Today I received the BEST HANDS DOWN customer service from their tow driver Travis. I went to grocery store checked out realizing I couldn’t find my keys. I called Geico and they sent out Travis. Folks he was at my car in 10 minutes from time Geico dispatched them! He opened my car I was still unable to find keys. Realizing my keys had vanished lol I had to call Geico back to tow my car to dealership to have my key made. Guess what! He came back fast with 15 minutes to then tow my car. Folks look no where else for towing service 316 Towing and their driver Travis is awesome! Travis was so professional and kind! 316 Towing/ Travis you have my business for LIFE!
We had a flat on 85, it was so cold and honestly for 2 woman scary! But Mr Jason sr came and helped us and spoke to us like we were his family! Told us how to drive on a spare and genuinely cared about our well being!you don’t find that much..people are ho genuinely care..it’s not just business but o them! Such a great company and such a great man! Thank you so much!
Jason was awesome! He had to come give me a jump around 7 p.m. and it was freezing cold!! He made sure my car was going to keep running so that I could make it back home.....I was 3 miles from home at a gas station nearby and car would not start after I had turned it off to pump my gas. Thank goodness for 316 towing and Jason!!
I had a flat tire while driving on 316. There was road construction with orange barrels along what little shoulder there was. I managed to pull between the barrels but was just barely off the highway. Traffic was flying by me at high speed and shaking my car with every vehicle passing by. I was scared I would be hit and possibly killed. I have never been so frightened in all my 77 years.
I called 316 Towing after a couple of other calls to companies who couldn’t
or wouldn’t help me. As soon as my call was answered I knew I was in good hands.
Devin showed up in about an hour and changed my tire quickly and efficiently. He even had to put air in my spare. He was so professional and competent and reassuring.
He even helped me merge back on the highway - all this while traffic was flying by.
I will definitely call 316 Towing if the need arises again and I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs road side service or towing! They made a great experience out of a very harrowing one.

I'll never ever use or suggest this company. After calling my roadside assistance to get a tow I waited for almost 3hours only for the driver to pull up and refuse to tow us without us paying over 300 dollars. Im an apmutee and pay for road side assistance so this doesn't happen to me. Ill be reporting too bbb and doing everything in my lower to make sure this company does no more business.
Cannot thank Jason enough for his help today after my car stalled in the middle of Athens. I am new to the area and felt very overwhelmed. The previous tow truck assigned by my insurance essentially cancelled the call because he “couldn’t find the address” instead of letting me explain the situation. Jason (unlike the driver from S&J Towing) listened and explained his location and worked with me to find my exact location promptly and efficiently. He investigated and helped me figure out the best solution for my car and reassured me that he wouldn’t leave the area until he knew I was safe and taken care of. On the road, he told me several stories of the people he’s helped and situations he’s been in, which helped lighten the mood after what had been a very stressful and hard day for me. You can tell him and everyone he spoke very highly of at his job really do care about taking care of others. You can absolutely count on them over any other tow company in the area. Quick, easy, friendly, can’t thank them enough. (And Jason just in case you see this thank you, thank you, thank you. You never know what people are going through and your kindness was so so heartwarming!!)
I am so glad I found 316 Towing & Road Service!!! They are awesome!!! Customer service is A-1! Gary picked up my motorcycle, loaded it with care as if it were his own and delivered it to my mechanic. Jennifer was the kind lady who came from this company to help me today when my car broke down. She arrived quickly and was extremely kind and did all she could to help me. She truly went above and beyond and helped me and made a not ideal situation a positive one. I highly recommend Jennifer, people like her make a difference!
This was one of the best tow experiences I have had. I had Lionel come out and help me and I had a Tesla model s and he was able to do what triple aaa was not. I had been waiting for service for 12 hours but when I called Lionel and 316 towing they were out to me in 30 min. This hands down was the best tow service I have ever experienced. Thanks Lionel

