I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced at Hot Wheelz Service Center. My driver had a warning light come on while traveling, and by what I can only call a blessing, the shop happened to be just seven minutes away.
When I called, they were extremely kind and immediately told my driver to come in. The team took care of him right away. They put the truck on the machine, checked everything thoroughly, and even took the time to explain a few things so my driver would know what to do if he ever saw something like that again.
After confirming there were no active codes and everything looked good, I asked what we owed.
To my surprise, they simply said, “You don’t owe us anything. Just leave a review.”
In a world where people often expect the worst from roadside situations, that level of honesty and kindness truly stood out. It meant more than they probably realize.

I had numerous warning lughts and alarms going off on my 2006 Chevy Avalanche. I discovered Hot Wheels Service Center when I turned in a UHaul truck after moving to Astor FL. I took the truck to Hot wheels for the service it needed. They had the truck for approximately 5 or 6 weeks. The owner had to order rebuilt/ recycled control modulatos 3 times before he got a usable one. He really dug into the issues and was able to get all the issues corrected. The few times I was at the garage I noticed he had several other mechanics working on various vehicles. I greatly appreciated the owners straight up honest candor and dedication to resolving the electrical/ mechanical issues I had. I'd highly recommend Robs Hot Wheels Sercice Center in Pierson FL.
I’ve brought my car in twice for minor fixes but both times, everyone has been kind, helpful, quick, and communicated well. Fortunately I haven’t had any major issues but when I do, I’m bringing my car here
I blew a belt out on my drive home, over a hour away from home and the guys at hot wheels helped me put a new one on no charge and were very professional and nice. great people highly recommend!
These guys knocked themselves out to resolve my 2020 explorer multiple faults, staying late Friday, running down parts from considerable distance away . . . All that and personable and friendly besides!!!!
