They were quick, fast, and reliable when my tire blew on the side of the highway at night. Nothing better then peace of mind that your car will get taken care of quickly. Mike was amazing and very good at his job. These are a group of great hardworking guys!
Called for a tow and it took about 1hr due to the fact when the first truck came he realized he couldn’t tow it because my car is an awd so he called another truck to come get it!!! The next guy that came had a Torn Achillesa d still got the job done within 10 minutes
Great service. Friendly awesome driver named Anthony. Awesome dispatcher who was friendly and answer the phone and questions with no problems.. Great company if I need another tow ill definitely be calling them. Oh and they were fast and on time. If 12 stars were possible this place would definitely get it.

My day took an unexpected terrible turn when my rental car had an engine malfunction on i-95 outside Daytona. Jay was amazing...he calmed me down, drove me to get my replacement rental and came in to make sure there was a car waiting for me. There are no words to express my appreciation for how much he helped me out today. The professionalism and empathy I received today was incredible. Also, big shout out to Jesse who was training with Jay today...you're going to do great helping motorists in need.

Needed a long distance (285 miles) after a bird collision broke my window. Called AAA and after much looking they found Crash Recovery & Towing. Mike arrived early and delivered us to our destination. We recommend this service if needed.
I was out of town and needed my car to be picked up at an auto repair shop and dropped off at our condo. The owner, I believe his name is Eddie and his driver could not have been nicer and took care of my car at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend this towing company if you need a tow for any reason. Cannot say enough good things about them.
So fortunately aaa was able to send this company out ( crash recovery and towing llc) and I have to say the driver Mike was fantastic. He called right away to confirm all the information and to let us know he was on his way. That gave us much needed relief on a stressful day . He made the process easy on us. He was quick and the time he said was the time it took. He was very polite and made the experience easy and painless. Thank you aaa for sending Mike and the company. I've had some trying experiences with aaa but this was not one. I recommend crash recovery and towing LLC and I would call them myself or for my family or friends. Eddie was awesome! We broke down towing a fifth wheel camper. He helped us find someone to tow our camper to the campground. He stayed with us until they arrived. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy!
I was so pleasantly greeted by the driver Mike after my car wouldn’t start. I was so worried about length of time that AAA would send a driver. I had my 5 year old grandson with me, and within 15 minutes I was called and driver arrived. Mike was so pleasant to me and my grandson during a stressful time, which was so appreciated!!!
Mr. Eddie with Crash Recovery & Towing is one of the nicest, empathetic, and kind hearted people I have ever personally met through a business. Firstly, let me start off by sharing how scared I was after my car had spun off the road and landed on the side of the road after work. I was scared of out my mind! When I called Crash Recovery, Mr. Eddie himself answered the phone with such genuine kindness, it immediately put me at ease! Other towing companies told me that it would take one or two hours to get my car towed away. However, Mr. Eddie himself was there within five minutes!!! My coworkers and I were so thankful for him. He immediately greeted me with a smile and reassured me that everything would be okay. In that moment he truly made me feel better about the situation. I was scared that my car would not be able to be fixed after the issues with the axle completely snapping off. However, Mr. Eddie reassured me that he himself could fix it!! He was so dedicated throughout the entire process of keeping me updated, sending me pictures as he fixed my vehicle, and fixed it FAST!!! This gentleman is truly running an amazing company, with such dedicated and kind workers. He also runs his own auto shop and with the amazing prices he gave me, he really saved me a lot of money and I am so thankful for him. I genuinely appreciate him, and his fellow employees hard work. Had to have a tow from Daytona to Lake Mary. Used my AAA membership to schedule. Crash Recovery called back within 2 minutes to give me the status on when they would get there. Mike the driver was great. I needed AAA to find me a tow company for a 200 mile tow and they arranged for Crash Recovery and Towing to meet me at the car. The company owner communicated with me several times to keep me informed of Mike's arrival time, and he was very courteous. I met Mike in Daytona. He was really nice and professional. I was able to ride with him in his tow pickup truck down to West Palm Beach. I enjoyed the conversations we had and I even got to take a nap! He stopped at a rest area so I could relieve myself, which I appreciated and needed! Overall, it was one of the most satisfying tow experiences I have had. They are now my go to towing company and when I need a tow, local or long distance, I will ask AAA to contact them first. I highly recommend them!
Mike was very nice and got my car safely to where it needed to be. I had a horrible experience with AAA and the first company that they sent to tow my car off the side of the highway, thankful for Mike and crash recovery & towing for doing his job efficiently. Eddie from Crash Recovery & Towing is the best. We got a flat tire at 12:30 in the morning on I-95! Using our road side assistance policy he was assigned to our service order. The company gave us an ETA of 45-75 minutes. Eddie call as soon as he got the order to get our exact location. He was there in 20 minutes! He was professional, courteous, polite, friendly and efficient!! He had the tire changed in minutes. Then he wait to make sure we were able to get back in the road. Thankfully he did because our car would not start. He walk back & jumped the battery & off we went. I do not hesitate to recommend him for all of your triad side assistance or towing needs.
