Great place to take a salvage vehicle. Called them before going there to confirm they were open and to ask a few questions. They were professional and answered my questions. The process to turn in a vehicle with title was easy and the guy at the scale was helpful and extremely professional. I will be going here for all my metal recycling in the future eventhough it’s a little bit of a drive from Valp. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great job guys!!!

The dude that weighs up your scrap is the biggest rip off that you'll ever come across and the guy that is in the inside working the cash register is not much better .

After organizing with dispatch, Darrin came out right on time as scheduled. I had some unexpected things going on (2 cars in the way). And I just want to to say, Darrin blew me away with his impressive skills, never seen anyone maneuver like he did. He didn't give up. Everything came out beautifully! That man deserves a raise and then some! Will recommend to anyone and everyone!
The guy who removes the parts is great and nice, he gives you a good time, the car parts are great, the only problem is a rude lady who will give you a bad time
I'm talking about the rude lady who is a cashier even to collect is rude.
I recently moved to Florida, so I did not have a HVAC company to call on. I called AAA Refrigeration they help me figure out why my unit was not running, helped me to get it back running without a service call and even registered my warranty with the manufacture for the unit that they didn’t even sell to me. They went above and beyond reasonable expectation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They’re amazing.

First, I was able to find this place (gold star for Google). Second, I was able to find a place to park (gold star for me). And third, the entire experience of scraping a car went super smooth, fast, quick and easy. They were super busy, but friendly anyways- and didn't treat me like I was an unpleasant interruption to their day.
Also, I am but a small girl- and was no match for the rusted/ stripped screws holding the license plate on the car captive. Someone with skill and experience did the impossible and freed said license plate from its bonds.
If I ever again find myself in possession of a car that is no longer road worthy. I would bring it here- no hesitation.
75 cent for insulated number 1 copper what a rip off. Dothan is giving twice as much at 1.66. After 15 years I will never do business here again. Took him 70 pounds and got screwed on every pound. Copper price is up don't let them lie .
They don't know anything about cars. I was looking for 3 motors, 2 of which are for customers cars. I was hung up on when they couldn't tell me if anything they have in stock has a LS1/2/3 or 6. She said they have to know the year make and model to look up anything. When I told her not to worry about that one, I need someone that knows about cars to find it I was told not to call back they wont sell me the motor they do have I needed.
Bought auto glass off these guys but it was damaged in transit. Upon letting them know they quickly refunded me the full amount, no grief or finger pointing. Overall, a good expirence for a bad situation.

They are pretty much what you would expect from a salvage yard. They give average rate for scrap. I found the staff to be nice & friendly. The place is easy to enter & exit, without a lot of "debris" to run over &/or around.
Great people! Will try to find what you need and fast! Went looking for a wheel for my truck. Ended up getting a wheel with almost a new tire for a great price!
The folks that started the salvage yard was always nice and helpful they would go out of there way to help. It's been some years since I have been to AA but years ago I had to keep my vehicles going best I could so that ment frequent visits to the yard always felt welcome however the folks that own it wasn't there and the man there was short with me telling me that he would charge me twenty dollars to even go look for what I needed it was a Chevrolet mirror with OnStar any car with it would do for what I wanted but he urged me to go get one somewhere else. He has forgotten or never new the salvage yards humble beginning and the people who made it a success. I wish the owners would have been there I'm sure I would have given them a five.
I had a great experience. I needed parts to fix my car. They had what I needed, and were willing to work with me on the price. I felt the prices were more than fair, and service was excellent. They let me look at the car first, and then pulled the parts I needed while I waited!
We are from Ky and Iowa and was down in Panama working hurricane Michael, decided to make some extra money scrapping metal... Ive been to several other scrap yards in the area and AA has been the best to us...
