New vehicle (2025) wouldn’t crank. Tried jumping with old school cables. Called Roadside Assistance through the manufacturer and Jay with Express Towing arrived in under 30 minutes.. He was able to jump it off with his Hulkman and explained that newer cars won’t always jump with old school cables.
He was kind, knowledgeable, gave some advice and did this all on a Sunday.

My tire picked up a huge piece of metal and was as flat as a pancake. Jay from Express towing was dispatched. He called to let me know he was on the way and asked a few questions to make sure he had everything he needed. My minivan has the spare under the car and it’s very difficult to get out. Jay was able to remove it quickly and efficiently and saw it was low on air so he filled it before putting it on the car. Jay was very personable, professional and efficient. Yesterday traffic on 204 westbound was a total nightmare! It was incredibly hot and cars were stacked bumper to bumper. Unfortunately, my car overheated and completely stopped working. I’m so thankful for the quick and dependable action of Express Towing and their employee Brandt. He was quickly dispatched, even took the time to call and check on me and give me his ETA. Such service should be commended. Once Brandt arrived his immediate thought was for my safety. I was directed into the cab (the ac directed to my side), as he loaded my car. I felt perfectly comfortable with him and he made our commute to the garage enjoyable. I hope we never need a tow service again, but if we do , we’ll be calling Express Towing.
Corey was Amazing! Very nice, professional and most likely diagnosed the problem before towing to the dealer. Last night my husband had me thinking we bought a hunk of junk but Corey said it’s most likely a common issue and fixable. Whew feeling a lot better about it Thanks Corey!

Corey was phenomenal. I have had a few previous experiences with tow companies and they have never been good until this one. Called with in 5 minutes of scheduling from insurance company. Had knowledge of the shop the insurance company chose and knew of a problem. Took it in his hands to call them and solve the problem. Super professional and wonderful attitude. John went and above and beyond. He towed us to the Subaru dealer, but on the way stopped at the gas station to help rule out low gas as to a cause of the breakdown. He was extremely professional, kind and sympathetic. So if you need a tow truck driver, I would recommend him, only hope you don’t need that service.
Jay was so kind to respond as quick as he could early in the AM! He updated us on his arrival time and was very efficient with loading my car and getting it to the tire place!! He was awesome!
Can’t stress how helpful Nancy and Corey were. Amazing service, Nancy was very quick to get me help me figure out if I could be towed from midway to Savannah, I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in midway, she helped me figure out my exact location super fast, very sweet and polite lady. Corey was on his way to me before I got off the phone for my quote lol. He got to me SUPER fast and got my car on the wrecker in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately I had a truck break down on the way home. Express towing was able to get the vehicle towed the same night even with the vehicle being about an hour out. Jay was easy to work with and had an awesome attitude. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them for your towing needs!

Scheduled a tow for roadside assistance
through my insurance company. Received a confirmation that it would be 90 mins to 2 hrs, which seemed unusual since it's a Thursday. Got a follow up confirmation text saying ETA would be at a time certain about100 mins in. 10 mins after said time I called for status and was told they had to cancel because they had no trucks in the area. In 2 hrs they could get a truck here? Despite having my cell number. Email and State Farm app they never called to cancel. They should have never accepted the job if they couldn't fulfill it. But what is worse they never attempted to communicate this. Was just like oh well sorry we're a bunch of incompetent individuals. No way to run a business. Hope State Farm takes them off their list of reliable companies because they are not. Thanks for leaving me stranded on the side of the road for almost 2 hrs.
