Had some ups and downs but they are good people I feel bad about how some things went and what my fiancé said but it cannot be helped. still going to come back. I do like the car I bought from them it’s just had some bumps along the way with it. I’m probably gonna have to bring it in ago to honor a warranty on a rebuilt transmission that we just had done by them. Ordered a part for 160$ over the phone to get it delivered to the shop for me to pick up. After multiple weeks of issues with the product delivery they ultimately said they would be able to refund my money since they were unable to provide me with the service I paid for. It’s been almost two months since the purchase date and over a month since David in parts said he would posted the refund. I have yet to receive my money back and I am unable to get ahold of anyone in any department when I call. I’ve left voicemails with the company line and with David number as well. I have also texted him to no avail. I am becoming very disgruntled with how those situation is being handled. I’ve never had such a difficult time trying to get a refund before in my life! This is incredibly unprofessional for any business and disrespectful to PAYING customers. I have been very patient but enough is enough. I don’t do reviews and this is my first but I think people need to know how business is handled here. My next step will be legal action.
