Took my daughter's car to this shop and they supposedly fix it after spending almost 700$...2wks later the car broke down again and they came and towed it... called them after 2 more week to check on car... you told me they hadn't diagnosed it yet and he'd call back... never received a call... call back that next week to complain about follow up call... guy told me "you know you can take it somewhere else"... all the that time pass they had already told my daughter that it needed a started and it would be 700$ plus to fix it... this is a2009 for escape...I will be having my the car towed to another shop...I truly believe people will reap what they sow!
Cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly fast and efficient, and very kind. Mr. Charles in the front office was beyond helpful and is a man of his word. If you’re looking for a mechanic who has all of these characteristics, definitely give them a try!
They had my car for 4 months just sitting there not working on it they told me week after week my car would be gone the next week for 4 months then when I finally called them in the forth month it was supposed to be fixed they told me it was working they took it for a test run and my car was running good that was august 4th now when that Monday came it’s not running at all the same initial problem is still not fix I wouldn’t recommend them for a toy car let alone a real one to be fixed and another problem they changed prices went from 800 to 1390 never again will I ever go back and you shouldn’t either update on the car they broke my heater pump and just left it up there it was working before I gave them the car now it’s not working at all I would never go back here it’s cold I have a newborn now it’s more money to fix something that they messed up

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP to do anything to your vehicle. I PAID THEM ALMOST $8,000 to replace an engine and a transmission in a Chevy Silverado, with a 3 yr unlimited mile warranty. About the same time I picked up the Silverado, I dropped off my 16 yo son's vehicle for just a check up. They have now had my son's vehicle for over 3 months and the vehicle is still not ready and they won't even communicate about what's going on. AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS with my Silverado that I had before. I PAID MORE FOR AN UNLIMITED WARRANTY. They even tried to sell me on the idea that the problems with my Silverado are "Normal"... THEY TAKE FOREVER, THE WORK THEY DO IS POOR and THEIR COMMUNICATION IS WORSE.
2 years ago when I first got my car, I was coming back from Midville during spring break with my parents and my car broke down on me when we got back into Waynesboro. I took it to Top Quality and turns out it was my head gaskets among other things. They fixed everything for me and serviced my vehicle. She's been running smooth since.
No problems whatsoever since they repaired my truck. Although I live in Belvedere SC. next time I need a mechanic, I’m going to Waynesboro GA. Top Quality Automotive!
I had a battery issue while driving through Waynesboro today. Stopped at O’Reilly Auto parts and they sent me to Top Quality Automotive for a new alternator. It was lunch time and they had several other cars they were working on, but they got to me immediately and I was back up and running in less then an hour. Really appreciate their help and service. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
My wife car had a lot of noise coming from engine took it there b4 they did anything to it they inform me what was da problem u can't hear it running now
If you have your towed by this wrecker service... plan on paying as much as the law allows. This local company charged $175.00 when the sherriff's department had my car towed 6 miles to their lot. Thank God I went 4 hours later to get my car and wasn't charged a storage fee. Only positive thing I can say is that they did not do any damage when they towed my car.
Bad place to go poor quality they charge me almost800.00 to fix my heater coil and it still don't work and replace the warter pump I didn't need I'll never go back .they don't know what they are doing .now my a/c don't work but did before they worked on my truck.
My car was there and left untouched for 3 weeks. When I was told it's fixed and I can come get it I get home and realize I am still having issues I ask to bring the car back when it can be fixed because I can't sit here stranded another 3 weeks. He said I have to come drop it off. Here I sit 2 weeks later and my car is sitting there untouched. So I am now here stranded 5 weeks and still have no car fixed. I won't be back once this issue is fixed. I now have received my car back and this review still here not sent.i got my car back and by the end of the week I was stranded with the same problem. I traded the car in. I will never go to top quality again. I payed 430. For basically nothing and they held my car for 7 weeks
Terrible attitude! Terrible place! Terrible mechanics! Repeated trips each time they broke parts and charged me! Enough is enough! Do not use this place!! I'm spending $900 at another garage right now to fix what they broke. I had already paid them $500 for stuff they broke putting in a rebuilt motor and they had the car three weeks thus time. Seven weeks for the motor that sounds like a hunk of junk. Could have put in a brand new motor here in Aiken for less money and way less aggravation! Terrible experience!!!
It wasn't the best experience in auto repair. It took 2 months to get an estimate,then when we picked up our car the battery was dead, the AC blower didn't work anymore , which it did before it went to the shop. Then instead of trying to fix it, because it sat so long, it's tough luck.
Picked up our vehicle around closing time and EVERY mechanic there was standing around with a beer in hand!! My car was in front of a bay running and we were told they had just gotten back from test driving it. WHILE DRINKING?! We watched anther mechanic go to the fridge in the shop and when he opened it, it was FULL of beer! That was Tuesday. Today is Sunday. My car is STILL doing the same thing! This is the second time this shop has had our vehicle and it is STILL messed up! Avoid this place at all costs! Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all to place this review!
Diagnosed my problem (where other shops had failed) and repaired it in a timely manner at a fair price.

Sham Business!!! DO NOT USE! We paid them $3000 to replace a motor in December and now we have to pay ANOTHER mechanic $3000 to replace the SAME motor because the motor they installed had metal shavings in it! They won't respond to any communication attempt.
They take parts off your car with out your permission! I had a brand new battery in my car, and I went to get my items/battery and they battery out. Which I never gave consent to them taking....when I confronted them about it they tried to come up with a lie on how it was salvaged.
They came my mother in law truck. We that let us know it was ready we picked it up and they did not fasten clamps down and fluids went everywhere. Transmission fluids, they tried to say they did every thing right and it was the fault of the person who fixed on the truck before them. So the had to pick it up a second time, they fasten the clamps but we believe the transmission is messed up because of them not fastening the clamp and fluid came out driving it for about 30 miles from Waynesboro to Millen the truck jerks went taking off or sliding down. Oh and they also lied about the warranty on the motor they put in. The said one thing on the phone and after the put it in the claim something different. BAD SERVICE.
