Had an emergency last weekend and needed to get my son’s car towed from Milledgeville to Athens and they arrived quickly and were very professional. Their pricing was reasonable vs other options.

Amazing and quick service! I called for a car lock out at noon and by 12:15 my car was unlocked and my keys were in my hand. I appreciate how fast they were able to come out and help me. It was really affordable too!
I locked my keys in my truck in downtown milledgeville. From the time I called to the time an employee had me in my truck was less than 10 minutes. Couldn’t ask for any faster response or good service.

Called for assistance and a tow on a Sunday morning after sitting on rt. 540/24 in Milledgeville Georgia for 10hrs only to talk less than 2 minutes to hear.... "I can't help you". Not even a I think I know of another company that can help you with a tow. The one star is for the answering of the phone.
My alternator died and I needed to get my car home. I called and they were by far the nicest people I've ever talked to. It was after hours, I got off work at 8, and they sent someone right out. My car got picked up in 30 minutes and was home by the time I got there parked right where I requested. Great price for a 50+ mile tow!

Nothing like getting your car towed and getting charged 50 more than the parking lot states. They were called to pick up the car and the car was in the same shape after pick up.

I contacted my insurance provider upon discovering I had a flat tire. I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice gentleman who was just completely awesome from the very start. He arrived way before the expected arrival time and switched out my tire so that I could get home. The value of this company’s customer service and work breaks the scale and I could not thank them enough.
Although I was out of their range for pickup, they still offered to assist me and drove all the way out to pickup my vehicle. You can't beat a more professional group of people.
