Got my vehicle in quickly, day of service, it was done faster than I expected! Friendly communication, easy access to estimate and easy pay online option!
I took in my van to get a brake switch replaced. Two weeks later the part came in and after hours of my van being there, they told me they had the wrong part. Mistakes happen and told them to let me know when the correct one comes in. I called 3 separate time over a 5 week span asking for an update. It was always “nope”. I got online and the part will be here in 2 days. Really poor service and would not recommend.
All Pro is a fitting name for this business. How did the driver ever find us Geocachers out in the backwoods, all four tires stuck in the deep sand and unable to move to hard ground. Thank you, kind driver, for getting us out of a mess. I think we would still be digging had you not come to our rescue. Thumbs up for a job well done.
10/10 recommended. We were stranded 4 hours from home after getting bad gas and John was a life saver. He towed our car even though his shop was closed and brought us to a hotel. He took all of the water out of the gas tank and got our car running by 1 o clock today. We don’t know what we would have done if he wasn’t able to come tow our car.
Had a sudden flat tire on the road and Mr. John came swiftly (in about 15 minutes) and changed it to my spare! I was back on the road in minutes! Great and professional service!

A very reliable and trustworthy Mechanic! He is upfront about everything from the beginning, He will diagnose vehicles problems and even let you know from the start if it’s something He can or can’t fix and if He can’t fix it gives referrals on who can. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I’ve had my vehicle worked on several times in the past and service is always amazing. I’ve also used the Tow service as well. Had this shop replace an a/c compressor on my vehicle. I had a slow leak of freon. He said the compressor had to be replaced. Cost was 1,000,s ! After 6 months about the same time as before all the Freon leaked out again. I will spend my $$$$ other places and stay away from this shop! Sure wished I didn’t give him a tip on top of everything.
So he is claiming it had something to do with a lightning hit. So why would I have the same leak (6 months) as i did before?? Same your $$$$ people go somewhere else!

So it was been almost 3 years and every 6 months it needs more Freon took it back to him about a year ago. All he did was put more Freon in for another $100.
So now I travel with a can or 2 of Freon, basically he never fixed the problem!!!
I took my car here to get an oil change and John had me in and out within 30 minutes! Will highly recommend this shop to everyone who are looking for services needed on their vehicles!
All Pro towing is THE BEST place to call when you need a Tow, an oil change, or other work done. I was stranded in the Taco Bell parking lot & was quoted $200.00, then $300.00 by my insurance Co. and then I called All Pro. John was not only fast, courteous , & friendly, he was able to get my car started, placed on his truck ,& taken to my home for less than 1/2 the price of the other tow companies. You won’t find better or less expensive service Anywhere else in Defuniak Springs, FL.
The guy runs this place screamed at my parents, screamed at me, then screamed and cussed at us AND the girl working with him, all because we were there cash in hand for an intoxalock to be installed on my truck. An appointment that had been set up 2 weeks before. And on my second visit the next month he proceeded to cuss me out again, and not to mention he had to redo the camera because he didn't install it correctly.
We have used this business several times and will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Owner is always pleasant and is very knowledgeable. Fair and honest!
John was amazing! He went above and beyond, helping us with our truck . He was very professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Not very friendly or helpful at all! We paid cash at the time of towing and made the mistake of not asking for a receipt. I called the next day to try and get a receipt emailed to us so we wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up. He said he was not set up to send receipts. He said he couldn't text it or email a receipt that I would have to come pick it up. I need a receipt for reimbursement from geico and this guy is making it very difficult. If I am to get this reimbursement it looks like I'm going to have to drive 45 minutes to pick up a receipt. Very unprofessional! Come on, you're telling me he doesn't know how to send an email! And if he isn't set up to send emails that's really not very professional. Work with your customers if you want repeat business.
The steering wheel on my car was tightening up when I was trying to drive. It was hard to turn. I had my babies in the car. I called John and he told me exactly what was wrong with it and said to pull over. As soon as I pulled over some kind of belt fell off. John was there in 5 minutes. He had the parts ordered, picked up, tools in hand and fixed my car right where it was (Chelco parking lot.) All this within 45 minutes. So greatful for John with his knowledge, kindness, and definitely quickness. It amazes me so much that he can run his entire business by himself! Not only does he run this business by himself which is a nonstop job, he also makes time to give back to the community by volunteering on the fire dept. Thank you All Pro Towing.
John helped me get my car that was stuck in some sand on the side of the road. He was very nice and I am extremely thankful for his kindness and coming out late at night to help me. I will take his advice and back in next time !
John at All Pro was friendly, super helpful and went out of his way for me. My car was totaled from an accident and he met me on a Sunday so that I could get my belongings out of my car. Would recommend his company any time.

These guys were great they helped me move my 33 ft camper from where I was to my new location and the rate was reasonable. The driver that came out was super nice and was prompt when arriving on time. Thanks so much for being quick to help me out.
Like raindrops from heaven. Five minutes from the time I called until the driver showed up at my mud sunken car. What service! I was back on the road 10 minutes after I made the initial call. It just cannot get any better than this. Great service and a pleasant voice on the telephone. You get my vote for "Best on the Coast".
Nice to know there are honest people around still! We have found our mechanic. Hope we do not see John soon, but know we will be mechanically sound if we do. Go to All Pro!! You will not be disappointed.
Fast, friendly and affordable!!! Best experiences ever at a shop! I have used All Pro towing on several occasions and each time was a pleasant experience. Very good mechanic and takes time to explain the details. I really felt like I was aware of what was going on with my vehicles. Some shops don't take the time to do that and I have felt like I was paying for something I didn't need or want. I recommend All Pro for all your towing and mechanical needs.
Once again All Pro Towing has provided me with amazing service! My car's entire front braking system down to the rotors had to be replaced last week. John and Melissa Hinson were extremely friendly and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. Their rates are also very competitive for this area.
I had the absolute worst auto experience I've EVER HAD with John and All Pro Towing. I was referred there because Paul has a great reputation. My A/C was leaking- Paul was great- explained everything very well. I paid for him to put dye in the system and freon. When I returned to have it read, Paul was no longer working there and took his equipment with him. John stated that my A/C is not leaking and "he thinks" it's a completely different part which doesn't add up or explain the issues I'm having. Other mechanics have said that what he says does not make sense. He does not have the proper equipment to correctly diagnose the car and refused to give me a refund. He was clueless, unprofessional and argumentative. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I needed my oil changed and just showed up with no appointment. Everyone there is extremely nice. John Hinson had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes and they have amazing rates! I would highly recommend them to anyone
