This peaple are scam they won’t give me a refund on a part they charge me that I could had got new for the same price when they said the part was good but it wasn’t the guy that pulls the part plays the stupid -dumb roll like his mad so he can get you to pay more than the part worth watch out remember your buying scrap metal I won’t recommend them anymore I rather send my client’s else were to buy parts !!
Place is good, they have lot of trucks, including newer models, great group of people works there, it doesn't get any better for a salvage parts place. All that said, unfortunately they are very expensive. If they're prices were priced more on the used parts level instead of new parts, that would be the only salvage yard I would ever go to.
The worse place don’t waste your time n $$ bc that’s what they will do, I had to help the guy take out 2 tires that I wanted, turns out they didn’t fit the wheels of my truck so I brought them back, the lady was even counting the hour when I bought them to the time I brought it back to count the 5 days, well they take 35% of the cost “restocking fee from. Junkyard” but didn’t pay me for helping pulling the tires out. So DONT GO THERE!!!! Btw they’re under new logo it’s called TD DIESEL N PARTS. What a rep off!!!!
Picked up a old dump truck that was having issues building air... The one gentleman I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful and fixed the problem he even drove the truck onto my trailer for me. very professional...
Excellent customer service, they took the time to explain and answer all my question, I bought a used Eaton fuller 10 speed transmission, and is working perfectly, highly recommend this location, the personal on the front desk very friendly, thanks guys! They will ride you around the lot and get the parts you ask for. The prices were very reasonable. Overall I had a great experience, and will definitely be back.
Doug is a great guy who will help you and not try to rob you blind. I am black by the way and live in Atlanta. I had my truck towed here from Atlanta because of the way Doug handles his business.
