Unlike the guys at the other parts store in SRB, Brandon and the crew at Advance have always been helpful whenever I come in for parts. If they don't have something, they will find it for me. They are also quite knowledgeable and that is always a plus. If you need parts and great service, go see the guys at Advance.

Yes there is an AutoZone just down the road that was built around the same time. Having two in-town options vs going to Destin or Freeport is nice now. I find myself just coming back to this AAP. These guys here are great. A shout out to Brandon and Skyler(?).

I have never dealt with a nastier manager in my life anywhere. Ordered a part and was told it would be there at 10 it wasn't and that was fine. We were told to call at 1 not there call at 5.. then asked why we were calling so much. Also I wanted to purchase it online to use my coupon and they told me I could all day. Then at 4:30 after my son missed his test waiting on this part my husband went to the store to get oil and saw the radiator come in. He bought it and was told he would get the discount. he did not so when he got home I drove it back to return and get my 68.00 discount for my 19 year old college kid who really needs all he can save and the manager told me that he could return it but didn't want to for personal reason because we had called all day!!!! for personal reasons it would be a headache for him . I told him good thing it wasn't personal but a business transaction to refund my receipt. He spent 10 min telling me why he would not do it. eventually he had to because it was the law. it is horrible. read my reviews they are 99% positive. I will make sure all my local FB pages that I run know to avoid that nasty guy. Sad to because the other guys were very kind and couldn't believe he was acting like that. Can't wait to talk to the gm.

Needed a windshield wiper. Was given choices. Chose. They installed. 5 minutes and we were on our way.

Very helpful staff at the Santa Rosa Beach location

In an area that’s not necessarily known for having great customer service and great follow-through, it was really nice to be able to order parts online while at my son‘s baseball game, get the email notification that the order had been received, the email notification that the parts were ready for me to pick up, and then when I got there, everything was exactly what I ordered. I cannot tell you how refreshing that is. Both the gentleman working at the store at the time were friendly, helpful, and conversational. I had questions about stuff that I had not ordered but stuff that I will need to be getting sooner than later: fuel injection/fuel system treatments, and a couple other things, and they were helpful with that as well. Between the ease of ordering online, and the friendly customer service when I got there, followed by my order being correct, I will happily be using the store for any and all auto parts needs that I have. This is an easy, five stars.

Went in to have a load test on my wifes battery. Said no it just needs a charge!!!

The staff were not very friendly but they gave us what we need really quick.

Thomas was so helpful with our truck issues this evening and was super knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out the best solution for us, and saved us money on buying the wrong parts. He's a superstar!

I bust have to say since the first second i stepped in this store the customer service was excellent. Dave greeted me immediately and offered to help me, advised me on the best wipers and washer fluids for my car. I really appreciated it because i had no idea what to get. Thank you i will be back!
