I have been buying used parts from here since 2016. Great customer service. Also a great salvage yard that you can bargain the asking price. An A?C compressor was asking for $125, after bargain $75. And received 15% discount on top the $75, when I paid cash. Warranty term is great. Employee cleaned the part before get into my car.
They had what we were looking for. The initial price was high but they negotiated with me and lowered the price. Only gave them a 4 Star and not a 5 because their sales office has a eye watering smell and initial price.
Very nice staff of family members. I have dealt with Tony and his father for several years knowing honest and very knowledgeable about car parts, the best I learned. They will go out of their way to please which is hard to find these days. Thank you Mitchell's for many years of great service. Best friend
