Don’t waste your time here, if you are on time constraints
Called in and left a deposit for a transmission around noon and was told it’s in the vehicle and would take at the latest tomorrow morning to remove. Noting they close at 6.
Came by the next day around noon and told me that they haven’t even started on removing the part. Already disappointed with that, since I drove about an hour to get there. I asked how long would it take, they told me it’ll be 3 hours.
That baffled me, because I removed the bad transmission in half the time watching YouTube videos and reading forums with limited tools and you expect me to wait another 3 hours for someone, whose job is literally removing parts.
Absolutely no remorse or even an apology for wasting my time, I opted for the refund because even though I needed it by today, I refuse to patronize this place, their non existent customer service, and their incompetent parts puller (find a new career dude)
The people cant get any better then here. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle greets with a smile and hooks you up with your request if they dont have it she finds it for you. Jason and Spencer do what they do to run a awesome business. Definitely 500 stars and a high five. The others have their roles and jobs they do and they make it all work.
