Great service. After waiting overnight for a tow from a national chain we decided to look local. Glad we did. Timely, professional, polite, everything one could want. Made a bad problem bearable, could not have done more
They were awesome and fast and the guy who towed my truck his name is Matt was amazing and super friendly and got my truck here in one piece and how fast he picked up my truck is awesome didn’t have to wait hours like other tow companies so to Thomas and Towing and to Matt thank you so much I will be letting everyone to call you guys.
Had automobile towed to my home. The tow truck driver was very courteous and professional. Above all, he knew what he was doing. The automobile was firmly tied down so that it couldn't move while being transported. When he unloaded the car from the tow truck, he followed a precise procedure and stowed each loose strap as he freed the car. I would highly recommend this tow truck driver for any future needs.

Had them out for a roadside assistance call to jump my battery. The driver reached out multiple times to let me know his ETA, which was very helpful in updating my employer! But my battery wasn't the problem. I had a coworker pick me up while I was making arrangements for repairs. Then Thomas the Truck was called again to pick up my car from my apartment complex. When he got there he called me and that's when we realized I had the keys with me at work. The driver offered to come to my place of work to get my car keys! He was very kind & polite when he arrived. He towed my car to the shop & it was fixed that day. Even better, there was no hassle about the bill. Both drivers were incredibly polite which, in my experience, is a rare quality for a tow truck driver! That kind of service is so helpful in stressful situations. Thank you!

Got the job done. Was a little rude to my husband. He was having a really bad day and I don’t know if she was neither but she was giving me attitude. He was being respectful. I understand they had to move a truck but yall told us you’d be 30-45 min so they didn’t think theyd needed to move it 10 min later after getting the first text. Other than that would’ve been a great service.

In route back home to FL I found myself stuck on the side of the highway. Thomas The Truck Towing was very patient and assisted with getting me off the highway and into a safer place in a timely manner. Matthew was AMAZING! He was polite and personable and I truly appreciated that. He helped turn a traumatic experience into something more encouraging.
They arrive supper fast/ I was told it would be 30-45 minutes and they were there in like 15 mins. They are very professional, and down to earth. Great people & Great Service! I would recommend them over anyone else. From calling for service to them picking up my car the service was superior!

Had a flat tire on I95 South at 3:30PM on a Sunday. Closest place open to get a tire fixed closed at 5pm. They were able to get the call, get to us, and get us to the tire repair shop within 1 hour. Outstanding service and very quick response. Best tow company around!
Best towing service provided in Camden county GA and surrounding areas. Called and was accommodated same day. Response time for pick up was very reasonable.
