I forgot to ask the young man's name, I will update that, but he was polite, very eager to help and knowledgeable even though he couldn't give me the vacuum leaks exact point of origin after the computers vague answer. He did point me in the right direction though‼️
Raymond and Joey took good care of me at Loganville 915! They helped me find the parts I needed and check an engine code on my car from a misfire all while being super busy. Very quality and effective work! I greatly appreciate them. Thanks to them I can make it home! God bless

Do not buy a battery here. They stated the battery I ordered was correct. After putting it into my car, it will not crack. They are now claiming they cannot return or exchange the battery due to it being an electrical item. This should be covered for 2 years. They do not care. Now I’m out 225.00 at Christmas and I don’t have the 225.00 to replace it. I’m a working mother with 5 children and now I have no car to get to and from work at Christmas. Please do not order from here. Choose a place that honors their warranty.

Never a good time I have to go to this store even though it's so close to my house and I hate having to go all the way to Winder for some decent service. If you're ever in here avoid Hugo at all cost, this guy asks me the engine size for wiper blades, hopefully these V8 wipers fit the V6.
It’s difficult to trust the reviews for this employee, Hugo. During my visit, he repeatedly asked me to leave a review and even offered to write it himself, which felt unprofessional. Considering the sudden increase in positive feedback, it seems this may be a common practice.
The level of service I received was below expectations, and the information he provided was not particularly helpful or accurate. In my opinion, reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, not requests from the employee.
TL;DR: Hugo’s service was subpar, and he actively solicits reviews. I recommend taking the overly positive ones with caution.
I had a cut and dry experience today. An employee named Hugo sold me a battery for my truck and installed it for me. He was very gentle with my truck and his tools. He had me on my way in no time. Professional and very pleasant to work with.
I’m really disappointed with the service from Hugo, He has no real car knowledge and seems completely incompetent. Every time I ask a basic question about parts, he either guesses or gives the wrong answer. It’s frustrating dealing with someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re talking about. If you actually want help from someone who understands cars, go somewhere else.
Excellent customer service, very professional. Manager Hugo Beltran makes the shop a place with great vibes. This will be the place to get my parts for both cars and my Harley-Davidson.

I came in needing a cabin air filter replaced. There was zero wait time and was immediately helped. I didn't know how to do it and Hugo kindly offered to do it for me. After a bit of time and the realization that there was a hydraulic part that we needed to pull in order to reattach the glove box viola, it was done! Hugo was kind, attentive and just a nice guy! I appreciated the help, learned something new and will always be back! I've never had a bad experience with anyone at this store and appreciate the help!
Friendly employees and they are very helpful every time I come by. Hugo is very knowledgeable and assisted me with adding the wind shield wiper fluid while I was there. It’s the fact that he offered and I just had a question about it. Thank you!!
Hugo at Advance Auto Parts was outright rude and dismissive when I asked for parts for my older vehicle. He acted like I was wasting his time, gave zero effort to help, and I left furious with nothing. Completely unacceptable.
In 2023 I reviewed this store and now two years later there is no change. The service is beyond slow. If you go plan on waiting around 10 minutes to check out if it is a good day. I waited nearly 15 minutes today just to check out. They need a designated cashier separate from the employees looking up and pulling parts. This is a simple fix that sadly two years later they can't figure out. The employees are polite, but the wait is ridiculous. As this area grows I assume the wait will get worse. Hopefully a competitor will open up so I can get better service in the same area. I know this is not Advance Auto Parts normal since other locations do not have this issue.
Stopped in today to return a wiper for 2023 Ford Exploder. I couldn't get the wiper to fit. Bill came out from behind the counter and saved the day. He knew the exact wiper and sizes. Bill also installed them on this fine FORD (PFFFFT!). Thank you, Bill. You are awesome and certainly deserve a raise and an award. Awesome!!!!
