Wonderfully parts and prizes and customer sales personally, as Larry the assistant manager of the Store very knowledgeable, and......James, the Store manager he's, very cleaver, but doesn't cutting any deals or sales,,, for Customers,even when they have sales on parts,too Demanding......... ....he wans all the pie for him self, and more, but, he can answer some of your Guestios as well.but Larry he's a library of info.and he comes with a great military background, great to deal with...
If there's one place that has no problem letting you know how useless and pathetic your automotive skills are, while simultaneously convincing you that that $3 part you selected and carried to the counter is definitely not what you need, instead you need that $27 part, and somehow they make you happy, so happy you tell them keep the change.
Then that park breaks, you try to get back to the store in time just to see your salesman skidding out the parking lot, so you talk to the other guy and you already know, he tells you how dumb you are for buying that part when the $3 part works fine, however he still convinces you to buy the upgraded $89 part, but it don't work either.
Bravo gentlemen. Bravo. You are national treasures. May the sun always shine in your eyes while traveling.
I've always purchased parts from AutoZone and this O'Reilly's has been my go-to recently. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful without asking. The loan-a-tool has more options than the competitors. AutoZone has discontinued many that O'Reilly's hasn't so its helpful to know that I can both get the right parts on the first attempt and also get the tools that I don't own to install them at the same location
One man Carl who is in fact "The Man!" even goes as far as to tell me I have an email with a discount coupon I haven't opened or used. That is amazing to me that he not only sees my activity as a customer but also tells me the discounts I'm unaware of to help me save and keep me coming through their doors! I've worked on cars and trucks for over 25 years and no one has given this amount of exceptional service. Thank you CARL!!!

Specifically I wanted to highlight me experience with the young man Gavin. He helped me a few times over the last few weeks of me dealing with a faulty battery in my car. Ultimately we found out that I needed a new one. Nothing severe but the whole experience was great, fast and simple. Big big shout out to him.
Good morning, O'Reilly's. Want to say thank you. My check engine light had been on for two days. It was driving me nuts trying to figure out what the problem , so I decided to pass by. I met a young man by the name of Areil, who took the time to run a few system checks to get me the answers I needed. He and the other employees were awesome.
Would like to thank the staff at this store always very helpful. Especially would like to thank Carl for his help the other day he noticed that I recently was sent a coupon to my email that I did not realize that saved me five dollars. Thanks for taking the time to show me.
I went in about 20 mins ago to grab air fresheners and wipers after being told to give her a few minutes while she helped one customer she looked passed me and help another customer skipping me. Very disappointed on how I was just looked over and left to the side as a regular customer I won’t be coming back !
Wow. Adriel is the reason I will never spend another penny at Oreilly’s again. My company has a fleet of over 80 vehicles that I purchase parts for. I’m sure Autozone will appreciate my business more than Adriel sure did. It’s days away from 2025 and people are still working customer in service jobs with disgusting racist attitudes. This boy should be fired immediately but clearly from other reviews this is the norm with this company. Shame on Adriel.
O'Reilly is our go to place but we will never go to this location again. A few days after hurricane Milton we were stuck in this area. Our broken part is on warranty but other major parts were damaged due to the warrantied part that broke. My husband simply asked if there was anything that could be done to cover the other part. The manager JAMES got an instant attitude, did not let me husband finish his sentence and said that's not covered with s smirk. When my husband asked for corporates number to see if someone could help (it's an OReily's product) James told us "if you want to call someone you can get the number off the door" and walked away. The poor guy working the register looked so uncomfortable and he actually walked over and got the number for us. Then to replacement part last only 50 miles and we had to take it back again. Our location in Deland is wonderful, the manager, Paul, took good care of us (as always), he's amazing at what he does. If it weren't for Paul we would never use OReily's again.
I would have rated this location as 5-star but one of their employees Kayden (spelling) is very arrogant over the phone. He acts as if he is doing customers a favor to allow them to shop at O'Reilly. I suppose he doesn't know there are other choices, Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone. Management needs to coach him in people skills and valuing customers.
Fortunately everytime I have been to the store Kayden was not there.
Visited again 6 months later. Staff is a lot nicer. Ruben was welcoming and helpful.
I always have a great shopping experience at O'Reilly's Auto Parts! It seems they always have what I need for my car! The employees are very friendly and professional. The store is well stocked and clean. And the parking lot is also well maintained. I will continue to refer my friends and family to O'REILLY'S!! Thank you!
Love this store! They're always helpful and super friendly! Other day I came in to get a price on rear brakes and after I called around to other stores I found a better deal. However I made calls in parking lot so I went inside and explained I didn't need the brakes because I'd found a better deal. They immediately said they'd match it and now I didn't have to go anywhere else wasting my time and $4 a gallon gas! Yay!!
Had 2 rotors turned they charged me $50 I have the reciept to prove it. A total disappointment. I didnt argue with them, and it was the assistant manager. I know that I look stupid but come on... I wont visit them again. Over charging should have never happned...

This location have nice people working there. It's a shame that some workers and clients don't wear mask. I used to go inside frequently to buy what I need. I don't go anymore. I rather to go to their competition where they all wear mask and reinsforce the mask wearing properly.
I went there for windshield wipers. The sales person offered to install them for me. Thank goodness that I took him up on it because the one that the guide book said would work didn't fit right. He went right back and found a different brand which worked perfectly! I am extremely happy that I went to this place and that he went out of his way to make sure that it was right before I left the parking lot.
Jan, Ruben, and Larry were amazing! They all went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful. They worked with me and my situation and kept trying to come up different solutions to try and make it work. They got my car up and running again and I was on my way. A great store with awesome staff. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend anyone to come here!
This new store is outstanding, the location is great since southern Deltona has no other parts stores, the parts selection is great (they have both OEM and aftermarket selections) and the staff are top notch. James is the most knowledgable parts guy I've met and I've bought parts from him since he worked at Advance Auto in Sanford. Jan, the assistant Manager is wholly dedicated to customer service, she seriously impressed me by beating competetors prices and Jose went out of his way to research what I needed and get me exactly what I was looking for in Motorcraft Parts. This is now my go-to store.
