All I can say is what an amazing experience I just had at this Napa store. Franklin, Maverick and Giovani all helped me above and beyond. I needed a battery and Franklin helped me with my warranty. Franklin and Giovani even replaced my battery for Free!’ And let me tell you free nowadays is unheard of. What a truly smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you guys. I will doing my car needs at this store going forward. Thanks. And during the week they have a hot dog lady outside. I’ll be there Monday.
I went in to the store with no idea on what i needed only knew the problem. I was greeted with very friendly welcome! I started to explain my scenario and their eyes went straight to the gentleman on the opposite register. "THAT'S A CHUCK QUESTION!". I just want to let everyone who reads reviews know, this guy was above and beyond, helpful and patient. He could've let me walk out the store with a product that may our may not have worked. Instead he walked me through the process I learned and the issue was resolved. Thanks Chuck!! My new jeep lights are beautiful!! You were awesome!!!
FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO THANK! Franklin took care of a warranty on my Genesis battery > THE OWNERS SON EVEN PUT THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY IN FOR ME. THEY ARE TRULY AWESOME!!!
I needed parts... hoses for an OLD car... they didn't have them in stock. Nobody would as the car is old but the very next DAY , I got a call telling me my parts were in!!!

My brother referred me to Deltona Auto Parts and didn’t really know what to expect. I called them because I was looking for a Valve cover gasket and spark plugs for my Honda. The person who picked up was Franklin he was extremely nice and helpful on the phone and in person. My experience there wasn’t like an Advance or a Autozone He was extremely helpful and ready to serve any of my needs. This guy definitely deserves a raise if he hasn’t already. Move over chain auto parts store! Are you tired like me of going to one of those places only to find products thier selling you never herd of? Oh but thier the same, yeah maybe the distributor they get it from. Or having to wait while the new person is being cross trained on your time and can never find the part in the computer. No more, I just couldn't believe it either. I went into Deltona Auto Parts, NOT A CHAIN, have knowledgeable staff, and I was helped right away. The manager even asked how I was doing ? Exelent parts as well, this is my new diamond in the ruff! Even the tech who changed out my battery was a prior mechanic!!! You will not be disappointed, keep a secret, please!!!
A great locally owned and family run auto parts store, the kind you don’t find too often. The staff here knows what they are doing. They carry everything from wax and cleaners, to turbos and even engines and transmission!
