I had a tire blow out at 0530 in the morning in Ormond and called couple times and left a message that I was broke down on the side of the road and no one answered and no one ever returned my call. Supposed to be 24 hour towing service and nobody answers the phone or returns a phone call. So I ended up calling The towing company Vroom And they were able to help me. Will not use this towing company if I ever need it again. No one should be left stranded on the side of the road not being able to get a hold help from a towing company
Fast response and honest service. I’ve dealt with other towing companies before, but Tow Pros really stands out for their timely service and skilled drivers. Daytona Beach definitely needs more businesses like this.

This is a huge shout out to Bruce from Rogers towing. He called me and told me exactly when he would be getting to me and he worked very quick and he made sure that I was safe at all times. I broke down on I 95 and he was the champ! We all know how scary it can be on the side of A major interstate. He got me to my destination and he made sure that my ride was there waiting for me before he left. He took care of my keys and my personal information to make sure Doyles automotive knew who I was. Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the Tow Pros for going above and beyond for their customers. My partner was stuck at a gas station late tonight and needed a tow, well, the gentleman was nice enough to tow him to the dealership AND drive him home (to be fair, the dealership and our home are very near to each other) REGARDLESS, that sincerely saved us a whole trip and I couldn't be more appreciative considering it's our only vehicle. Tow Pros rescued our boat trailer when the wheel bearing failed near the Port Orange causeway. Clyde brought the right equipment and got us safely to the marina without additional damage. These guys handle anything on wheels!
Wanted to share a quick experience that happened this past Saturday (7/26/2025). "the Beast" (our Suburban) broke down the evening before we were going to leave from vacation and drive back to Georgia. Unfortunately had to get the car towed to a garage. Scheduled the pickup through AAA.
Mr. Nick, with Tow Pros, contacted me almost immediately to let me know he was on the way. He was such a huge help with everything. Upon arrival he checked the address of where I had requested it to go and he happened to notice that it was 1 town over instead of the local shop in Daytona Beach. That was my bad, but I appreciated him asking about that just to make sure. That saved me a bunch of time and money.
Mr. Nick also texted me to let me know that the vehicle was dropped off, keys were in the drop box, and my phone number was included. He had stated that he would take care of everything with the drop off and that I did not need to accompany.
He also went over and above by recommending areas to stay away from for the additional days that we might have to stay in town. (We were scheduled to leave in the morning and there was no availability in our present place so we were scrambling to find a new place to stay) I appreciated his local knowledge and advice.
Although it is never a pleasant process to go through I will admit that Mr. Nick made it as smooth as expected and I really appreciate his extra efforts in our time of need.
I hope that I never have to use the services of Tow Pros again but I will recommend them to anyone that has a need in the Daytona and surrounding area.
