Cheapest part for a reason, no warranty. Adam was very helpful but $140 with shipping and nonsense core charge for an ECU only to have it dead on arrival when tested. Their no return policy applies even if it's dead straight out of the box. As an automotive business we deal with dozens of parts suppliers every week and most even IF they state they do not take returns will usually take care of it if the part is bad right out of box, but not this one.
The vehicle was completely swapped including wiring harnesses, dash, fuse panels, drivetrain, etc and tested with a known good '03 Ecu. We were not testing anything, simply purchasing the parts we needed to complete the build.
Update: Now they are attacking and smearing my business in response to my review.
The worse person to buy parts from dis mon sold me a bad transmission for 900 an when I go to the shop telling him the transmission isn't working he call police on me

Received a part that was damaged from an accident. They didn't realize it was broke at the time. When I discovered it was broken I returned it with no problems. They where more than happy to refund the money . After which they found a pert on line for me and helped me out. They were very friendly and right on it to make everything right. I came in for sun visors and a side mirror. The owner was very organized and worked diligently to get the job done, with the help of his apprentice. It wasn't costly and it was very efficient. I will be going back for any auto need that I may have in the future! Great job guys, keep it up!
On this day - May 27, 2024 which is 3yrs later- I sold my 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass to Moye and he showed up and did the paperwork on Memorial Day for me. He even had a tow company come to my apartment and get the car free of charge.
Today on April 2, 2025, Mr. Moye And his team installed a transmission in my 2015 Hyundai ELANTRA and now it is running the best it has been running before. They do a good job and I will recommend them to everyone. They don’t bust your head on prices and they work with you as much as they can.
I am grateful for him. Thank God for him and may He continue to bless Moye and his business. Keep up the great business
I've been looking for an exterior door molding part for my 2006 kia Optima for several months and ended up finding the vehicle that had it here. It's getting hard to find junkyards that have vehicles in the early 2000's which you would think would not be an issue but it definitely seems to be. If you're trying to make your old vehicle whole again, chances are they will have what you need here and the price was fair.
Adam is a rip off he’s all nice on the phone till you go to his office to pay then he hits you with additional hidden charges that he didn’t discuss on the phone when he spoke to me the first time try to charge me a cord charge for rims and I told him I didn’t need the cord charge cause I was going to dispose of the rims on my own and he wasn’t trying to hear it and got an attitude with me has the most ridiculous prices and Daytona found somewhere else that was more professional I’m much more reasonable. I would not deal with him if I were you beware!!!
Sold him a pretty beat up 2006 GMC that had been in an accident & he gave me a very fair price for it. He’s not one to try and weasel you out of any money, he was vry helpful through the whole process and gave a good price for the damage the vehicle had.
Overall great experience! I drove there from Ocala for a part for a 1985 Mustang (that I was having a hard time finding) While I was there, the vehicle I was driving broke down and the owner was immediately there to help. He located the part needed to repair it in his inventory, and had one of his guys fix it while he was pulling my Mustang part. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable, organized and has a huge inventory! In addition, the prices were fair. I will definitely return!

this is a terrible service. I highly recommend not to come here for any service. i paid $1300 to have the transmission changed, they did it but didn't tighten the bolts on the transmission enough. it fell apart en route and damaged my engine. refuse to make a guarantee. they also steal tools from the car. even a beach chair was stolen. wish the owner the worst
Customer service was very good Adam was very nice, polite and accommodating and he was gracious enough to waive some of the credit card fees to make the purchase of the engine control module a little easier to handle, however I wish I would have read the return policy on electrical parts a little closer as far as the "Guarantee it will work" part. The "Guarantee it will work" is a his word against mine, and I understand the policy if a DYI was doing the install because you do not know there level of experience but I thought that since I was dealing with an auto electrical shop with many years of experience that did the install of the part and he told me that it was not working properly my complaint would carry a little more weight. The car started and the engine ran but he said it was not right and he suggested I purchase a new part. Which he is currently doing. $308.00 is allot to gamble with but when Adam said that he guaranteed it will work I thought to myself that would mean if it didn't work he would give me another one or give me a future credit that probably would never get used. So my suggestion to you is if you are desperate like I was and you are contemplating purchasing a key electrical component and you really need your vehicle to run in a pinch just slow down and spend more money for a warranted part you will be better served.

This was a great experience. Adam was knowledgeable, fair and very helpful. I needed to sell a car from my brother who just passed, have the car towed to a salvage yard and surrender the plates to DMV. I came to Florida and was not familiar with DMV requirements or the process. Adam made all of this happen for me so dealing with the loss of my brother was easier. So knowledgeable and helpful! Even though initially they gave me the wrong bumper and grille that was misplaced, they recovered and offered the right bumper as well as options for a grille! Danny is hands on and extremely helpful, and Adam will do everything he can to help! Highly recommend this place for those hard to find parts.

First time going to a junk yard for anything, the employees were really patient and friendly but dishonest about everything I asked him. Purchased part did not work and he refused to give an exchange or refund stating they didn’t have another part and that was the chance I take at a junk yard. Will never come back or recommend. Unless you’re a mechanic that knows what to look for or in need of cosmetic piece for your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money
I made phone calls all over central Florida regarding the issue surrounding my vehicle and Adam here at Moye’s was the picture of pleasant and helpful on the phone. This was what got me in the front door, and my experience only improved from there. Great customer service! Went in looking for a part we have been looking for and although they didn't have it they were able to tell us what we could do to fix the problem. Spent time looking up parts and in the end knew a simple fix to circumvent the issue. They went above and beyond on a gloomy day and we walked out with a similar part to what we need in hand that cost less than 10% of the part we thought we needed. Well worth the drive from Sanford.
By far the best experience I have had at an auto shop. These guys are great, they helped me save a ton of time and money. Dealership quoted me nearly $500 over what they charged me. I would never hesitate to come to come here. I broke my tail gate lift glass badly. They were so helpful as I was a little picky about what I needed. They went ABOVE what they needed to. Adam was perfect for helping me.

It is hard to find honest mechanics who are not trying to sell you things you don't need or gouge the prices when you need a repair. I am so glad I found Moye's! Adam was awesome! I was in a tight spot when my engine went out in my car. Not only did he offer to look at it to make sure that it wasn't worth repairing, he also gave me the best price in the area to junk it. They have awesome customer service, are very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable! This was hands down the best experience I have had with any type of auto place. I definitely recommend giving them your business!

I needed 4 motor mounts for my car and I found them in this store for half price of what I found in other places, even the labor was not expensive. They helped me saving a lot of money, and the made me feel like family, they are very friendly and very nice people. I would definitely recommend this place.
