Called to get parts for my son's car. The prices quoted were higher than the prices for new parts. Usually I have no issues with them but to be charged more for used parts than new (autozone, and advanced) is just insane!
Needed a insurance quality rim for my vehicle due to a road hazard. Mr. Alsup went to great lengths to find a real good one.

Waited for a part to come in for 2 1/2 weeks, after ordering. The part failed with in 2 weeks after being installed. I've been waiting for the replacement under warranty for 3 1/2 weeks now. The part is for a commen vehicle. The staff here is not good about calling customers back.

These guys are amazing. I was looking for a honda/acura 80/50 amp fuse for my Acura SUV. The Honda and Acura dealers did not have. Only a few cars are interchangeable. Anyways they had one vehicle that could possibly have the fuse I needed. Bingo it was in there and in good shape. They actually go out in yard and get parts for you unlike Pick N Pull. I had a defective rim. They didn't have in stock but ordered for me. It came in four days later. They promptly called to let me know. Price was not too bad. The rim was in good shape. I would recommend and I will go back when need arises.
Super nice people, had a few things I was looking for. Due to insurance, you have to be escorted, but they know exactly what they have and where. The escorting guy was super friendly and helpful.
If you need any parts for any year make and model this is a place to go. The price is right Not to mention true professionalism very courteous...warm and friendly, willing to go that extra mile when in need of a car part!

Call them to see if they had a 727 transmission in the yard they did not but they went out their to help me even though at the end they were unsuccessful was very grateful on the help a customer service that they gave me
I enjoyed my visit at Economy. The staff were professional and well knowledgeable. If they don't have a product in stock at the time, they're able to have it mailed and back to you in a day or two; all for a little of nothing. Now, I have a new rim to replace the spare I had!!
I had a great experience at economy. I think the lady I spoke with on the phone was Kim. She verified that they had the part I was looking for, and then texted me pictures of it so that I knew what I was about to drive 2.5 hours to pick up.
When I arrived they already had the part pulled and waiting up front for me. The gentleman that helped me, think his name was Jack, he showed me the car that the part came from and then pulled a few more off for me in a matter of minutes without damaging them.
To cap it all off, the price for the parts I got was very reasonable, and the guy loaded up my parts for me.
I would not hesitate to make the trip again if I end up needing parts that they have. Highly recommend Economy Auto Salvage!
I order a glass window for my 1991 dakota,tuesday at @5:30 Jack told me that I will have it Thursday or Friday, he call me next day at 10:30 to pick up my window, also Gregg did the installation (in his own time)at a very reasonable price, I thanks all of them for great service and good attention to the customer.Thanks again.
I'm sorry, but this was a very nasty white man. I didn't get to ask for the part that I need. He recognized that I was black and didn't say nothing, immediately put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I then, called back and he wouldn't answer the phone.

Economy Auto is the only place to get auto parts and repairs. The service was awesome and the parts arrived super-fast. I had to purchase a used Honda engine and thanks to Jack my car purrs like a kitten and runs so smoothly. He is now my "go to" person.
