I just spoke to a real nice man named Michael in the middle of the night. He was so polite and helpful to me. They also told my car and brought it to Nissan and did a fantastic job of that. This company as far as they're dealing with me most definitely deserves 5 stars God bless them.
Glenn provided professional stellar service! He had our vehicle to us pretty dang quick. And I was happy to see our SUV up on a shiny new looking flat bed. It was carefully unloaded and he was thorough and took photos of all sides, front and back to verify it landed here in tip top shape. Glenn was very pleasant in his communications and I feel he represents the company well. I highly recommend the company C&S, their equipment and their employees if they’re anything like the one who helped me this evening. Had an issue where I couldn't enter my car. Insurance contacted C&S, and our serviceperson named Guy arrived to help. Opened the car quickly and safely and also helped start the car as well. Great company with great staff. 5*!!!

AAA dropped the ball once again. I got two flat tires while returning a loaner vehicle—with my elderly mother in the car—and called AAA at 10:16 AM for a tow to the dealership. What followed was hours of frustrating delays and repeated “10 minutes away” updates that never amounted to anything.
Finally, at 2:45 PM, I got a call from C&S Towing Services, and within MINUTES they arrived. The difference was night and day—professional, prompt, and courteous. The driver took extra care with the vehicle and made sure everything went smoothly.
Huge thanks to C&S Towing for saving the day. As for AAA, this experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. Reliable roadside assistance shouldn't take nearly 5 hours.
Called C & S towing to have a project car towed from Deltona to East Orlando. I was surprised that they quoted within the hour and showed up on time. Even made me a little drawing of where he was putting the car down at since I was running a tad behind. I can’t remember the drivers name, but thank you!

This company would not tow my car because it was “low” after AAA selected them as my tow truck. They said the only way they would tow it was if I gave the cash and not using AAA. Seems like a very sneaky and sketchy company.
I called AAA and they sent another truck and they towed my car no problem.

I explained to AAA what you stated and they said that they never had that happen. I've had multiple "low" sports cars towed with AAA and I never had a single one say something as absurd as you said about liability. I always have been covered. I added the picture below to show the tow truck that came after you with the "low" car on it. They did not ask for extra money like you scammers did. I told them, and they could not believe you were charging on top of AAA. Crazy that you try to take advantage of people at point where they are in a spot where they have no other choice because they are stranded. Thank God this was at a house. Imagine they pull this stuff on you in the middle of the highway and they try charge you on top because they are already there.
And yes you were willing to tow the car, IF I PAID YOU on top of AAA. You should include that detail in your response.

Both the tow truck driver and the receptionist were very kind and quick to respond. Estimated pickup was 75 minutes, car was picked up in a lot quicker.
As an urgent and rushed google search after my car was damaged at Walmart, C&S was my light at the end of the tunnel. From the quick answer on the phone call, to sending out a tow truck operator almost immediately, I was in complete disbelief. I’ve always been told that it could be hours before the truck arrived. Not even 20 minutes later, Joshua arrived to save the day. Great customer service, quick and efficient work, I knew my car was in great hands. At the end of the trip the price was even more surprising, they even had a card option. Truly one of the best tow experiences in my life. Hopefully I don’t have to use their services again, HOWEVER, I will definitely keep their information handy to share with others. Thank you Joshua and thank you C&S!
I was stranded on the side of I4, waiting for Florida Highway Patrol & finally got sick of waiting. I called C&S, and they arrived in 15 minutes. He was professional, helpful, and very nice! Highly recommend
We've had bad experiences in the past with towing companies including AAA. But when I called this company, not only did they answer the phone but, they gave a fair price was very kind and the driver was there within 30 minutes! We called after hours between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. and there was no overcharge due to the late hour like some towing companies will add. Me and my family appreciate you for helping us get my brother home safely! And the care that the driver took with making sure that our vehicle was secure showed that he took pride in his work. I had one of my large mobile cranes blow a clutch in a gas station parking area. Scotty and his dad showed up on short notice with their large tow truck and towed it to a repair shop. These guys are professional and very knowledgeable with what they do!
My car was have trouble and died on me in a parking lot. I called and it was super easy to book. They were very friendly and the price wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be too. Thank you very much to our tower Joshua who was really awesome and helped me out in a touch situation especially when the parking lot filled up and we have to maneuver the car around a bit. He even backed my car into my driveway. Very sweet and straightforward dude!!! Would recommend 100%!!!
10/10 wall to wall. Do not ever doubt what this company is capable of. C&S can absolutely do what other companies can not. Had a 34' RV that needed to be moved through a very small fence off of an extremely busy main road (44) and into a very tight space between a fence and the house. There wasn't another company that'd do it, and I wouldn't trust any other company either because C&S did a truly fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I've had multiple cars towed by them and have always been pleased but wasn't sure about something this large- they definitely did it! Great company and even better people, everyone there is just amazing. Keep up the good work!
Scott has saved me a 1000 times but this one deserves a review, picked up my Xterra on July 4th and blessed me with a great price. His team goes above and beyond for the customers. Super easy to book and when they promised within the hour the gentleman showed up in about 10-15 mins after I called. They moved my 1970 Mercury Cougar with ease and were very professional! Great pricing and would highly recommend to anyone in need!

My car broke on a Saturday morning in a parking garage. Went to Google and started calling for a tow, only to find full voice mails and unanswered phones. Then working through the list of services, I came to C&S Towing. I had a professional encounter with the person on the phone, arranged for the tow truck and waited. The truck arrived within the promised time and the driver was curious and knowledgable about how to access my car within the limited space of the garage. My car was transported safely to the dealer and all was well. I never needed a tow before, but if I do again in the future, C&S Towing is in my phone.