Hey there I just want to say first and foremost thank you to this company & Also thank you to their driver Bryan , he helped my son out when he was stranded and cold. My sons car broke down & with no heat or anything Bryan was there super quickly. He allowed my son to sit in his truck with heat while he was preparing the car to be towed. He was extremely kind my son felt as he made a friend that day. I will definitely be using this services again and I highly recommend 316 to anyone in the area. God bless.
I typically don't leave reviews but the service I received warranted me taking time to acknowledge the great service I received. Jennifer was awesome and such a pleasure to interact with. I was quoted 50 mins for arrival and this was the first time I've ever had a tow arrive exactly on time! I was very impressed with the accuracy and the service and would recommend 316 Towing again and again.
Jason did a great job towing my Benz and made it where I was super comfortable with how it was strapped down and put on the rollback. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and coming it and getting the job done right!
We needed to get my husband's car towed to a mechanic in Dahlonega and we live in Gainesville. We went through our insurance and Allstate contacted 316 Towing. I was surprised to see that they were coming from the Winder area but we weren't in a rush so it was fine. Our mechanic wouldn't be working on the car till tomorrow morning anyway. Kyle was the person that came and he called me to let me know his ETA. When he arrived, he spoke with my husband and my husband said he was very nice and friendly. After Kyle towed our car to the repair shop, he texted me a picture to let me know it had arrived. 316 Towing is a little far from our area but they seem to be a really good company. Highly recommend them and Kyle too. Thanks again!

I’d like to give a big thanks to Mark at 316 towing. I wasn’t sure if my vehicle needed a battery jump or fuel and Mark came to help me. He came fully prepared for my situation. He also educated me on what the issue was, why and what had possibly caused it. He was very sophisticated in his niche. He took time and effort to go the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. I will pray for this mechanic and this company for being there for me. I thank god for individuals like Mark and pray for many blessing to come for him and his family. I’d like to give him 10 stars!
I had Kevin as my technician and when I say best service ever, I mean it! He was through, kind, and helped to make the situation a lot lighter despite having car troubles. His response time was 100% spot on and I’ve never had such a great experience being towed. Though it was a short distance, I felt safe and secured the entire way. Seth was the gentleman that helped with the towing of my car after it broke down. After requesting service from the main office, Seth called to confirm his Eta with us within 5 min. He arrived right on schedule and was very kind and professional. He explained the process to us and made us feel like we were in good hands. I told him about an issue I had with my key fob and he went above and beyond, on his own, and fixed it for me. I was pleasantly surprised and so grateful. Thank you again, Seth!

Locked myself out of my car and called one company for help and 3 hrs later they still hadn’t come. Called this gentlemen at
316 Towing at 12:30 on a Sunday morning and they came within 20 min. He moved me to the front bc he knew I had been waiting for another company for 3 hours. I was so thankful!!
Do not choose this company. I filed through Geico for a lock-out. This company agreed to service us. The wait was 90 min. I attempted to call and see if there was going to be a quicker time but no answer. I then had my spouse try to call and no answer. For the remainder of our 90 min wait, no answer, even text. Then, after approximately 100 min, they canceled.
We literally just moved to this area 5 days ago. We do not know anyone. I had no way to get to my spouse and apparently Uber isn't out here either. Thankfully, a neighbor picked my spouse up and I hitched a ride with a more ethical lock-out company and we were able to retrieve our vehicle 6 hours after the initial call.
Summary, this company is unethical. It is apparent that they will not deliver on their promise to customers. It appears, as a customer, that a more valuable call came in and they didn't even have the respect to call and let me know.
Could not recommend this towing company more highly! They came very fast, went above and beyond getting my car safely out of the garage and onto the flatbed. They had to have a second truck come help. They still charged me the originally quoted price which was $80 less than another company I had quote. Super nice employees and I could not be happier. Wanted to say thank you!!!

I have a tow scheduled for tomorrow morning and I can already tell that this is a very well run and professional business. I have a Jaguar and am very picky when it needs service. Jennifer called me this evening and let me know when she would be here in the morning. Even if the service hasn’t been performed yet I like her already.
